In episode 67, I talk about the mental game of life, lifting, breaking addiction, and lifestyle changes via taking extreme responsibility in owning you choices and behavior.

I felt compelled to comment on the anger and disappointment circulating by Strongman athletes over the cost of competing, share my own experiences and disappointments on topic, and try to offer some perspective and advice. I would also be remiss if I didn't add my Strong Opinion!
