Pepper has shifted her focus from DEI to Black research to inform cultural insights. While disheartening that we keep repeating history, there is always a new challenge and a new gratitude to have toward the work and remembering Black history while it's physically being erased from trusted resources.

The facts didn't go away, however, that Black people have value as a people, and as a market segment. Hire Pepper to revamp your go to market strategy, not to simply include Black people but to understand that as a market segment, they're already ahead. It's simply good business.
