In a world full of chaos, manypeople are stressed.
It often gets to the pointwhere they just need to heal.
Audrey Hope is internationallyknown as a transformative healer
who's worked with majorcelebrities, CEOs, lawyers, athletes
and others for over 20 years.
She offers holistic and soulcentered approaches to help people
navigate relationships,addiction and other issues.
(01:07):
Just like her name, Audreyoffers hope with non conventional
approaches as a psychic andspiritual therapist.
She says she's been called asniper because she can heal with
a single shot.
She heals at the root of theroot of the soul.
She's been interviewed onmajor media and hosts a YouTube advice
show called Hope for Relationships.
And she's also an addictiontherapist at the Seasons in Malibu
(01:31):
rehab facility.
We wanted to tap into some ofAudrey's insight on how she does
all of this, so we invited heron the show.
Welcome Audrey.
Thank you for being with us.
Oh, I am so happy to be here.
These are my roots.
I started, I started withwomen's empowerment.
It was a passion of mine.
It's my mission.
(01:51):
One woman at a time.
If you can do it and toenlighten and tell her the truth
and then she can change.
Amen.
Woohoo.
Yes, amen to that.
That's awesome.
You're singing our song, Audrey.
That's what we're on about.
Yours.
I started in a woman'sclothing store when I came from New
York to Los Angeles.
I could not believe how womenhated themselves.
(02:15):
No matter what size they were, they were always too fat.
Not young enough.
And I said, I got to dosomething about it.
It just blew my mind.
And then I said, okay, there'sgotta be a reason for it.
Well, there it is.
In the culture and thesociety, the magazines, the history,
they.
They messed us up and we gottachange it so women can stop believing
(02:38):
the bs.
Oh, totally.
I mean, when you think aboutit, you look around, it's.
We see all these perfect womenand how do you emulate perfection?
No human is perfect.
Absolutely not.
Yeah, but it begins and endswith women.
And stop waiting for everybodyelse to change.
Right?
Yeah.
Give back the power.
(02:59):
I always said, all you need isa woman in a chair and a couple of
boundaries and tell her thetruth and she could change her life.
It is really that simple.
So I began with the idea of,do you know that you're brainwashed?
I said, I gotta do a TV show.
And I started real women, positive role models for women.
And this was a while ago, andI was on YouTube, I was on a station
(03:24):
in Virginia, and.
And I just wanted the onething was, do you know you are brainwashed?
I swear to God, if I couldhave done that for the whole hour,
I would have.
And just to enlighten womenthat they are brainwashed.
And that's how it all began.
And then I started to haveguests, and then it became a global
thing, and then I ended up atthe rehab.
(03:45):
But do women know that they're brainwashed?
Because then they feel they'renot good enough and they buy into
the whole thing, and then theyturn against themselves or.
Which is so dangerous, womennot believing in themselves.
And they don't have to waitfor the guys to change that or the
society.
They just now have to stop.
I'm not doing that anymore.
(04:06):
That's right.
Right.
I'm not.
I'm not turning against myself.
I love it.
And the oldest trick in thebook, oldest trick in the book to
turn, if you're the root ofall healing, is where you abandoned
yourself, Even in trauma, where did you leave yourself?
And if you can get a woman tostop doing that and to stop abandoning
(04:26):
herself, my God, we could takeover the world again.
And I don't have to tell youpowerful women that women are gonna
save the world, right?
Oh, absolutely.
Well, we've got the absolutely.
Yeah.
I mean, we nurture, nurturing.
That's what it's all about.
I mean, that goes with thelaws of mother nature.
(04:46):
We're not based on aggression.
We're into healing andnurturing and growing.
I mean, we offer so things as women.
Exactly.
And women always believethey're second.
They believe that a man willsave them.
They believe they need to waitfor a savior.
Right.
And so she doesn't know herspiritual power as the goddess.
(05:10):
And that was taken out eventhrough the Bible, even through the
documents, through our history.
You know, the word, his story, not her story.
So it really.
It even starts with Eve.
It's all her fault.
Right?
Right.
Yes.
So we gotta take that back.
And she has to, you know, start knowing that it's not true.
(05:32):
Women were very powerful andshe has this light.
The spirituality is known asthe Shekinah.
It is the feminine energy.
So when a woman turns on herlight, we're made of light.
My God, the power that she has.
And she doesn't have to go andmeet anybody and look for a relationship
to fulfill her.
She could be herself first.
(05:53):
Oh, that's so powerful.
And it's true.
And that's part of theproblem, you know?
And we are given this messagethat you have to wait for your knight
in shining armor.
But what people don't realizethose wonderful stories, when you
get that knight in shiningarmor, you're cleaning up a lot of
horse poo along with it.
It's not.
(06:13):
You're gonna marry.
I always say you're gonnamarry your issue.
If you don't take care of it,you're going to marry it.
And then it's going to come up.
Because we can't hide fromanything, right?
We can't run from anything.
We have to be able to look atit and know it comes from within.
Like Dorothy, right?
Everything's in the wizard of Oz.
It was in her shoes.
She figured it out.
(06:34):
There wasn't a man behind the curtain.
That's right.
That's right.
So when she loves herselfenough and knows how beautiful she
is, right?
Then she could bring in arelationship because he is.
Or whoever they.
She, whatever your vibe is, isice cream on an amazing cake.
(06:56):
But you're already the cake.
You can't look for someone tofulfill you.
Right?
That's right.
That's right.
And our power comes from within.
Yes.
So, Audrey, how did you getstarted being a psychic and spiritual
healer?
What is all of that about?
Well, I was always into beingmy best self.
(07:17):
I met amazing teachers in my life.
And like I said, when Istarted in that woman's clothing
store, women would come in.
I was very concerned aboutwhat happened to them.
So they would start coming andstart asking me to help them.
Then they started coming to myliving room.
Then they started bringingtheir friends.
And then, of course, I went onthe TV and started doing it on the
(07:37):
tv.
And then I surrendered.
I said, okay, what's the next thing?
And.
And then I ended up at the rehabs.
And I started realizing thatwhat I'm doing is a missing piece
of the pie.
It's not on the rational mind.
It's on a soul level, which isbeyond the rational mind, which is,
why am I here?
(07:58):
What is my purpose?
What is my karma?
Why is this really happeningto me?
And who doesn't want to Knowthose answers.
And I started to see that Ihad an intuitive gift to be able
to go to that level and toreally see what was happening.
And women, we do have theseintuitive gifts.
And that's one of the things Ido at the rehab too, is open up people's
(08:22):
intuition to go to another level.
I mean, this is what Einsteindid, this is what Edison did.
This is what great musicians, great poets, Da Vinci, they tapped
in beyond the mental, beyondthe mind.
And we have this power to do that.
And so I created this wholesoul piece of healing.
(08:44):
And I started to have great success.
People were really healingtheir nervous systems, bringing in
the light, feeling better,joy, everything.
And so I created my own way.
And that was amazing.
I just let go and let it happen.
And I didn't have anything tostop me.
(09:05):
You know, it's interesting.
Bring yourself up, basically.
Open myself up to it.
I might.
Well, my heart was really in it.
Like you.
You both, you're verypassionate, right?
You gotta do what you love.
Yes.
Right.
You can't follow the.
The culture and what thesociety and what your parents tell
you.
It really has to be aboutwhat's in you, your real life purpose.
(09:28):
And when you tap into that, myGod, the world does open.
And so I just used thatconnection from my heart, like to
the sun above my head, likewhatever that is, that, that light
connection.
And it started giving mesacred information.
And I just kept developing itand it blows my mind.
(09:48):
You find out why people arereally suffering.
I mean, I had this client whowanted to kill herself and she was
very young.
And I said, what's going on?
Of course they wanted to drugher, but no.
And I saw.
This is so wild.
She was living in a house.
Her parents brought a house.
There were a house burnt, aschool burnt down that was rebuilt
(10:11):
on that school.
And there was the childrenthat were locked in.
Could you believe this?
Locked in the house that werecoming to her at night, asking her
to kill herself.
Oh, my goodness.
Oh, my people.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
When you go to that level andopen up to it, you know, we are more
than this life.
Yes.
We are more than 3D.
Right.
(10:32):
We're higher.
Oh, yeah, right.
And so opening up to that iswhere you find the answers.
And sometimes if you tried alot of doctors, right?
Or even if you get sick andyou can't find the answer, you need
to go higher and you need toopen up to the higher reasons.
And Edgar Cayce.
Do you both know about Edgar Cayce?
(10:53):
Right?
Of course.
He would read the karma and hewould say, why are you here?
What is your soul issue?
Why did you meet this person?
And so that always fascinated me.
So that's the level that I do.
And so sometimes it's also, get over yourself.
You're a spoiled brat, andsometimes you have too much money
(11:17):
and you got too much and youhave to get over yourself, or you
complain a lot and you'rehaving a pity party.
So I do bring up my Brooklynevery once in a while.
You know, Audrey, I think thatwhat's happened to our society is
we become so scientific, we'veactually narrowed our scope.
We've forgotten, like you weresaying, da Vinci tapped into the
(11:38):
spiritual.
People did.
They have forgotten who they are.
And if you look at animals, they have instincts, they follow
those.
We've lost sight of that.
It's like we've become disconnected.
Exactly.
And when you bring people backto that connection, take away shame
and guilt.
Because with addiction, thereis so much shame and guilt.
(12:00):
And one of the reasons I'velisted, like the reasons why people
use or go to drugs, a lot ofit is religion, because they feel
so guilty and so shameful.
But maybe you're using because.
Because you've had a trauma ora sexual abuse and you're trying
to survive and stay here.
So you've got to get over thatstuff about guilt and shame and really
(12:23):
understand.
We're at the door.
Get to the light and lift yourhead up and say to yourself, I'm
going to change now, and I'mnot going to attack myself, put myself
down, or believe those things, and then you'll heal much faster.
And then that connection, thatspiritual cord can connect again.
And then we could get back toour light.
(12:45):
You know, I had the rareprivilege to meet Gandhi's teacher.
Oh, very cool.
Oh, my.
She taught.
Oh, it was the highlight.
It could cry thinking about it.
The highlight of my life.
About, like, who we really areand how we really.
It's in the body.
We really are, you know, madeof light.
And we can feel God on ourcentral nervous system.
(13:07):
She taught me how to put thatinto people so they realize that
even though they've done drugsfor 10, 15 years, we could move out
of that identity and move intothe new identity.
Who are you without your story?
And move into that light identity.
And then you could feel thatjoy and then change everything.
That's alchemy, spiritual alchemy.
(13:30):
Base metal into gold andhumanness into divinity.
That is what we're here for.
The second birth, Right?
It's in the Bible.
Jesus said do what I do.
He didn't say worship me, hesaid do resurrect.
And so when you take an addictor someone in trauma, they don't
have to be cursed by whathappened to them.
(13:51):
They have to do a soul retrieval.
Especially as women.
I am not letting you have mypower anymore.
And working on energy, takingback your energy from relationships
is so powerful.
And I tell your listeners outthere, you could do a lot of psychology,
but did you do an energyhealing on your yourself from that
(14:12):
relationship, even if it's 20years ago?
We are corded by energeticallyand we've got to cut the cord from
who is following us.
I say it's the hook chains andthe cords and everybody I ever work
with can see who they'reattached to.
And that's the level ofhealing that needs to happen even
in the world.
The negativity right now, you've got to clear yourself of it,
(14:35):
make sure you don't buy intoit, put a shield around you and make
sure you stay neutral to itbecause it's very poisonous.
A lot of the negativity that'sgoing on.
So I heal a lot on the energy level.
You brought something up abouthow that cord, you're attached to
it, right?
Well, my very first day in2009 in that faith based Christian
(14:57):
program for women, it was myfirst, literally.
I got there at 12:30 and therewas a class at 1:00 clock and I'm
still kind of stunned.
I only had a week sober andthere was a pastor that came in and
he did a, a workshop calledSoul Ties.
And it's exactly what you'retalking about.
And he only did it the onetime I've seen him after he never
(15:17):
did it again.
And what it was, you picked astone and you connected it to your
trauma and you pick as manystones as you have that you think
it is.
And he says until you breakthat cord, you will always be attached
to the trauma, no matter whereyou go.
Soul ties.
But what he did.
So I had five major ones andwe took each stone and we wrapped
(15:40):
it up in.
I tied like 13 knots with each stone.
And then we put it all in onebig one cloth and you had to sleep
with it underneath your pillow.
And as I'm going through themonth to month basis of my trauma,
he says, when you're ready, your stone will be unhooked or free
(16:01):
from the knots.
I said, there's no way I have13 knots on this stone.
There's no possible way thatsucker staying there right well,
I'll be dipped, if not.
Three months into the program, the one thing that was hurting me
the most was released from the cloth.
The stone was laying thereunderneath my pillow, free from my
(16:21):
13 knots.
I'm like, how is that possible?
And it's as if by that littleoccurrence, I allowed myself to deal
with it.
I gave myself permission toheal the trauma because there's the
stone free, Right.
It sounds kind of cute, but no.
It'S throughout the year asI'm going through the program, as
(16:44):
I was ready, another stonewould untie itself and then another
and another until all fivestones were loosened.
I still have those stones andI still have that cloth to this day.
That is a beautiful story.
It's amazing because someoneasked me about why jewelry sometimes
breaks.
And I was explaining, sometimes because the energy has
to go.
Right.
(17:04):
I just did something on that yesterday.
But that's amazing that yousaw that.
That's like throwing the stoneeven in the ocean.
And that's the energy level ofhealing it.
That is an amazing story.
How, how that happened, Idon't know.
But it allowed me to helpmyself heal.
That is beautiful.
(17:24):
And you got to see evidence ofit because like trauma could be like
an invisible gas, right?
It goes in and then we try tohide it, right?
Yeah, well, yeah.
I never looked at a single thing.
There's so much trauma.
It was just unbelievable.
But not even my mother knewanything of anything.
Like I kept everything inside.
And yet here I am, nursing, taking care of other people because
(17:45):
it was too painful to look atmyself until finally the age of 42.
40 is when I first had myfirst crash and burn.
And it took me till I stoppedfinally drinking at 42.
So it took a while, but yeah.
It was growing inside of youuntil it got activated.
Yeah.
What's the word?
You know, almost gangrenous inside.
(18:08):
Yes, it festers like an interfection.
Yeah, yeah.
And what it, what I find, whatI found for myself personally, I'm
not going to speak for anybodyelse, but that infection, because
I wasn't dealing with it and Ihad a.
Since I was a very smallchild, all these like literally,
literally 40 years of trauma.
It affected the decisions thatI made, it affected my thoughts.
(18:29):
Like you were saying earlierthat that self hate that, you know,
that low self esteem and Ican't stand myself, all because of,
of this infection that wasgrowing inside me, which I didn't
really associate.
Yes, I know it was there, butyou know the expression, let sleeping
dogs lie?
It happened a long time ago.
Let's just leave it there.
Who cares?
(18:50):
Yeah.
No, it's there.
Sure.
Not even amazing.
Yeah.
The soul has to make adecision, and I call it a soul wound
because it realizes we're so smart.
A lot of us came in with a lotof light, but we're so smart as kids,
we realize we're not going toget out of this.
So we say, okay, well, I'llcare for others.
I'll put my attention onhelping them.
(19:11):
We do that young.
If you could find that andtrack it, that's like the soul wound.
And then you.
You have to heal that littlepart of you and take back your power.
And then also stop taking careof people, which is what you did.
Which is amazing.
Which I did.
And equipment.
And that's exactly because you can't.
You're done.
You were done with doing thatas a way to cope.
(19:33):
And that's fantastic.
But here's the kicker.
Spiritually wise, since 2006,I started having dreams that showed
me what I needed to do, showedme that I'm carrying all this excess
baggage, that I could nolonger take another step further
until I got rid of the luggage.
(19:54):
It showed me that, like theone dream I had, it was a giant book
of light bigger than the wall.
And every time I wouldapproach this magnificent light of
God, the book would slam shut.
It was like the Bible.
It would slam shut.
And I'm like, oh, my God.
So I'd back up, the book would open.
And it did that three timesuntil on the third time, when the
(20:14):
book opened, there's this deepbooming voice and words started popping
out of the light, like, randomly.
And my name was there.
It said, kathy, as long as youdrink alcohol, you will not have
access to this book.
And it shut.
It slammed shut so hard Iphysically fell out of my bed.
Well, that.
(20:34):
Oh.
I asked people to open theirintuition in their dreams and to
see the signs in the universeas they're in their healing thing.
Because the universe is goingto help you.
Right.
So you had it through thedreams, and they're very.
Yeah.
And I had.
I'm going to say hundreds of dreams.
And it really helped.
It helped me recognize becauseeven though I knew I had to change,
(20:55):
I mean, change doesn't happen overnight.
Right.
It takes time.
And there was.
It took from 2006 was whenthat dream happened.
It took till 2012 to quit drinking.
With a lot of ups and down, alot of research, we'll call it.
Yeah.
So.
Stay tuned for more of WomenRoad warriors coming up.

(23:07):
and other sites and tellothers about us.
We want to help as many womenas possible in a world overflowing
with chaos and stress.
Sometimes the greatest gift wecan give ourselves is healing.
Audrey Hope is internationallyknown as a transformative healer,
working with everyone fromcelebrities and CEOs to lawyers and
(23:27):
athletes for more than 20 years.
She takes a soul centeredapproach, guiding people through
relationships, addiction andlife's toughest challenges.
She says the root of allhealing lies in where you abandoned
yourself.
Just like her name, she bringshope using non conventional methods.
Is both a psychic andspiritual therapist.
Some even call her a sniperbecause she has the unique ability
(23:51):
to get right to the root ofthe soul and heal with a single shot.
Audrey's been featured onmajor media, she hosts the YouTube
show Hope for Relationshipsand she's also an addiction therapist
at the world renowned Seasonsin Malibu.
Her techniques are amazing.
So Audrey, how do you connectwith people?
Do you actually connect withtheir frequency?
(24:13):
How does all of this work?
Because I'm sure our listenersare wondering, what is a spiritual
and psychic healer?
How does this work and how canyou help them?
Well, you both brought up, Idon't know which one of you said
the diagnosis, Putting peoplein a box, diagnosing them is not
my thing.
Right.
Because once you have thatdiagnosis, you're kind of stuck.
(24:36):
Oh, you're mentally ill, youhave anxiety, you have trauma.
Take this pill.
So I'm all about just smashingall of that and just being with the
person and the soul.
So I don't have any agenda orany, you know, I don't have any judgments.
So whatever you come in with,I'll just say, hi, how are you?
(25:01):
Tell me about yourself.
And then this like kind ofmagical process happens.
And I know now from doing itfor so long that whatever I need,
almost like a computer, it'llcome up and it'll start to show me
where we need to go and I'llsee it, feel itself, sense it about
where you got lost.
And then we'll begin to likeheal it.
(25:23):
Oh, your father did this oryou did this?
And I work with the person tojoin me in that because I want someone
to leave transformed intotheir spirituality, having dreams
like Kathy and opening up andunderstanding we are greater than
we think we are because we'vebeen told the wrong stories.
(25:44):
So.
So it's a magical process thatI just give to.
And then I hope my client willalso start living that way.
And you know, you can't heal everybody.
Some people are resistant, stubborn.
They have things they get whatthe benefit of the wound, which is
they want to keep the issue.
They do not want to change.
(26:04):
They become addicted to theissue, don't they?
Yes.
And they get a benefit from it.
Right.
And so, you know, you can'thelp everybody.
And my job is not to save anyone.
You see, that's kind of aspiritual law, non interference.
I can invite you to change, but I can't get anybody to change.
Right.
And so many women try to change.
(26:25):
Men, well, or their partners.
When they do this, I'll be happy.
Guess what?
In the sovereignty of theself, which is real self esteem for
a woman, the attention must beon the self and let people go.
You wouldn't go to school fora little child, right?
So you cannot do the work forother people.
(26:47):
We are all here to graduate onour own.
So it is A spiritual soulthing to let people go.
And when you travel up thesoul path, some people are not going
to come with you.
You may try.
You may ask them to come upthe hill with you, and they won't.
And after a certain time, theuniverse is gonna step in and they're
(27:10):
not for you and is gonnarearrange it and give you someone
else who will help you on yourhighest growth.
And that's another thing about.
We are here in Earth school tobecome our best selves.
And when you have thatperspective, you can start looking
differently at life and stopsuffering, stop being a victim.
(27:33):
Some people say, why do I haveso much trauma and the person down
the street doesn't?
Well, guess what?
With a lot of light comes alot of responsibility.
And, you know, and you have tounderstand, sometimes you came here
for graduate classes, I'lltake them all.
Give them all to me.
You know, bring it on.
And so, on a spiritual level, you wanted to do a lot in this lifetime.
(27:56):
So when you start to see itfrom a higher level, what is this
doing for my soul?
Why is this happening to me?
And how is this a mirror for me?
How is this a mirror for me?
Instead of blaming everybodyelse for what they did, Right.
You talk about soul contracts, karma and energy.
What are all of those things?
(28:16):
Because I'm not sureeverybody's familiar with that.
Well, if you think something'sweird or sometimes you say, it's
so weird, I feel this way.
Or it's very Shakespearean, you go, I don't understand the intensity
of that person.
Why is this person constantlybothering me?
Anytime you have that kind ofenergy stuff, you're kind of in past
(28:37):
lives, and you're kind of in karma.
So you're kind of on another level.
And if you've tried to healsomething for a long time, get over
a person, and you can't, it'sgood to go into that other soul contract
and look higher and see whatit's about.
So it's taking a higher viewand looking at it, how come I can't
(29:01):
get rid of this person?
Why am I stuck?
And past lives are really fascinating.
Like, I had this client whowas a very.
She was Christian, and shefell in love with a Hasidic Jewish
guy.
And I don't.
That does not work.
Okay?
That does not work.
There was such a past lifebetween the two of them, and I helped
(29:23):
them to kind of see.
I just got the image of whathad happened.
They actually took a trip toIsrael together, where it all was.
And then they finished it andthey went on.
Why?
So sometimes like, oh, andthen I had another client who was
so beautiful.
She was married to this man.
His first wife was like £300,a hoarder type.
(29:46):
She was obsessed with the ex wife.
Why?
Right.
Because in a past life therehad been a triangle and she couldn't
get over it.
You see what I'm saying?
It didn't make sense.
Why?
You're the beauty queen.
See, sometimes you have to goand you have to see where there's
an issue or I'll work with miscarriages.
(30:07):
I'm like, why are you upset?
The baby is not ready to come yet.
One time I had this baby, ittold me, I'm not coming until my
mom heals her sexual abuse.
She did not even know she wassexually abused.
She did the work on it, andthen the baby came.
So that's a whole thing aboutwhen babies come, too.
So you don't have to worryabout if I had an abortion.
(30:30):
Did I kill something?
No.
It's all spiritual on thelevel of the soul.
Deja vu.
Is that something that wouldbe what you're talking about?
Yes, because I've experienced that.
I've gone to different placesthinking I've been here before.
Yes, yes, absolutely.
And that's how you can tellpast lives.
(30:51):
I'll sometimes say to someone,do you ever go anywhere and feel
like you really have beenthere before?
I felt that way in England.
I did in Ireland, and that'swhere part of my family comes from.
Yeah.
Let's say you go to a place, abuilding, and all of a sudden you
feel strange.
That's kind of a way to tell, you know, that you've been there
before.
(31:11):
Or, you know, they're studyingpast lives in the University of Virginia
with all these little children.
They have lots of cases.
That is just fascinating.
Sometimes you have a wound onyour body, you know, that's a scar
or something.
You can find past lives.
But there was a case of a manwho walked in a certain area, and
all of a sudden he had amemory that he was in the Civil War
(31:33):
and he got shot in that spot.
Like, it can go like that.
So, you know, do you believein past lives?
Do you believe?
What are your belief systems?
Do you believe?
What happens to us when we die?
I'll sometimes ask, asksomeone, what do you believe?
And where did you get thatbelief system from?
Did someone tell you it?
(31:54):
Why don't we start again and, like, let's be open to what it could
be instead of beingIndoctrinated into a belief system.
Right.
A lot of people don't knowthat the Bible's been changed.
You know, these documents werefound in the Dead Sea Scrolls.
They're right now in Los Angeles.
You can go see them.
Yeah.
So, you know, it's good to.
Question, question, question.
(32:14):
Where'd you get your belief system?
You know, why did you feel youhad to get married at a certain age?
Why do you feel you have to godo this?
And you get people to track itand you, you know, sometimes feel
that you've been indoctrinatedinto certain things.
And, you know, I'll sometimesgo to past life just to get the issue.
It doesn't matter whether youwere a king or queen or doesn't matter.
(32:36):
What matters is the theme youbrought into this world.
And you could sometimes findit at age three if somebody.
If somebody had that, like agethree, two, as a child, it's pretty
much past life.
Interesting.
You can track it that young, huh?
I've heard of these cases.
I know that.
I have walked through buildings.
(32:57):
I know when I was firstlooking for my house, when I wanted
to buy one, I walked through afew different open houses, and there
were some buildings that I gota very bad vibe.
Very nice home, but there wassomething about it.
And it's like, I don't want tolive here.
And I was picking up something.
Don't know if it was, youknow, what was going on with the
(33:18):
current residents or if it wassomething from before, but it was
just interesting.
And I've always been able topick up on that kind of thing.
Well, if I was working withyou, I would enhance that.
That's a sign that there's anopening there to a lot of other things,
because that's just a sign towake you up to a whole opening of
(33:39):
other things that you can dowith your intuition.
Interesting.
Well, in another case, therewas a gentleman that I was very young,
I was in college.
I'd broken up with him.
I'd been engaged, and I was inchoir at the university.
And there was a gal in thesoprano section where I sat.
And I remember seeking her outto get to know her because I thought
(34:02):
she would be somebody he would date.
This went through my head.
She didn't know it.
About six, eight months later, she met him, she dated him, she ended
up marrying him.
Okay, so there's something there.
Yeah.
Isn't that weird?
Okay, well, what I always tellmy clients when you start saying,
isn't it weird?
We're in the realm of Intuition.
(34:24):
Okay, so there is definitely something.
Now how you open that is toknow that.
And it also comes from thethird eye.
So you know about the third eye.
That's the pineal gland alittle bit above the two eyes.
Okay.
If you wouldn't mindexplaining it for our listeners.
I've heard of it, but noteverybody may have.
(34:44):
Okay.
So I love when science andspirituality match because it explains
things on the scientific levelso you don't have to go, well, that's
bs, you know, a bunch of likeairy fairy stuff.
But that is the part of thebrain, the perpendicular.
It's right in the center ofthe head.
That is our intuitive.
(35:05):
Looks like a little nut.
It's an almond.
And it really is part of our brain.
It is the intuitive lens andit needs to be opened.
It's like a little egg and itneeds to be open.
That's why you see all theHindus with the little red marks.
That's why you see Buddhas, statues with pineapples.
(35:28):
That's the pineal gland.
And that is to be opened inall of us.
So we are all intuitive, butwe've been shut down by believing
a system that we have to begood to get what we have.
Okay?
So that's how we're raised.
But the truth is we are theseintuitive, powerful, multi level
(35:50):
light beings.
And when we understand that,we understand that we have these
powers.
So the part that needs to openis to activate this third eye, which
is the intuitive little, youknow, chakra right there.
And when it opens and cracks,a whole world opens.
And we tap in to these higher realms.
(36:14):
So everyone's capable of doing it.
And I have ways of doing it,which is to just even close your
eyes.
Imagine this little circle eggright there.
See it as a light and then go,you know, take a deep breath.
Everything you can do in I Amnow is very powerful.
I am now activating my pineal gland.
(36:34):
And see this little.
It's horizontal.
Make it turn up and see itturn up and see the light turn on
and say, I'm now activating mypineal gland and just feel it turn
on.
And when you do that, it'llbegin to open.
And then take a deep breathand just kind of see it.
(36:55):
Give your attention to it andsee that light and say, I'm now ready
to be intuitive.
Show me the way.
Teach me.
And that's how we begin toopen it up.
Stay tuned for more of WomenRoad warriors coming up.

Welcome back to Women Roadwarriors with Shelly Johnson and
(38:22):
Kathy Tucaro.
Let's be real.
In today's crazy world, stressis everywhere.
People are searching forhealing, and our guest delivers it
in the most powerful way.
Audrey Hope is aninternationally known healer who's
been working with celebrities,CEOs, athletes, and others for decades.
(38:43):
Audrey's been featured onmajor media.
She runs the hit YouTubeadvice show Hope for Relationships,
and she's an addictiontherapist at Seasons in Malibu.
She's not your average therapist.
She's a psychic and spiritualpowerhouse who gets to what she calls
the root of the root of the soul.
In fact, some people even callher a sniper because she can hit
(39:04):
the heart of the issue andheal in a single shot.
She transforms people.
She also teaches women toreclaim their power.
She helps people reactivatetheir instinctual abilities that
we're all born with that arepresent in the pineal gland that
we've shut down.
She brings hope in spiritualawakening to a whole new level.
(39:25):
Audrey, it's a shame what'shappened to our instincts.
It's interesting how we haveshut it down.
Yes.
Mm.
Right?
Yes.
And there's so many thingswhere people do have their intuition.
They have a gut feeling.
They have a feeling ofsomething really good.
They're led by some of these.
(39:46):
My mother used to call themred lights and green lights for show.
And she'd follow the green light.
She was, I think, more intouch with some of that.
I think people have become sotechnologically oriented.
I think some of the smartdevices honestly keep us from touching.
Okay, I'll give you another trick.
Okay.
It's fun.
You mentioned animals.
(40:07):
Okay, so we all have it indifferent ways.
And when I work with someone,of course, I'd like you to have all
your senses to be turned on.
But we all get it differently.
People say, oh, I get chills or.
But you have to startquestioning where you get these,
like, ooh, these intuitive hits.
Okay, that's number one.
But another way to open thepsychic realm.
Guess what?
(40:27):
You ready?
Sure.
It's through working with theanimals, really?
Okay, okay.
Now, it's because, you know, shamans work with animals.
We understand.
It's one of.
We understand an angelicrealm, we understand the spiritual
realm, but there's an animal realm.
Okay.
So I would just say even.
I'll do a quick.
(40:48):
For your listeners.
Everyone shut their eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Be open to now opening thesehigher realms.
Imagine the sun high aboveyour head, and it's this powerful,
beautiful, radiant light.
And it's got everything you need.
It's your power source.
Open up a part of your headand let this light, orange juice,
(41:11):
beautiful sun rays go throughyour body, go through the top of
your head and let it go downyour spine and say to yourself, I
am now allowing in the light.
And feel your whole body fillwith light.
And then say, all negativeenergy I picked up from other people,
(41:31):
places and things that stuckin my body, leave through my feet.
So open up two holes at thebottom of your feet and just let
it go down your body.
Wherever you're holding it,everybody knows where they're holding
it.
And just say, I am nowaligning with the light and just
feel it.
(41:51):
Take a deep breath and exhale.
And now, quickly, I ask myhigher guides to send in an animal,
an animal totem, an animalguide to help me manifest to be happy
and to heal.
(42:12):
And just open up.
Use your imagination.
I'm going to snap.
And I just want you to feelwhich animal wants to be with you
today.
Snapping.
Welcome this animal again.
Breathe.
And ask the animal why itcame, what it's trying to tell you.
(42:38):
Perhaps the animal is tryingto touch you.
Hold up a sign.
You might hear it.
Just allow it into your life.
As a guide, I am open to your guidance.
I want to have a better life.
I want to be happier and healthier.
I am surrendering and allowing help.
(43:00):
So say hello to this animal.
And when you're ready, justtell the animal that you're open
to your dreams and visitinghim in meditation.
And when you're ready, justcome back and open your eyes.
Which animals did you both see?
I Saw a bear.
What color?
Brown.
(43:21):
Did the bear say anything to you?
No, it nodded its head.
That's.
It looked at me and nodded its head.
Wow.
You need to look up a beartotem.
T O T E M on.
You need to look it up.
What did you see?
Maybe because I have cats.
I saw a cat.
Okay.
What color?
(43:43):
Gray.
But I have a very kind of anintuitive gray cat.
So maybe that's why.
Okay.
And what did the cat show youor tell you?
I'm not sure, honestly.
Did it look a certain way?
Maybe inquisitive, Caring?
Yeah.
Good.
See, you're opening up another realm.
(44:04):
And you're probably used tobeing in your mental.
I really am.
Explain it right.
Yeah.
I'm a mental person.
So it's great that you haveanimals that you have.
Cause they're trying to showyou other realms.
So just work with that cat alittle bit.
When you light a candle andmeditate and.
Because I would explore withyou why you go to the mental rather
(44:27):
than.
Because there's a whole notherworld here for you.
But your main thing is the mental.
I wasn't as mental as a child, but.
When did you become mental?
Probably when I was a teenager.
Yeah.
You see how you knew.
And then I would ask your soul why?
(44:48):
And it was probably to besmart and to be protected.
Right.
I think it's a control thing.
Yeah.
See that?
See that?
And to move out of this, because there's a whole new realm
for you now.
We already opened it, soyou're gonna have to, like, start
a journal now.
We opened it a little bit.
You can't go back too late.
(45:09):
But that part.
Go ahead.
When I was a little girl, I'dhave premonitions and stuff.
That's right.
You know, but what happened isyou shut it down as a teenager.
And that's what you need to know.
Because it's opening.
You've always been curiousabout it, and now it's gonna open.
And it's gonna open a wholenew world for you.
And that is the truth.
I've always felt a connectionwith my animals, and I did as a child.
(45:32):
So maybe.
See, it is.
So now you know.
The next chapter is opening upthat other realm that you had.
A lockdown.
It's happening.
You'll see.
You could text me anytime.
Be it.
It's already.
That's what we got today.
You see?
And that's how it begins, you see?
And that's.
So you get a little idea ofhow I work.
(45:53):
Yeah.
Because I know you're supposedto open it.
You see what I'm saying?
I just know.
And that's where the.
My intuitive system.
And I'm here to tell you thatit's another chapter for you.
So you use a lot of meditation techniques?
I don't know if I use any techniques.
I use my.
My.
My common sense.
(46:15):
It's common sense of, well, where it is.
It.
It's so flowy that I wouldn'teven know if it's a technique.
It just is.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
That's how I would describe it.
And I know, like, if I workwith someone and they want to meet
someone, like, a new love.
I have a lot of success onhelping people find their soulmate.
(46:38):
So I know I'm doing somethingright, you see, because when you
want to meet a soulmate, yougot to really go there.
You have to heal everything, get rid of the blocks, open up your
heart so you don't manifestthe same thing over and over again.
That's easy to do.
That's for sure, in relationships.
Right.
But I like to do that as fastas possible, so then magnetically,
(47:00):
you can call in a new person.
This is so powerful.
So you help people on allkinds of levels, including addiction,
recovery and all of that, too.
Yes.
Trauma.
You name it.
You name it.
And again, like, you know,Kathy was saying, you know, you open
up to it, and it guides you.
(47:20):
Like, when people want toanswer a question, they get in the
way.
Right.
Open up, surrender, and allowit to come to you.
And if it's not coming, let go.
It'll come eventually, but getout of the way.
Yeah, get out of the way.
And I met my husband that way.
And I met greatest things inmy life by getting out of the way.
(47:43):
It will find you.
Your life purpose will find you.
Who you're supposed to be withwill find you.
But stop trying to do it all yourself.
I surrender and allow and thensee what comes, and then it becomes
magical, right?
Yeah.
Sometimes I think people areafraid of the answers, too, aren't
they?
Yeah, they will.
Fear will cut it all down.
(48:05):
But, you know, where's thatgonna get us?
You know, we have to face our fears.
And then.
Oh, I wanted to say we'retalking about women, about why what
you two are doing is sopowerful now.
Because of the time periodwhen I started real women, positive
role models for women.
I wanted to educate womenabout, like, the history of how they've
tried to take women's powerand how they're doing it again.
(48:29):
So the fact that you'reempowering women.
It's very high level stuffbecause they always come for the
woman.
Always.
You have to question why.
Why do they always try to takewomen's rights?
Why do they always try to takewomen's power?
Because she is holding the light.
And it's stated in the Vedas, right?
The Veda scriptures.
(48:49):
The degree to which women arerespected is the degree to which
a society prospers.
Respect for women humanizesthe society.
Okay?
So when she changes, regainsher throne, the sovereignty of herself,
the men in the world will follow.
It begins and ends with women.
And that's why what you'redoing is so powerful.
(49:11):
It is a very big deal to givewomen back the truth because it's
gonna, that's how women aregonna save it.
Because it always come for herand she believes it.
Yeah, well, like you said, Evewas blamed in the Bible, but the
one who lied was Adam.
Exactly.
She holds the light.
(49:32):
She holds the apple of enlightenment.
And when she returns to thedivine feminine and listens to herself,
the whole world's gonna change.
Because then she's gonna say,you can't do this to me anymore.
I know.
And enough.
No and enough.
I'm not doing this.
Now she'll shine her light onher partner and say, you know what?
(49:54):
I did my work.
Now you do it too.
Because women seem to thinkthat men have it all together, and
that is the biggest lie.
Through all my work.
They just hide it.
They just hide it and they doa good job.
They want to be fixers.
The society doesn't allow themto heal.
They have to, like, you know, keep it together.
(50:14):
But the truth is men have alot of self esteem issues and women
need to know it, because whatshe does is blame herself.
I'm not good enough.
It's my fault.
Right.
And that has to stop.
Wow.
We've covered some major areas here.
Audrey, we could talk to youfor another hour.
I want people to be able toget a hold of you.
(50:34):
Do you work with people remotely?
Yes.
Excellent.
Absolutely.
I'm on Instagram Heaudrey hopeand I'm audreyhope.com and yeah,
you could reach me.
And I do a lot of work on Zoomand I try to work as fast as possible.
This is powerful.
This is absolutely terrific.
(50:55):
I imagine that there are a lotof listeners could really benefit
from what you do because youcover everything and we've just touch
the tip of the iceberg here.
Right.
I'm a one stop shop and I justwant to tell your listeners some
boundaries.
I will never let anyone treatme badly.
I will always be true to myself.
(51:16):
I will never let arelationship take my power.
I will never abandon myself.
I will no longer take crumbsand on and on.
And those are the way to begin.
And let's say you want a new partner.
Become what you want on your list.
Become it.
If you want respect, giveyourself respect.
(51:37):
Those are things people shouldwrite down and put on a poster in
their room.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Become what you wish to find.
I like that.
Become what you wish to find.
Audrey, this is amazing.
I'm so glad.
Thank you.
We're so glad to have you.
