Sushma Malhotra has more than 37 years experience in the Banking industry. She is Senior Vice President with Southwestern National Bank. She is on the board of CHETNA and sits on 3 Boards . She loves traveling, reading, cooking, and gardening.

CHETNA is a non-profit specializing in holistic services for South Asian victims of domestic violence. CHETNA serves the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding counties and strives to provide culture-specific programs to assist survivors on their path towards healing and well-being.
