I get irate during this show, and it isn't fake. I have genuinely had enough of these phony fitness voices giving people faulty information about diet. Training doesn't bother me as much because people need to find their way inside the gym regardless of where they start. Most people are sincerely desperate for meaningful nutrition information and assistance with weight loss, yet the viral voices only further frustrate and disappoint them. This episode is step one in my battle against this manipulative exploitation.
