I am back at the Fire Brick Company in Melbourne, Australia for Part 2 of this amazing factory tour.  If you haven’t listened to Part 1, take a listen to that episode first, before you get into this one!

The Fire Brick Company manufactures some of the best Wood Fired Ovens on the planet. I even have their D105 brick oven in my backyard!
