In this lesson we discuss Thought Habit #2, Separating My Worth From My Performance. First we discuss how to create low feelings of self-worth and then how to create high feelings of self-worth. We talk about how nothing you do in this life changes the way Heavenly Father and Christ value you, your worth was established long before this earth life began. You can be on track for exaltation whether you gain weight or lose weight, whether you pay all your bills on time or have to declare bankruptcy, whether you have a perfect marriage or are getting a divorce. Your performance, (your actions) have no bearing on who you are as a beloved son or daughter of the Eternal God.
