interviews and information you need.
I'm Shelley.
And I'm Kathy.

(00:44):
Can you imagine transformingyour life and empowering yourself
with quantum physics?
I read somewhere that quantumphysics is defined as the study of
energy and matter at the mostbasic level.
Quantum science was firstdiscovered in the late 1800s and
defied our understanding ofclassical physics.
This science reveals howeverything in the universe is connected.

(01:06):
Chanal Aramilli melds quantumphysics, neuroscience, human physiology
and psychology to transform lives.
She believes we're co creatorsof our own miracles and she shows
people how she coverseverything from health and wellness
to career and abundance andspiritual development with her create
your own reality academy.

(01:27):
Chanel is a three time cancerthriver and a true warrior.
She's been featured on AmazonPrime Video, season three of Speak
Up.
She's a highly sought afterspeaker and the co author of the
international bestsellerCracking the rich code with success
coach Jim Britt and SharkTank's Kevin Harrington.
That book has been endorsed byTony Robbins as an intuitive life

(01:50):
mentor.
Chanel received the 2018Exceptional Woman of excellence award
at the International Women'sEconomic Forum.
She's an amazing lady withequally amazing insights that we
wanted to tap into.
We have her on the show with us.
Welcome, Chanel.
Thank you for being with us.
Well, Shelley and Kathy, thankyou for having me and thank you for

(02:11):
that beautiful introduction.
Well, thank you.
I find you amazing.
I'm sitting here with my jawdropped like, my goodness.
Absolutely.
You know, Chanel, yourinsights are revolutionary and it's
not something most peoplewould even think of, especially when
thinking about quantumphysics, which most people don't
understand.

(02:31):
If you wouldn't mind goinginto it, what's your background and
how did you arrive at thisunique combination of ways to empower
people?
Ooh, what a loaded question.
And I would love to answer that.
So I did not arrive doing whatI'm doing in a straight line.
And I hope that others cancontinue to remain inspired and motivated

(02:58):
to move when the line is notstraight in life.
Like, we have to be willing totake the twists and turns that help
us to arrive where we reallycan excel.
So I Did what?
So many kind of firstgeneration Indian parents from East

(03:20):
India.
So basically from India, I wasborn there at 3 camera, came here
to the United States, I wasraised here.
And like all Indian parents, you know, education was number one.
And so I.
That's what I did.
I studied, I did all the extracurriculars.
I, you know, excelled ineverything I could.
I went to UC Berkeley, Istudied human physiology.

(03:44):
I went on to get my master'sin physical therapy.
So I was just very driven fromthe very beginning and loved, loved
human sciences, loved how thebody works, loved just human behavior.
And so that's kind of what ledme to becoming a clinician.
And like I said, not astraight line.

(04:04):
I was practicing clinically, and then I ended up doing corporate
healthcare, landed under a CEOat a really young age, and success
was just coming kind of easy.
And I'm saying this becauseyou'll see the rest of the story.
And I think it's relevantbecause maybe many of us have hit

(04:25):
success moments and then we'veplummeted before we rise again.
And so I was very successfulat a very young age.
And everything in my lifelooked pretty perfect.
Like, really pretty perfect.
Married to a incrediblehandsome man, two beautiful children,

(04:47):
a little girl and a little boy.
You know, climbing thecorporate ladder, doing all the right
things, living in a beautifulhome, et cetera.
And then I was diagnosed with cancer.
And so talk about yet anotherturn in my life.
Just twists and turns here and there.
But I was devastated, likemost people are, but it didn't make

(05:12):
sense.
Like really didn't make sense,because I had.
I was really lean, fit, active, healthy.
I was doing all the thingsanyone would do to live a long, healthy
life.
So this cancer diagnosis notonly devastated me, but it confused
the heck out of me.
Like, why?

(05:34):
What is this about?
Um, now, I did have a lineagehistory of cancer, but I tested negative
for the gene.
So we realized it wasn't genetic.
But what I realized is that Ididn't inherit a gene.
I inherited unhealed patterns.

(05:54):
And so in my very outside, perfect life, I was actually a perfectionist
and a people pleaser andreally not living very authentically
at all.
An overachiever, no time for myself.
Probably a common story formany people who have touched success
in different ways.

(06:16):
Then through the cancerjourney, when nothing I was doing
was working everythingintegrative, from MDs to surgery
to some chemotherapy tointegrative medicine, to detoxing
and juicing.
And I mean, I was doingeverything in those first few years.
I was having recurrences.
And so it pushed me intodigging a little deeper.

(06:40):
So I took what I learned inscience and I started digging further
into what is this mind body connection.
What is energy healing?
You know, I didn't understandwhat energy healing was either.
And now I realize everythingis energy and which is what you opened

(07:00):
the show with, which is mygoal is not to share with people
the nitty gritty details ofquantum physics because it will bore
most people and they'll drop off.
But my goal is to help peopleunderstand that there is a science
behind our power to change andthere is a science behind our power

(07:21):
to create miracles.
And there's also age oldwisdom, which is consciousness and
spirituality and the soul andhow all of this is integrated.
So in a very long nutshell, Ijust basically am sharing with you

(07:41):
that what I studied and whatI'm doing now, yes, I'm using pieces
of it, but truly I think I'vetransformed my entire career, my
entire life trajectory.
And when I was not quoteunquote supposed to heal, I was pretty
advanced.
Eleven years into my cancerjourney, they were hoping to maybe
buy some time for me.

(08:02):
I had done so much deepemotional, spiritual, mental, mind,
body, psychology, healing, itjust all working with energy, looking
at my soul's past, looking atmy ancestral past, looking at patterns
unhealed, looking at emotionsand the thoughts that drive those
emotions and really learningto go beyond understanding it and

(08:25):
actually learning how totransmute it.
And so when I wasn't supposedto be here is when the miracle finally
happened.
And so I'm years post out from that.
And not only am I healthierand happier than I've ever been,
but I'm also running anentirely different and incredibly

(08:45):
successful and thriving career.
So it's if I can do it, and Iwant to say this with so much gusto,
if I can do it, you can do it.
Anyone can do it because we'reall made from the same fabric.
And so yeah, that's what's ledme to what I'm doing today.
That's amazing.
We can't wait to learn moreand tap into your insight.

(09:11):

What if you could transformyour life using the principles of
quantum physics?
It might sound like sciencefiction, but it's real and Chanel

(11:22):
Aramilli is living proof.
A three time cancer thriver,Chanel is a transformational leader
who merges quantum science, neuroscience, human human physiology
and psychology to help peoplecreate lasting change.
She believes we're co creatorsof our own miracles and through her

(12:07):
award at the InternationalWomen's Economic Forum.
She has been giving us awealth of information.
Chanel, you offer so manyresources and education for people.
You have the Create yourReality Academy, but you cover so
many different things.
I guess a lot of people arelike, okay, what is this all about
how do we tap into this?

(12:28):
And what is exactly Chaneldoing that we should be doing?
Mm.
So, you know, I don't.
And I truly believe this.
So I'm saying this with all my heart.
There is not one way.
There is not one thing thatyou have to do.

(12:49):
There are many ways to changethe way we are currently living and
experiencing life.
The key is, and I'm a bigmetaphor person, so I'm going to
use some metaphors if that's.
If hopefully.
Hopefully that will be helpful.
Sure.
A lot of people are awakeningto this concept of positive thinking,

(13:13):
positive affirmations, andwhile I am a firm believer in them,
I feel that it's unfortunatethat it's kind of become this new
age.
Just think positive.
It'll be fine.
And I tried that.
And while it is important,it's also important not to plant

(13:33):
seeds of flowers in a bed ofweeds, because we don't do that.
We don't.
That's well said.
Yes, it is.
I love it.
I do, too.
Right.
If we all truly have a gardenof life, which we do, and there are
great things.
I mean, even when our lifeseems like it's utterly falling apart,
you know, maybe we have a roofover our head and, you know, lunch

(13:56):
to eat, and maybe someoneknocks on our door and takes, you
know, checks in on us.
No matter where we are, thereare going to be some flowers in our
garden.
But for many of us, we'vegotten so programmed into living
the very hurried, busied life, and we just keep going that we don't

(14:17):
pay attention.
Like, we want to turn a blind eye.
We want to pretend it doesn't exist.
We want to whack the weed offat the surface in the garden.
And then we wonder why it'scome back again.
I mean, that's just how weeds grow.
You gotta get it down at the root.
So when you talk about what isChanel doing that could be helpful
for others is I'm learning howto heal from the root and not from

(14:40):
the surface.
And so it is deep healing, butthe intention is to create lasting
changes rather than spinningour wheels, continuing to work hard
and still feel like we're inthe same place.
Place.
So.
And that.
That's really tough to do.
Yeah.
And I'm speaking from experience.
I spent a total of two yearsin this women's recovery center.

(15:04):
It was faith based, and it wasa really intense recovery.
Monday to Friday, nine to four.
And the first time I went, Ispent what, nine, ten months, and
I did some deep, deep healing.
And I Thought, okay, I gotthis right.
And then I left.
And within two weeks I hadrelapsed with alcohol.
And I'm falling right backinto old patterns.
And I'm like, well, I did allthe work.

(15:25):
I don't get it, I don't understand.
So when I went back to thewomen's center, that's when I realized,
oh, I, I dealt with the easy ones.
Right.
The deeper ones were like, oh,okay, right, I forgot about that.
And so it, it took a total oftwo years of deep cleansing.
And, and it's interesting youtalk about the weeds and the roots

(15:47):
because part of the programwas every Monday from May to September,
we had to go to this giantgarden and we had to plant and de
weed and I mean, you're onyour knees and you're working through
your stuff, but they called methe Tasmanian devil because I was,
I was whacking those weeds so hard.
But I was working through my trauma.

(16:07):
And it's so true.
But it takes courage to lookat those roots and to pull them out
and to say, you know what?
I'm done with you and you areno longer in my garden.
See ya.
Absolutely, man.
Kathy, first of all, hats offto you for the courage to do the
deep work.
And yes, I tell people all thetime, this is not about, you're not

(16:29):
going to come to somebodywho's just going to talk to you about
doing some positive affirmations.
We will, we will do thatbecause they hold frequency.
So this might be a great timefor me to talk about a little.
It's my, my simplified versionof why we can all change.
And so I'm going to talk aboutenergy for a very brief moment.
May I do that?

(16:49):
Absolutely.
So everything in the universeis energy.
This is the science that isnow actually just catching up with
age old wisdom.
So if everything is energy, well, let's talk about that.
What do we mean by everything?
Well, I'm talking about the body.
Yes.
Your body.
Yes.
Every cell.

(17:10):
Yes.
Even your DNA is energy.
Now why does that matter?
Your thoughts, your emotions, your bank account is energy.
Your relationship withsomebody is energy.
Everything is energy.
Well, what's important for usto know about energy?
And again, I like to bringdeep spiritual and physical wisdom

(17:32):
to practicality, because ifit's not practical, it's not usable.
So why is it important for usto understand that everything is
energy?
Because what we know aboutenergy is that it can't be created
and it can't be destroyed, butit can be transformed from one state

(17:54):
to another.
So that's an Albert Einstein.
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
It can only be changed fromone state to another.
So we'll give you another metaphor.
Let's run with this one.
Because, Kathy, thank you fortying in the garden metaphor.
It was perfect into real life.
So let's see how one of youwill choose to tie this one in, or

(18:16):
I will.
So I want you to understand,so many, many people, whether I'm
in a workshop with people in aretreat or doing private work, will
say, oh, yes, I know.
Oh, no, I know that.
Oh, yes, I've seen that aboutmy past.
Oh, yeah, my mom was like that.
My dad was like that.
I know.
I've seen that.

(18:36):
Oh, yeah, I know.
But my life hasn't changed.
So if we look at the ice, theice cube metaphor, I want you, when
I want you to imagine thatwithin you is a freezer and inside
the freezer are a bunch of ice cubes.
And every time, those icecubes could have been there for lifetimes,

(18:57):
they could have been there forgenerations, passed down unchanged.
They could be there from this lifetime.
So they've accumulated theseice cubes of stuff like unresolved
traumas, buried emotions, thoughts, patterns that we've learned
for survival.
And so if we have a freezerfull of ice cubes that are cold,

(19:20):
dense, hard, and we open thefreezer a thousand times and we look
at them, we look at those ice cubes.
Oh, yeah, I remember that trauma.
Oh, God, that was bad time, like.
And then we close the freezer.
We have done part of the work, which is to see it, which is to become
aware of it.
That's a part of the healing.

(19:41):
But unfortunately, many peoplestop there.
And remember what I said.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed.
So that energy of the ice cuberemains, no matter how many times
we see it, until we have thecourage to actually begin taking
the ice cube out, out of thefreezer and holding it in the warmth

(20:01):
of our hands and heart.
And immediately what begins tohappen, it melts.
Yes, it moves through the transformation.
So seeing our past, understanding it, is a big part of
our healing.
It's beautiful, but it's notcomplete until we learn how to transform

(20:23):
that energy.
Because remember, energy staysthe same.
An unprocessed emotion remainsan unprocessed emotion inside of
us, held within our energyfield and held within our body at
some point.
And so when we're havingchallenges in our relationships,
our bank account, or in ourbody, we just have ice cubes.

(20:46):
We have things.
We have energy that is stuck, trapped, and it's not flowing.
And nature has created life.
Everything down from our DNAand our cellular structures and the
circulation that flows in ourbody, everything is to flow.
And if we're not flowingthrough those emotions, we're stifling
them, sticking them in or thethoughts or the patterns.

(21:10):
We've just kept the energy asit is.
Maybe for a later time, youknow, it'll creep in again.
People will be like, well, Iworked on it and it was gone, but
it came back.
Well, that was like myrecurrences until I continued the
deeper healing.
So yeah, we have to have thecourage not just to see, but to actually

(21:33):
heal, to actually transformthe energy.
And that's where I think thedeepest healing comes from.
Stay tuned for more of WomenRoad Warrior.

Welcome back to Women Roadwarriors with Shelly Johnson and
Kathy Tucaro.
If you've ever wondered whatit really means to take charge of
your life at the deepestlevel, you'll relate to our powerful
guest.
Chanel Aramilli is apowerhouse in the world of transformation.
She blends quantum physics, neuroscience and intuitive wisdom

(22:45):
to help people completelyrewrite their reality.
From surviving cancer threetimes to becoming an award winning
mentor and internationalspeaker, Chanel's journey is nothing
short of extraordinary.
Her create your realityAcademy dives into everything from
wellness and wealth torelationships and spiritual growth
because she knows it's all connected.
There's a science behindcreating miracles.

(23:08):
It's a matter of not plantingseeds of flowers in a bed of weeds
in the garden of life.
You also have to heal from theroot and not from the surface.
It's important to remembereverything is energy that can be
transformed.
It's a matter of us having thecourage to change that energy.
That's where the deepesthealing comes from.
Chanel has been featured onAmazon Prime Video Speak up, co authored

(23:29):
the bestseller Cracking theRich Code with Jim Britt and Kevin
Harrington from Shark Tank andeven earned the praise of Tony Robbins.
Stick around because Chanel'sabout to drop some more serious insight
on how to become the cocreator of your own miracles.
Chanel, your insight is super insightful.
I know that you talk aboutcreative intelligence to do the complicated.

(23:52):
And you also have somethingcalled the ATM process.
Awakening, transformation, and manifestation.
Is that really part of thiswhole symbiotic relationship, if
you will, the process thatpeople have to go through to finally
get to the point where theywant to be?
I'm going to say with aresounding yes, that that is true.

(24:17):
Again, I don't claim that I am.
You know, there's so many waysto get there.
But I believe that this, thisATM method that I had created or
I have created is the ATMmethod to creating and living an
abundant life.
And there is no pun intended,ATM is for awakening.
And so what are we awakening to?

(24:38):
So this is kind of what wetalked about.
We start to awaken to the challenge.
We start to see it.
We start to say, whoa, lifejust isn't crappy.
I'm starting to see thatthere's a pattern in me that needs
to heal.
That's an awakening orawakening to our power which exists
within us.

(24:59):
And so there's layers of thisawakening, and many of us have done
bits and pieces of that alongthe way.
And then there's sometimes apivotal moment in our life that that
awakening becomes so apparentthat we now really feel ready to
move into phase two, which isthe transformation.

(25:20):
And like Kathy said, that'swhere a lot of courage comes in,
because we have to roll up our sleeves.
We have to get our hands dirty.
We have to be willing to seethe truth and be able to heal without
holding on to the anger, theresentment, and the rage, because

(25:40):
all of those will hurt usbefore they hurt anyone else.
So it's courage.
And that phase two is thetransformational phase, and the phase
three is the manifestationphase, which truly, we're all living
in phase three all the time.
We're all manifesting all the time.
And I would love to dispelthis concept because a lot of people

(26:04):
are like, oh, I would love tomanifest like, oh, I want to be a
better manifester.
Well, we're all manifesting.
Unfortunately, we oftenmanifest based on the energy we have
carried forward from our soulspast, our ancestral past and our
own past.
And so that energy is whatmagnetizes through the law of resonance,

(26:29):
what it is that we attract.
So we're constantlymanifesting, we are constantly creating.
The challenge is not to becomea manifester or a creator.
The challenge is to become anintentional conscious manifestor
and creator, where we're nowsaying, oh, I didn't realize I was

(26:49):
holding so much hate towardsmyself and hate towards others that
I buried that inside.
And I created so muchinflammation in my body that I've
created a cancer.
I didn't realize that Icreated this.
And of course people would belike, what are you talking about?
I never created the divorceand I never created.
It was him and it was the environment.

(27:11):
We give our power away toeverything and everyone all the time.
It was my mom's fault, it wasmy parents fault, it was my, you
know, my husband or my ex or.
And we, every time we do that,we have literally said, here, take
my power.
I'll be the victim and a creator.

(27:31):
And a victim cannot coexistlike a conscious creator and a victim
cannot coexist.
So when we're ready to stopthe blame game and we're ready to
take back her power, we'reliterally ready to say, you know
what, what within me can Ichange now?
They don't have to talk aboutenergy in order to change.
You can just say, what do Ihave to change in me that has attracted

(27:54):
this reality, that has createdthis reality?
Because if I created this, what's really cool is I could create
something else because I'm sopowerful and I've lost touch with
that power.
So we're all manifesting,we're all doing phase three.
Unfortunately we're just doingphase three and we're forgetting
to look at actually coming tophase one.
Awaken to the truth, awakeningto our power and then moving into

(28:17):
T, which is the transformation phase.
And as we transform energy, mygoodness manifestation starts to
move towards us with more easebecause we are literally vibrationally
aligning.
So the same chemo that couldhave killed with all nearly did kill
me.
At the beginning of my 11 year journey.

(28:37):
I had a more advanced form of chemotherapy.
Eleven years later after I haddone deep healing.
And literally they thought itmight shrink, it might heal a little
bit, maybe we can buy some time.
And it was gone.
Wow.
So it's because I becamealigned internally where no matter

(29:00):
what I was going to do, I wasin alignment with the energy of vitality,
health, longevity, life itself.
Whereas I wasn't for so longthat it didn't matter that somebody
could give me a magic pill.
I energetically could notreceive it.
So when we're sorry, just Iget so passionate that I could keep

(29:23):
going.
But I'll take a moment to pause.
That's really powerful andthere's a lot to digest there certainly
and unpack.
How does this all relate toquantum physics?
Is it because it's all aboutenergy and us harnessing the proper
energy and getting it to flowproperly yes.

(29:44):
So I will say maybe let's putit into two ways to look at this.
If we, again, simplify theconcepts of quantum physics.
So we don't feel like, becauseanyone can do this, you don't have
to understand quantum physicsto heal and transform.
You just have to know there'sa science behind it and there's a
spiritual essence behind it.

(30:06):
But the two main things Iwould say is one, yes.
What we know is everything is energy.
So if we can transmute thatenergy of thoughts, emotions, our
patterns, our traumas, whichwe can.
Which we absolutely can, andso many of the people I work with
do.

(30:26):
We can create healings.
We can create amplified flowof money.
We can change relationships, fall in love more deeply.
There's so many things canhappen when we realize that the work
that we're doing is actuallychanging our energy.
And when our energy changes,we have a new frequency in a new

(30:48):
vibrational state.
Which will then draw towardsus the things that we really want.
So that's one.
The other part of quantumphysics is that we live in a unified
field of consciousness.
That sounds fancy, and I knowyou alluded to it at the beginning,
so thank you for weaving thatin so masterfully in the opening.

(31:09):
But we live in a unified field.
What does this mean?
So you also mentioned,Shelley, this concept of what if
I could do the simple andsomething else could do the complicated.
So let's do this together with everyone.
Let's all take a moment totake a nice deep breath or two.

(31:35):
Now, for the most part, yourparticipation in taking a breath
in and out is relativelysimple, correct?
Yep.
Yep.
Can we also agree that breathis what sustains life on Earth?
Yes, yes.
Everything needs oxygen, for sure.

(31:55):
Absolutely.
So if we don't breathe, we'renot going to be here, period.
Okay.
So we know that the simplicityof breathing actually is creating
the complexity of living.
Yes.
Yeah.
So when I was in the depths ofdespair, literally bawling my eyes
out, scared, I sat on a couchat home, oh, for many hours, because

(32:22):
I was so immobile.
And I literally cried out, whyis this so complicated?
Now we can take that tophysical healing, relationships,
starting a business, thrivingin a business, money, whatever.

(32:43):
Why is this so complicated?
And I got a voice that was so clear.
Now, mind you, this is manyyears ago.
I wasn't really.
And I didn't understandquantum physics.
I didn't understand energy healing.
And that voice said, it is youand all of humanity that has complicated
these things.

(33:03):
I was like, what?
And so then the voice said, take a Deep breath.
And let it go.
And I did.
And then the voice said, wasthat hard?
And I was like, no.
Literally having aconversation with this voice.
And then the next thing Iheard was precisely, you see, I created.

(33:24):
This has been created.
You have been created.
You live in a field ofintelligence where you are intended
to do the simple and thecomplicated is intended to be left
to the intelligence in theuniverse that lives in the universe,
which also lives in every cellof our being.
So when we think about ourbreath, it is simple to breathe.

(33:47):
But the complicated part ofhow that oxygen gets to 60 trillion
cells in our body and enlivensus, that's not ours.
None of us actually do that.
I don't know how the gasexchange happens in my alveolar sacs
in my lungs.
I know it happens, but I don'tknow how I don't do it.

(34:08):
When we truly become thecreators and the manifestors in our
true power, unified withsource and creative intelligence,
our ability to work throughand navigate life becomes more easeful.
All this hard work, all thestruggle and all the intense pain
that many of us have felt orare feeling now is because there

(34:32):
are layers that we haveaccumulated that have kept us separate
from this source and thiswisdom and this intelligence, whether
it's ancient, you know, theancient thousands of years ago, where
the churches came into playand people started believing that
there was a God outside of us,not within us, or we all started

(34:54):
to see each of us asindividuals rather than integrated
beings, we started to findover thousands of years, more and
more separation and right nowin humanity, which is why I think
the world is under majorcontraction right now.
And all the people in theworld are feeling the contraction

(35:16):
because we're all being calledto give birth to the true, authentic
version of who we really areversus the misunderstandings and
the separated illusion that welive in.
So we have to start peelingaway those layers that have kept
us from source intelligence orGod consciousness or the quantum

(35:41):
field of intelligence.
To me, it's all the same.
I have reverence for thisintelligence no matter what name
we give it.
And so, yes, that healing is underneath.
Everyone's healing is healing, the separation from source.
Basically, it's tuning in toyour deeper inner resources.

(36:02):
The ultimate source of alltruth lies within every one of our
hearts.
Absolutely.
Absolutely, Kathy.
Stay tuned for more of womenroad warriors.

Welcome back to Women Roadwarriors with Shelly Johnson and
Kelly Kathy Tucaro.
If you've ever asked yourselfwhat it really means to take control
of your life from the insideout, you're gonna love this next
segment.
Our guest, Chanel Aramilli isa three time cancer survivor turned

(37:11):
international speaker, awardwinning mentor and expert in deep
transformation.
She blends quantum physics, neuroscience and intuitive wisdom
to help people rewrite the reality.
She believes truetransformation begins at the root.
She has something she talksabout called the ATM method to create
an abundant life through anawakening to our power and becoming

(37:33):
a conscious manifestor andcreator of our own reality.
Chanel did it herself by beingin alignment with vitality, energy
and life itself.
If we can transmute the energyof our traumas, we can change our
energy frequency andvibrational state to draw towards
us the things we really want.
This is what she teachesthrough her Create your own Reality

(37:56):
Academy.
Chanel guides people inhealing not just the surface, but
the source.
Because real change happenswhen we transform energy itself.
Chanel, in our last segment wecovered how we've lost touch with
the universal intelligenceover thousands of years which has
distorted our reality and ourultimate transformation and potential.

(38:17):
Could you dive a bit deeperinto that and how we can transform
ourselves?
You know, we talk about livingan authentic life and so I like to
bring the physical laws of theuniverse and the spiritual laws of
the universe together tocreate practical changes in our life
and real life changes and reallife miracles that we co create and

(38:38):
we talk about an authenticlife and it's valuable at the physical
dimensional level, meaning dayto day when we talk about living
authentically, we talk aboutwhat maybe speaking truth.
Be authentic with yourfeelings, set healthy boundaries.
These are ways to show upauthentically, right?

(39:00):
Follow your heart and notsomebody else's.
That's an authentic form of living.
So these are authentic ways tolive in our three dimensional world.
And that's beautiful, powerfulhealing that many people are undergoing
right now in their personaldevelopment journeys.
I like to take it to one levelfurther, which is what I would call
maybe a truly authentic life.

(39:22):
And that is yes, we speak ourtruth, we set boundaries, we follow
our heart.
But a truly authentic life isto remember the power that lives
within us.
Because within us is a healerand within us is a creator.
And that I believe is the trueAuthenticity, people that we are.
And that comes when wedissolve the separation between who

(39:45):
we think we are and who God isor what the universe is.
And we begin to dissolve thedifferences between the two and we
merge into the quantum field.
Now we look the same, I lookthe same, we look the same.
But how we tap in and workwith that field of intelligence is

(40:07):
different.
So we're becoming more interconnected.
Precisely.
Shelley and interconnected.
Oh goodness, what a great word.
We're interconnecting thephysical reality with the multidimensional
reality.
Like what else is out there inthe universe.
We're becoming interconnectedbetween our thoughts and our emotions.
We're becoming interconnectedbetween our head, which thinks, and

(40:31):
our heart, which feels.
We're becoming interconnectedwith this field of consciousness
and realizing that when I seethe divine in you, I'm seeing the
divine in me.
But when I see the devil insomebody or the evil in somebody,
I'm actually only seeing theevil in the devil in me.
Wow.
So if we're trulyinterconnected, how I see someone

(40:54):
else is really just areflection of how I see me.
Interesting.
Yeah.
So pretty exciting andfascinating information.
But truly to just know that wecan create miracles, like we all
have the capacity to createmiracles no matter where we are in
this moment.
And I don't say it's alwayseasy, but I say it's possible.

(41:16):
I love how you say we cocreate miracles.
Yeah, we do.
Right.
Because we have to participate.
If we don't breathe, theintelligence isn't going to be able
to do the rest for us.
If we don't take inspiredaction to build our business, but
also trust and work with thatintelligent field, we're not going

(41:36):
to be able to build the business.
We still have to participate.
If we don't make love to havea baby, we're still not going to
get pregnant.
Like, there is a co creativeexperience here.
We're not going to sit on thecouch and say, all right, you know
what God feels, go take careof it.
I'll just sit here and do theeasy, you do the hard.
It's co creative.

(41:57):
Like we have to still breathe,we have to chew food and swallow,
but the digestion isn't ours.
So how do we learn to takeinspired action rather than working
hard?
Is something I teach a lot.
And I continue to have topractice this for myself.
So, you know, I'm not exemptfrom the journey.
I'm in it.
We all are.

(42:17):
We all are.
And I don't believe thatmiracles land in our lap.
I Don't think they land in ourlap because we're good enough and
because we earned it andbecause, you know, we deserve it.
I believe miracles land on ourlap because we choose to co create
them.
I mean, we're already worthy,we're already deserving.
You know what?
You're so right.

(42:38):
I was standing drunk and homeless.
I had lost my 13 year nursingcareer, and I'm standing there with
this guy named Toothless Joe.
And it was a moment of clarity.
Had he told me, had that guytold me that there's a miracle waiting
for you right around thatcorner, go get it.
I'd have laughed him off that sidewalk.
I'm like, yeah, right, right.
Because I wasn't in a goodframe of mind.

(42:59):
But when I was standing thereand I looked at him and he had slapped
me on the back and he's like, you know, this is the life.
Live it.
Love was the most profoundmoment of clarity I've ever had.
It's like time slowed anddecades of depression and despair
just shattered like, like justin a billion pieces.

(43:19):
And I saw crystal clear forthe first time in my life.
And I'm looking at him and thewords are, I'm trying to process
what he said.
And I'm like, what did youjust say?
And I said, this is not my life.
I've always known there's a,there's a bigger purpose to my life.
And standing beside that guy, drunk and homeless with nothing,
I said, this is not it.
I don't know what it is, butthis isn't it.

(43:41):
And so even though I had nonothing and I had all, and I didn't
know what my next step was, I didn't.
I had no plan.
I just turned around and Iwent to detox.
And I took every step fromthere and the miracle was around
the corner.
But like you just said, I hadto take the steps to go get it.
I had to co create that miracle.

(44:02):
Because everything I've donesince that moment in 2011 has led
me to be sitting here talkingto you.
Kathy, that makes my heart so happy.
I love it.
I absolutely love it.
Those pivotal moments are so,so incredibly intense and sometimes

(44:23):
so scary and sometimes soshattering, but they are truly the
catalyst that exists in orderfor us to walk through that greatness
or the gateway to greatness.
And I love your story, and Ihave to share this one story because
I think it's also, it's allvery much about how much we give

(44:45):
away our power.
And so again, in the depths ofdespair, I was laying this time on
another couch and another moment.
And I was working with ahealer, because at that time, I kept
looking for the healer who wasgoing to heal me.
And I was laying on the couch, and she was doing her thing on Zoom.

(45:05):
She was this sought out healer.
She was doing this thing on Zoom.
And three sessions in.
You know, we're in the nextsession now.
And I was just laying there, again, about 85 pounds in pain, really
frail, very vulnerable and dependent.
And she just blurted out, oh,my God, I can't work with you anymore

(45:27):
because you're gonna die.
And something in me.
This was my moment of pivot, where I literally.
Excuse the language.
You can bleep it out if youneed to, but no way is anyone gonna
tell me that I'm not gonna be here.
And it was the same when itwas the statistics that were given
to me, like, don't.
I just walked into offices, doctor's offices.

(45:49):
Don't give me the statistic.
Cause I'm gonna choose to bethe one I'm creating anyway.
I don't want to know.
Don't give it to me.
Because I had heard thembefore, and it wasn't helpful for
me.
And that moment was a momentwhere I said, nobody has the power
to determine my destiny but me.

(46:10):
Amen.
Wow.
Yep.
Yep.
And it does take courage.
Like what you had to do andwhat I've had to do.
And, Shelly, I know you've hadyour stories, and we all have it
in us.
And I tell people, people justare like, I'm too afraid.
And I said, you know what?
So was I.
And I still healed.
I was not without fear.
I had fear.

(46:30):
But what I did is I constantlytapped in, and I reached in and I
grabbed about one ounce moreof courage than I had of fear.
That's all I could do.
Like, okay, I'm.
I'm really afraid.
I've got these little kidssitting in front of me.
My husband.
I'm so scared.
Have tried everything, but Iwould continue to pull into that
courage.
And we all have it in us.

(46:52):
All of us can create magic andmiracles if we're willing to go through
the awakening, go through thetransformation, and learn how to
really, truly manifest.
You're providing hope for somany people.
This is just amazing.
People are going to be asking, how do I do this?
Are there some takeaways forthe ladies out there who are listening?

(47:15):
And how do they reach out to you?
Chanel?
Okay, great questions.
Let me give you a littletakeaway for those who just want
a tool.
So I Teach the cup of tea.
T E A it's a great place to begin.
Tea.
So, the cup of tea.
So ladies, if you've beendealing with a challenge, you're

(47:38):
going to reach for your oldcup of tea and you're going to start
looking at your T, which isthoughts, your E, which are emotions,
and A, which are actions.
And you're going to startjotting them down.
What thoughts have I had aboutmy body or my business that have
held me back?
What are my thoughts, what aremy emotions?

(47:58):
And what actions or inactionshave I taken or not taken?
And you're going to startlooking at your old cup of tea.
Because until we start reallybrutally, honestly looking at the
cup of tea, our thoughts, ouremotions, our actions, they could
have been from childhood, adolescence, present day, our parents,
it doesn't matter.

(48:19):
When we want to changeconsciousness, we have to change
our thoughts, emotions and actions.
And so then you start lookingat how could I look at a new cup
of tea?
How could I change that one thought?
How could I change this one emotion?
How could I change this one action?
And we begin the journey ofelevating consciousness by changing

(48:40):
our thoughts, our emotions andour actions.
They all work together.
You can't go and heal emotionswithout understanding why you have
them.
And there has to be a thoughtthat drives those emotions.
Nobody is just angry, but theymay be angry because they're not
heard.

(49:01):
Nobody is just sad, but theymay be sad because they were dismissed.
But we have to understand thethoughts, the emotions and the actions
and we can begin changing.
So that's a tool for all the listeners.
It's free and it exists forall of us.
So an old cup of tea and a newcup of tea and you can do that frequently.

(49:21):
You can grab a journal bookand start.
I really like that.
I do too.
Thank you.
And like I said, I love takingcomplex ideas and making them practical
and usable so that we can transform.
Because if not, it's just information.
And my job is to takeinformation to transformation beyond
your imagination.

(49:42):
So that's one tool.
And then there's so many waysthat people can deepen the work.
My website is my name chanelrmly.com I can spell it if you'd
like.
Or it'll just available.
Okay.
It's S H E N A L R M L E A R IM I l l I.com and the website has

(50:16):
access to booking anintroductory session.
There's a free ebook.
There's some, you know, youcan sign up and then get just access
information that I share forfree in my mailers.
They can go to ChanelAramilli's Create youe Reality Academy

(50:37):
where there are some freemasterclasses, some pre guided meditations.
There is a very, veryinexpensive way to sign up for the
Circle of Co Creators, whichis a membership platform.
It's $99 right now for a wholeyear of pre recorded masterclasses
for healing guidedmeditations, energetic clearings.

(51:02):
So there's low price points.
And then you know when you'rereally ready to turn your life around
and you want that mentor toilluminate the path for you and to
really help you to intuitivelyknow what's holding you back.
There are private mentorshippackages as well.
So many ways to get to wherewe want to go, but it begins with

(51:23):
taking the desire, beginningto believe it's possible, and taking
small actions in that direction.
That is powerful.
Chanel, what is your website again?
It's Chanel rmilly.com that'sS H E N A L A R I M I l l I.com and

(51:46):
there's an email id there thatthey can access from the website.
But super exciting stuff.
I love what I do.
I love witnessing the miraclesthat happen all around me with the
people that I'm blessed to bearound and work with.
So to every listener, I trulybelieve that you are a miracle maker

(52:06):
and that you have it in you.
And I hope that I have anopportunity, Shelley and Kathy, to
continue our friendship, our relationship.
And I am so eternally gratefulfor being invited to share, to speak
and to learn from you both.
And vice versa.
Chanel, this has been super enlightening.

(52:28):
This is terrific.
Thank you so much.
It's been an honor.
Thank you Chanel.
Thank you so much ladies.
Blessings.
