Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced “chi-gong”) are both mind-body practices that are adaptable for nearly all fitness levels, do not require any equipment and can be performed anywhere you feel comfortable moving. Often known as “moving meditation” tai chi is a series of slow, gentle motions that are patterned after movements in nature. Qigong is an internal process that has external movements and is often referred to as the ‘internal’ portion of tai chi. We also discuss Energy Healing and our host Cyndi shares her personal experience Energy Balancing.
Zuzana offers classes in-person and online. She is available to teach privately at your business, retirement communities, senior centers, and hospitals. In addition to her classes, she offers unique Energy Healing sessions that use Medical Qigong, Reiki Bioenergy Healing, chakras balancing and gentle Acupressure.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
