Emma Douglass, former name Karhu is a former wrestler from Powell Wyoming. She was the first and only girl to place 5th at boys high school state twice. She is now married to Sefton Douglass and is his biggest cheerleader. Shew talks about their life and what is to come for both of them moving forward.

Zella Maez is a Green River Native and started wrestling in high school. She got the opportunity to wrestle on an international stage in Bulgaria and Romania. Bior is a pioneer for woman's wrestling. She paved the way for so many girls by being one of the firsts to get on that mat with boys. She talks about her career and what the smell of a wrestling room can do. Most importantly she talks about how you need to take time off if you need it. If you love something, let it go. Ellie is a wrestler from Missouri that was apart of the AAU World Team that competed in the ISF Summer Games in Manama, Bahrain. AAU Girls Director Jason Loyd talks about his experience with the AAU World Team at the ISF Summer games in Manama, Bahrain. He speaks about the different things he experienced over there in the Middle East and what he loves about the trip. He also speaks about AAU as an organization for Iowa and the upcoming AAU National and international trips and how to apply for those.

Monica Schommer is an operating official and works for a wrestling operation company called Higher Intelligence. She was chosen as a volunteer worker at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. She worked the wrestling aspect of the games and she spoke about how she got picked, her experience over there and the ins and outs of Paris.

Coach Jeff Parke is a former High School assistant wrestling coach and football coach. He is current volunteer wrestling coach for the Natrona County Fillies wrestling team in Casper, WY.
