Speaker 3 (01:48):
So how are you all doing today?

Speaker 4 (01:51):
I'm doing solid. Thanks for having me read off my
whole resume. I didn't forgot.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
I did have stuff that's all about research.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Hey, anytime guests come on here, I want to make
you all well known.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
As much as possible.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
That's how I do because one thing about you know, podcasting,
This is a lot of work, though, you want to
put all your credentials out there.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
So do you all think it's going to be a
success or an upset with this pay per view? But
that's going to be two nights and I'm starting with you, Sadric.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
That's tough, you know, because it's it's kind of the
makeup show. It's the first two night Summer Slam that
we're getting. We knew about this. I think at least
a year two years ago, they were going to start
doing this, if I'm being completely honest. Some of the
card came together kind of late in the game, so

(02:45):
it's not much build on certain things, kind of the
same thing they did with Evolution. They kind of did
like a very short build into some of it. And
this is my nature of having pos every month and
the nature of having to hangover at WrestleMania and then
Saturday night main event. They have so many big, bigger
events and we're not doing live show as much anymore
that you can't release space things out and tell stories

(03:07):
outside of television, which is why we rely on social
media now. As far as success, I expect to make money.
I think that's all they really care about these days,
how much money they make. I expect it to be
a sold out show, to still be a MetLife. But
as far as like the quality of the program, unless
we get some major surprises around some of the bigger stories,

(03:28):
I think that's where, like, at least on social media,
like it'll still trend number one, and so I don't
doubt that. But I think where your hardcore fans will
have their critiques is if we don't get major surprises
or major shakeups and things like that, because it kind
of feels like we've been in limbo or status quo
outside of some injuries that have changed some things. So

(03:49):
will it be a success fiscally? Yes, the card itself,
I can't say I really get that excited about it.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Yeah, Now, how do you feel about it?

Speaker 4 (04:02):
Normal?

Speaker 5 (04:04):
I know we was you know, trying a little bit
before we had started, but I agree definitely with the
uh success of it. Yes, I think it's gonna be
successful money wise, because who's not gonna watch it? Even
if you don't think it's gonna be good, You're gonna
watch it to see if it's gonna be good or not.
So money wise, yes, I do like that they did

(04:28):
split it up into two nights, and the reason why
is because we get to see more talent versus them
trying to pack it all into one day. And I
mean they started with wrestle Mania and that was actually
kind of nice when they did that, even though you know,
I didn't know how that one's gonna go. But yeah,

(04:50):
I think it's gonna I think it's gonna be successful.
Now in terms of the matches, I definitely agree. Unless
we get like some major surprises with the storylines that
the like that, then it could go either way, you know,
in terms of whether the fans want to see it
two night again, or if they be like, yeah, you know,
let's just put it down the one night because y'all

(05:11):
don't do that well.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
So yeah, yeah, But in my opinion, I think it's
gonna be a success. I mean, like you just said,
it's They extended it to two days, which I think
was a good move because Summer Slam it's pretty much
the summer WrestleMania, so why not do it into two
nights to give new talent opportunities to shine out there too,
and then what a way to have Cardi B host

(05:36):
it too to add that entertainment to it as well.
So my pin I think it's gonna be a success.
And the matches, you know, some are gonna be a success,
that some may be an upset too. So I just think,
in my opinion, it's gonna be good. And then of
course next year they're gonna do two days, and then
you never know, they might try to mix NX team
up in there too.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Next year. You just never know, so we'll see. Yep.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
So you all think it may be any surprise returns
And I'm gonna start with you, Nora.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
Uh surprise returns? M h, I don't I don't have
like any specific surprise returns. I think we're gonna see,
but I want to see surprise returns. I know, like
we're supposed to get like Jelly roll on there, yeah,
to do a match, and you know, like you said,
Cardi is hosting, But I don't know about any surprise returns.

(06:29):
I know John Cena is still doing his little victory lap,
so I don't know about any surprises though.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Okay, okay, what about you said, do you see anyone
making a surprise return.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
That's so tough because I immediately think to our main events
and it's like when we talk about surprise return I
think what we all are sitting on our hands and
waiting for is Dwayne. So it's like, put you in
a space where if it's not the Rock, it don't matter,
especially with everything that we've seen with WWE Unreal debut
in this week, and you have the stuff where it's like, oh,

(07:05):
it really wasn't the Rock's fault. We went this direction
and stuff like that. So unless that's worked out behind
the scenes and we finally get like, hey, the Cody
Soul Johnson's sole thing takes a different turn, then I
think that's what everybody is waiting to see what will
happen because we don't have that many Johnson of dates left.
But outside of the Rock, like, I can't think of

(07:28):
anybody like physically unable to perform right now, like that
can come back, like Ilia dragonof I think he still
has some time away. I mean it would be cool
if maybe since we're doing the jelly Roll match, if
you have other maybe celebrities getting involved in the first
name I think of is maybe Bad Bunny. Maybe we
said a program with Bad Bunny and Logan Paul down
the road and this is like the tea leaves of that.

(07:49):
But outside of that, I can't imagine anything because so
many things this summer have been kind of start and stop,
Like we saw Seth Royland stuff and now he's hurt.
We saw the rise of our truth Ron killings, and
now he's doing a program with Malachi Black and it's
like we we forgot about that stuff. So it's like,
I don't really know what they can do to surprise me.

(08:13):
I will say this because you mentioned the next a
minute ago, and with NXT they have so much runway.
With the new CW partnership, well, you can do some
magical stuff like Naya Jacks appearing on NXT and potentially
putting over Lash Legend on that programming or on main roster. Huge, huge,
because I think, if anything, we'll start seeing the next

(08:33):
class of superstars from NXT start integrating with the main roster,
and maybe we see something like that. But unless they
got doing in their back pocket, I don't know. I
don't know who is big enough. It's gonna make you
be like wow, and then we have all the social
media numbers as a result.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Yeah, but you're know who I would really love to
make it to see make a surprise with her, and
that's Sasha Banks. I would love to see her come back,
and it'd be cool if she came back doing in
that triple threat match. You know, you got Naomi that's
the women's World Heavyweight champion, and then she's going against
Rhea and EO Sky. So it'd be cool if after

(09:10):
that match was over, because I think that the Naomi.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
May retain a match of course, retain the championship.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
It it'd be cool if Sasha came right out there
to let her know, because they used to seem up
with one another before Sasha left the main roster, So
that'd be an interest in the see Sasha come back
after Naomi retains the title to let her know like, hey,
I want to I want to challenge you for that title.
And what they do is they put her in the
series of matches to make her number one contender for

(09:37):
that title. So I would like to see a surprise
return like that with Sasha Banks aka Mercedes Money.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
Unless I mean, that'll be dope, unless there's some forbidden
doorstuff going on with contracts. I don't think the two
worlds really mixed right now, just when Mercedes being in
contract with AW. Don't think Tony would even allow it.
But if there's if we see one thing, it's like
cash rules all here. So like TKO being a bigger brand,
I'm not saying a partnership can't happen. I'm just saying

(10:08):
like since we've been seeing them kind of throw dirt
on a W, it's a it's a long shot, especially
with the way they're putting p l S or NXCPL
e's that that is on every AW weekend date to
try to compete against it and take away from that
that show. But Mercedes Worldwide, she got eight titles. I mean,

(10:29):
if there would be, it would be a perfect fairy
tale ending. If she was to continue to garner more
titles around the globe and bring that persona to WWE
at some point.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
Yeah, yeah, that'd be cool. I mean, but you just
never know.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Like with Cody Rose came back to the WWE, I
don't know, well aw, so it's like you never know. Yeah,
but we should see though. Now, what matches side you
are really looking forward to? When I'm gonna start with you.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Sager, you know what, I'm gonna jump directly outside the
main event pictures because it's so uncertain that we might
just get it straightforward, you might not get those surprises there.
But what instantly caught my eye was last week the
announcement of the Tag Team Championship because this is the
first time and I don't know how long the SmackDown

(11:15):
titles have been on a pl E and we are
getting a twelve man tag TLC match, which sounds insane, dude.
I think it's gonna be the largest TLC match we've
ever seen. But when you talk about getting other superstars
to get the big payday and be on the big

(11:36):
pl E, this is top of the list because you
may look at it. We're getting the Wyat six, DIY Praxium,
Motorcini machine guns and the Street Profits and Androtti as
well as Ray Phoenix in one big match. Like I
don't know where on the card that goes, but I'm
watching that. I'm stalking whatever I'm doing.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
To watch that.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
That's definitely gonna be the match though. But see and
I'm glad they're doing that too because the last TLC
Ladder match with the tags and we saw on the line,
I can remember back in the early two thousands when
you had the Hardy's, the Dudley Boys, Edge and Christian
those were the last ones our teams I remember being
in the TLC Ladder match and they did pay the

(12:19):
way for this moment that we're about to see on
either Saturday or Sunday. So I'm definitely looking forward to that.
The only thing I do wish though, that they would
have had the Women's United States Championship on the line
at SummerSlam, so that way is Elena could have an
opportunity to try to get her title back from Juliana.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Yeah, I don't know why we I mean, of course,
Becky Lynch is elevating the interco neal title, but we
still haven't figured out how to elevate the the US,
so I don't know what it's going to take. I mean,
Chelsea Degreen did a good job. Maybe Julia having Keanu
James as a mouthpiece now allows her to get consistently

(12:58):
on television. We'll see how that works out. Since Keana's
back now, it seems like she's not going to be
in a serious wrestling capacity. Yeah, she's still rocking a
huge like recovery knee brace for the acl chair. But
like I agree, I think what Selena does a good
job with is like promoting her character online that she's
going to a darker side and saying like, hey, the

(13:20):
muzzles off now. So maybe she gets more promo time,
whether it be through socials or like the SmackDown after
shows and things like that. I think allowing that to
play out on screen will allow us to keep caring
about the US title because let's be honest, when Chelsea
had it, it was musty because Chelsea is, for lack
of better words, not afraid to make an ass of
herself and be in any type of segment. She's down

(13:43):
to do anything. So it's like she made the title
relevant that way, so we got to see what Julia
brings to the table outside of like I just just
stell her in ring wrestling, because she might be in
kind of the what was what Lira was going through
where she did Becky to kind of bring out that character.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Ever, right, Yeah, I can see that happening. But yeah,
we all see though, but it just would have been
cool to see it all. And then what yeah, and
what about you, nor what matches are you really looking
forward to?

Speaker 5 (14:19):
I'm definitely looking forward to Jade's match for sure, just
because I just love her, so kind of biased against
that one, but I'm definitely looking forward to her match.
Obviously looking forward to John Cena's match because, like I said,
he's doing his victory laps, so anything for me John

(14:39):
Cena right now, I'm kind of like into it until
he just goes, you know, just come back baby cameos
and that's about it. But I'm looking forward to that one.
It definitely obviously the Jelly Roland because I want to
see how much training he actually did to who you

(15:00):
prepare for this match, because I feel like it's really
interesting to just see him in the match itself.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Exactly because if you think about it, he had promoted
the theme song Last Share Liar to Somer Slam and
to know he's finna get in the ring this year,
so that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (15:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Now, the matches I would say I'm looking forward to
is of course the women matches, you know, ja Cardio
versus Tiffany, And I'm looking forward to of course a
triple threat match with Riha Eo and Naomi. I feel
like they're gonna tear the house down. And of course
with Becky and Lyra. I'm really looking forward to that
match too, yep, and I feel like it's gonna you know,

(15:40):
they're gonna tear her down like they did at Mania. Now, now,
who do you think is gonna win the match between
Jade and Tiffany?

Speaker 3 (15:47):
And I'm start with you, Cedric.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
You know, Jade has not lost much and she's completely dominant,
whether you agree with it or not in the Naomi feud.
So I think the curve ball happened at Evolution because
I think naturally a lot of people thought long term
that it would be Naomi cashing in on Jade to

(16:17):
get that look back. Well, we know that's not happening
now because Naom is a champion all raw, so like
now it puts even more of a question mark there.
And I think every this has been like an up
and down rain for Tiffany and not her fault. It's
just like I think they've kind of pigeonholed her to
being a catchphrase and it's like the matches can hold up,

(16:38):
but she hasn't really had many like big challenges. She
likes to cycle back to Naya a few times, had
the Charlotte thing where the promo is bad, not bad,
but like she took personal shots in the promo, so
it's like she's overcome everything, but like we haven't seen
anybody overcome Jade. So like that where it's like it's

(17:00):
fifty to fifty booking for me. But I think that, uh,
this is probably a good time for Jade to Probably
I don't think it'll be her first loss like she
lost before with help of somebody else, but it might
be like her first clean loss if they do it,
because I just don't see them moving on from Tiffany.
I think they're still relying on her trajectory. And also

(17:23):
it might be there might be a snowballs chance where
like Naomi's been like a serial hater. She might just
cost Jade the match.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
Still true, Yeah, that's true. Yeah, we'll see. And I
knowing what have had you.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
I know you're a huge j fan, but honestly, do
you honestly do you believe she's gonna win or it
might be an upset.

Speaker 5 (17:46):
You know, not even just me like being a fan
of her, but as a centric was saying like she
hasn't really lost the match.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
M hm.

Speaker 5 (17:58):
So I feel like she is gonna win. But if
they were to do anything with Tiffany, now would be
the time to do it, just to just like give
her her shine. I'm not gonna say Tiffany gonna just
let her just you know, pin her and that's it.
She don't give her run for her money. But yeah,

(18:20):
like they can at least give Tiffany a little bit
of shine since Jade is kind of taking over.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
True.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
True, But in my opinion, I feel like the storm
is here now and the storm is gonna take over.
So I believe Jay is gonna win. And the reason
why I say that is because she did win win
the Queen of the Ring and then she has proven
herself over the two years she's been on the main
roster that you know she can do it with thof

(18:47):
and that she can be the champion. So I feel
like she's gonna win, but Tiffany is gonna give her
a run for her money. You know, I don't that
that's gonna be an intense match though, you know the
way Tiffany gave Charlotte a run for her money, the
way she gave Naya Jackson run for her money, It's
gonna be the same thing with Jade. So Jay not
gonna have it easy. But I do predict that she's

(19:08):
gonna win, but you never know. It might be some
interference from Naomi, But then I think she's gonna overcome
that interference too. And I think they're gonna put the
title on Jade for a reason because if you think
about it, that dream match between Beyonca Bell Lair and
Jay Card, you is gonna have to happen sometime, and
why not have them go against each other for the championship.

(19:30):
So that's what I That's the reason why I could
see Jay winning. So that was Beyonca is clear to wrestle.
Then they're gonna have b for one another. About the
incident that happened with Jake, and that's gonna go all
the way over to next year for the championship, and
then I think that at some point Tiffany is gonna
get that title back later that year and it might
turn into a triple threat match beyonca versus j versus

(19:52):
Tiffany for the title. So you never know. So I
got my money on the Storm that's gonna do it.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
I think the only time that the only person that
we've seen beat Jade in recent memory of just in general,
is a live Morgan. Yeah, so like I don't know,
they got to figure that out. And I also would
like to see people wear their damn crowns if you're
gonna be King and Queen of the Ring, Like why
are we not acknowledging.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
That that's that?

Speaker 4 (20:22):
You go, Cody j were the crowns. Otherwise we're gonna
phase this pay per view or this event out again
like it was for many years. Like it's a nostalgic
event for a lot of old school wrestling fans, and
I want to see it get its shine, Like can
Queen of the Ring can be good things again?

Speaker 3 (20:40):
It can?

Speaker 2 (20:41):
I agree, because they do it right, yep, because it
was good for Steve Austin when he became King of
the Ring and came up with that Austin three sixteen,
So that was historic there. So I agree they do
need to add more shine on the King and Queen
of the Ring Rings winners. So now the next match
I want to discuss is that tag match with Alexa.
But Alexa and Charlotte versus Roquel and Roxanne. So now,

(21:04):
how do you all think that both of the how
do you think Alexa and Charlotte is gonna work together?
And who do you all think is gonna win that match?
And I'm gonna start with you no.

Speaker 5 (21:13):
Oh Now, see, this is a tough one because it's
definitely gonna be a good match for sure, Like that's that.
But I'm definitely thinking that Charlotte and Alexa is gonna
take it in terms of the match. I just feel

(21:36):
like they're gonna be the stronger ones to take the match. Uh,
just as just what we've been seeing as of late.
So I'm hoping that they get it. But I'm not
saying that Tila Roxanne can't get it. But I think

(21:57):
it's gonna be uh Alexa Charlot though for sure.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
Yep, I agree what about you, Sadrick.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
It's it's tough because you see them doing the stuff
with Charlotte and Alexa, and you see there's you can
kind of feel like there's plans for it, and this
might might be like the easiest way to keep Charlotte
away from uh the title picture, because you know that
could be a polarizing thing. But whenever I whenever I
see stuff like this, I pay attention to merchant. I'm like, Okay,

(22:26):
they're doing the like we're not friends shirts and things
like that, So there'll be a team for a while.
But I think it's too soon to crown them with belts.
I think they got to go through some some turbulence
first to keep tag teaming together and making sense of it. Plus,
the Judgment Day is cooking on all cylinders, and I
think they're gonna keep relying on the fact that the

(22:47):
entire Judgment Day clubhouse has gold and playing up to
the fact that Roxanne is replacing Live for as long
as that can go. I mean, who knows, maybe maybe
we get a live return, not to say that she'll
be in a wrestling capacity, but maybe she just shows
up so we get her in the on screen role.
So we can start telling that story again. It's like, hey,
are you trying to replace me with Roxanne? What are

(23:08):
you doing? Domb things like that? So I think from
that standpoint, too soon to pull the titles off Roquel
and Roxanne. Plus Roquel has been doing some amazing work
the past month since Kevin Nash called her out, So like,
Roxanne's been probably the most consistent women's performer on Ross
and debuting, and I think they reward her with that

(23:29):
by keeping those belts on both of them through.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
But that's kind of tough though.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
It's like y'all all brought up some good points, but
you know, I could see Alexa and Charlotte winning because
Alexa and Charlotte, believe it or not, they do have
great chemistry and they do work well together, believe it
or not. So I can see them giving Roquela Roxane
a run for their moneies. But it's like I do
like seeing Roquiel and the Roxanne the champions too, because

(23:56):
what Roquelle is doing is mentoring Roxanne and give her
also helping her get that shine too. So it's like
I would hate to see them drop the titles, but
it's like I'm really rooting for Alexa and Charlotte because
it's like, with Charlotte, we were so used to her
being a singles competitor, so now that she's starting to
team up with Alexa, now that's gonna make it more

(24:17):
intense and then it's gonna, you know, make make the
storylines more interesting with her now. So I could see
Alexa and Charlotte winning, but I don't think they're gonna
have those titles for long if they win. I think
I think Roquel and Roxanne is gonna find a way
to become number one contenders again for the titles and
they could possibly take it take it away from now

(24:39):
at the next event. Who knows, but I think Alexa
and Charlotte got it though. Now the match now, now
it's of course, you just briefly talked about this match
for Randy Jordan and Jelly Row versus Drew and Logan Paul.
So now who do you all think is gonna shine
in that match and bring home to win?

Speaker 3 (24:58):
And I'm gonna start with you, Sedrick.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
You know what, Like, the celebrity influence has been like
real nasty this year, ever since they came to Netflix.
And this is a example, but this one kind of
bought me in when I saw the whole bit they
did on the late night show the Jelly Roll was hosting,
and then Randy and Drew fought to the back. I'm
pretty sure at the most recent Saturday night main event,

(25:25):
I think Drew got that win over Randy. So I
think behind the scenes, Randy has been talking about how
pumped up he is to work with Jelly Roll and
how much work he's put in. I think we'll get
a good showing from him, regardless of whoever. I think
it might be consistent that Bad Bunny might be the
best celebrity crossover unless we believe Logan paul Is. But

(25:46):
this might be, like, if you're a nostalgic fan, this
might be Jelly rolls like Lawrence Taylor moment where he
just flexes like traditional big man moves, moves agile and
the ring hes noticably lost a lot of weight. So
I'm going to give that to Randy and Jelly Roll
just because I think it'll set up maybe something later
in the year where Logan gets a physical one on
one against jelly Row.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
True, Okay, I like that. So what about you, Noura,
who do you think is gonna have an upper hand.

Speaker 5 (26:16):
I definitely have to get it to Ready and Jelly
Row for sure, not seeing that Drew McIntire, Logan Paul
not gonna give him more for their money. But I
want to see Ready Art and Jelly Row win. Like
you said, Jelly Rolls are putting in a lot of
work and I really want to see him get the
win because he's been putting in a lot of work

(26:38):
and I feel like this is probably one of the better,
like a celebrity matches that they had sense like Bad
Bunny and even the one with Johnny Knoxville that they had.
So yeah, I definitely want to see see Jelly Row win.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
We can't forget about Snooky too from Shore. She made
an appearance with Wrestling, so she did.

Speaker 5 (27:03):
She did.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Yeah, that was a funny match though. But I agree
with both of you. I feel like Randy and Jelly
is gonna do it this year because Jelly and Randy
Day they got chemistry together, and I'm sure Randy Orton
behind the scenes have worked with Jelly to help get
him to where he needs to be too. But I
agree with what you said too, Norfolk. I think that
Drew and Logan is gonna get him a run for
their money. It's gonna be an entertaining match. But I

(27:27):
got to give it to Randy and Jelly though. And
I'm just looking forward to seeing what Jelly's gonna do
because we see that he had. He showed us a
few wrestling moves I want to say on that was
on roll about a few weeks ago, so we see
what he's capable of doing though, that he's gonna bring.
He's gonna bring give him a fight. But yeah, I
say Randy and Jelly got this though. Now the next

(27:51):
tag match I want to talk about is Roman Rains
and Jay Uso versus Bron Bron Breaker and Bronson Reed. Now,
who do you all think it's gonna win that match?
And I'm gonna start with.

Speaker 5 (28:02):
You all these matches for me are heard. These are
some hard matches.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 5 (28:13):
I feel like they're gonna keep the trajectory with Roman
reigns and Jus m hm. That's what I feel like
they're gonna do to like give them the win. It'll be,
you know, a safer move to do so versus doing

(28:34):
the Brin Breaker and Bron Red win. That's just what
I see, just as of late, but I'm not saying that.
You know, Brian Breaker couldn't win, but I think it's
gonna be a Roman's reigns run though for sure.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
Okay, okay, now what about you, Satrick.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
Listen, they took the tribal chiefs shoes. Bronson Reid left
that man barefoot on Netflix. He did you had to
walk home with no shoes. I love the storyline. I

(29:17):
love that we we're pivoting because Seth ain't there no
more to be like Na Like the bron Bronze is
real problems and I think that continues this weekend, that
you're going to see the bron Bronze go over Jay
and Romans, so we can continue telling that story without
Seth being there. That there's still a threat. I expect
more Jordan's to get took.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
Well, he did have a fresh pair of fours so
one night.

Speaker 5 (29:44):
I mean, obviously maybe it'd be some fours again. It
might be some swails. I don't know, but uh, I
hope it's a good pill.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
Hey, they don't be falling off like that.

Speaker 4 (29:57):
Yeah, man, that's the ultimate disrespect to his shoes. I
mean you, yeah, they'll get they get a partial look
back but he's gonna leave without them shoes again. It's
gonna start a trend, right, kind.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
Of like kind of like what happened on Friday when
de Bo got his shoes stolen.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
So yeah, yeah, we an'll see that.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
But you know what I think, Broun breaker, I think
the two Bron's gonna win, though, if you think about it,
Paul Hamer gonna be at ring sass, So who do
you think he's gonna be helping. He gonna be helping
Broun and Bronson help help it out, help him out. Yeah,
but I do say Jimmy, and I'm sorry, I do
say Jay and Roman is gonna make a great team though.
They're gonna work together, and we ain't seeing them work

(30:42):
together so long. So I say it's gonna be a
good fight. But I think the Bron's gonna win because
Paul Haymen is gonna cheave for them to interfere. So
that's what I think is gonna happen. But it's still
gonna be a good match though, and I think they.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
Might get her up.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
They may want another rematch, but then it might be
like maybe in the cage matches something like that, something
with no disqualifications so they can have a fair winner.
So I can see that happen there. Now a big match.
I think it's gonna be the main event for Night one.
This is gonna be Gone Through versus seeing Punk. So
what do you all do? You all think that match

(31:16):
is gonna be an upset And I'm gonna start with you, Cedric.

Speaker 4 (31:21):
This is another one I can't really call because we've
been Gunther's like booking has been so up and down
this year, like oh yeah, he's been dominant. They've made
him look like a punk and then they have n't
come and like choke people out. He's been choked out,
and it's like with Punk, uh, I mean it's great

(31:44):
having Punk there. The the promo work is always phenomenal,
but I mean, you got with gun Through, it's like hey,
then the bell rings. I think Punk will put on
a good show with gun Through will have his moments,
but there's no way in my mind I can sell
myself on Punk dethroning gun There, especially when like going
Through just got his belt back from the hot New

(32:04):
Toy which we're not the hot new toy, but the
hottest toy, which Jay Usso and retired Goldberg. So I
think this increases the chase for seeing Punk, which is huge.
I don't write out the fact that somebody might cost
Punk the title. I think every Punk title match that
has happened, the running bit is that Seth rollins has

(32:29):
cost him a chance of succeeding. Seth is hurt right now,
But what if that injury is like not as let
one as we think, or he shows up on crutches,
or if it was like work, anything like that. I'll
actually I take that back. I don't think it was
at work. His knee really buckled, but Seth is a
maniac in the gym, so maybe he's already able to

(32:51):
walk in his own power and can at least show
up in a capacity where he can cost seeing Pump
the belt. I don't feel like it'll be over between
Punk and Gunther, but I also don't think it's gonna
be one of those things where Gunther goes over just
like flat out and clean and chokes him out or
power bombs him and gets a three count. I think

(33:13):
something's gonna happen to where Punk is accosted his opportunity.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
That's true, I could yeah, yeah, good point. I can
definitely see something like that happening. Now, what about you,
nor what do you think?

Speaker 5 (33:27):
Again? A lot of these matches too close to call.
It's who I want to win, but who's really gonna win?
At the same time, I want seeing Punk to win, uh,
but I highly doubt that he will. I think Gun's
gonna keep his title. Like I said, he just got

(33:49):
it back, So I don't think that they will, you know,
snatch it away like that, unless they have something bigger
coming up where he can then snatch it back again,
right and just just become the hero.

Speaker 3 (34:03):
Yeah, kind of like how yep?

Speaker 2 (34:05):
Kind of like I he you just snatched it off
for jay Olso like that, Jay was a champion for
like a good two months or three months and they just.

Speaker 3 (34:11):
Took it right off of him.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Also, he could put the title on the line to
retire Goldberg. So I do agree with both of you
are I don't see Sam Punk winning.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
Ganther is gonna retain.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
But what I think is gonna happen for Punk is
they're gonna push him to win the Rumble next year.
They didn't do it well this past year. I think
next year it's gonna be the be Senium Punk's year,
and I think he's gonna win the Rumble and then
he's gonna challenge gon Thro again because Gantherro is gonna
stay the champion for a long time now. It ain't
no taking that belt off him right now. And I

(34:43):
don't see who can take the belt off of him
right now unless it's see Um Punk next year. So
that's what I think is gonna happen. Punk can win
the Rumble next year, go on to Mania and take
the belt right off for Gonther. And this this is
when Sammy Zain may come in the picture too, because
I also predicted that he can win the Royal Ramble
next year.

Speaker 3 (35:04):
But if it.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
Happens to where Punk wins, Sammy's ain't going out the
Punk to try to make that match a triple threat
match so he could get in on that title opportunity too.
So that's why I think that they're gonna set it
to where Gantha retains Punk try to get in next year.
You know I can see that happen.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
Man.

Speaker 2 (35:23):
And now now I want to talk about Becky versus Lyra,
So so what do you all think is gonna happen
with that match? Do you think Lyra can possibly get
the title off of Becky or Becky gonna still shine
with that IC title.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
And I'm gonna start with you, Sadrick.

Speaker 4 (35:38):
I know the stipulation is that Becky wins, Lyra can
never challenge for the ICY title again, right, If I'm
being honest, I think Lyra's done all she's needed to
do in this division. I think quietly there's a lot
of people that are supporters of Lyra and how well
she performs in ring, and now Becky was kind of
that battery in the back that she needed to show

(36:01):
more characters, show more emotion on screens, show who liral
Vialcaria is. So I think whether Becky cheats to win,
or we know Bailey's not booked, whether Bailey feels scornful
and costs Lyra the match, I think that's what we
see happen, and Lyra can't challenge for the title again,
which is no, I don't I don't think that's a
bad thing because I think it's time for Lyra to

(36:22):
now compete at the next stage, which is the women's
world title. I think she's earned that, and I think
being a part of that with the with the rheas
the EOS the Naomi's I think that would be a
great landing spot for her to go up there and
compete with those ladies now and allow Becky to continue
pushing the IC title division forward because Becky can do

(36:42):
more for the division just with her name brand. She
can give title matches to Ivy now, she can give
title matches to like to like into who else is
on raw right now. That's that's the thing. It's like,
it's just been Lyra so much. So I like Bailey
and Becky have a little run, but there's so many

(37:03):
women on that roster that can be elevated just by
being as to Becky and get more TV time, So
I don't think Larra needs it.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
Anymore, that's true.

Speaker 2 (37:12):
I would like to see Carvey Sain try to after
that time mm hmmm. And then Oscar, I think she
would want to be IC Champion even though she held
the Women's World title or whatnot, but why not try
to get the ICY title as well? Kind of like
what Becky doing. Becky became the first step of Women's
Unified Champion at WrestleMania, and now she's the i C Champion,

(37:35):
So I think Oscar may want a shot at the
title too, and I can see them eventually going at it.
But what I would like to see is I want
to see Bailey and Becky Lynch go at it for
that title too, because I think at some point Bailey's
going to become the iced champion. It's just when when
would she be the champion? So that's why I'm hoping
the rivalry can happen between Bailey and uh Bailey and

(38:00):
Becky for that title because I don't think that Lra
is gonna beat Becky. I think, like you just said,
she don't steal, she don't need that title no more.
She could go back to the big dogs now. So
I think, in my opinion that Becky is gonna beat
Lyra again. But then that's what's gonna make room for
the Bailey and the Becky Lynch my match too for

(38:21):
the title. So that's what I see happening. Now, what
about you, Nora.

Speaker 5 (38:26):
I definitely think Becky's gonna take it. But also as
like you were saying, like, is Bailey gonna show up? Yeah,
because if she show up not gonna lie, that would
that would like be real dope. And she showed up
and the fact that she's had like the matches with

(38:50):
you know, Becky and Lyra, like that would be a
nice uh you know trajectory for them to see that happen.
So it'll be her and Bailey. Yeah, that'll be like really,
I think that'd be really good to see. But I
don't know if they gonna, you know, do that. He'll
turn to like do that, But I hope they do.

(39:14):
I definitely hope they do that because I want to
see it and I wouldn't be glued to my TV. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Oh yeah, we're all sick because anything gets anything. It's unpredictable.
As Somerset, He's major adventure.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
Just never know.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
Like that, Bailey came back and bought our damage control.
Nobody saw that coming. I did, Oh no, yeah, but
it happened though.

Speaker 3 (39:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:36):
So now what about the triple Threat match with Naomi
versus EO versus Rio. Now do you all think that's
gonna be an upset or do you think it's gonna
be a success to where Naomi went? It retains the title,
and I'm gonna start with you, Sadrick.

Speaker 4 (39:50):
The triple Threat matches been hitting lately. I know, with
Ria EO and Bianca. That was probably the best match
of WrestleMania Weekend. Yes, this one's tough because I mean,
there's no there's no part of me that believes that
Naomi's going to be such a short lived champion. I
think everything she's doing on socials, her influence on the
women's division, I think we're going to have perceive with
caution through WrestleMania or at least through the Royal Rumble.

(40:15):
The thing that I can't put my finger on is
who takes the pin. I can't put my finger on it,
and I don't know if Naomi has help. I think
we've seen her in Naya link up lately, but like
Naya is now targeting Lash and it's like my heart

(40:35):
does not want to see EO take a pin because
she's put on such phenomenal matches lately, like her matches,
the Core, everything like that. I truly believe EO is
the best performer in the company, male or female, so like.
But we know how popular Aria is and I just
think that there's this like reluctance with backstage politics or

(40:57):
TKO where they don't want to see Rio be looking
week or take a pin. But Riha has to eat
this pig if you want to send a statement like,
becuse EO's on top, like whatever performance is. If you
want to send a statement that Naomi has arrived on raw,
have her pin your biggest star in the brand, which

(41:18):
is Ria Ripley. And I think that has to happen
whether EO sets it up, because we know Ria can't
be EO. So maybe EO sets it up and Naomi
steals a pin, but I feel like Naomi retains either way.
I just don't know who they're gonna make eat the
pin there?

Speaker 3 (41:36):
True, yeah, let's see now what about you, Nor?

Speaker 5 (41:41):
I definitely agree with the Ria you know, win like
I want to see her win. And the only reason
why I want to see her win obviously it's gonna
be hard for her to go against EO Sky to
like win it, but I feel like she's just done
like a lot of losing lately and I just want

(42:01):
to see her win that. But the thing is, who's
gonna get the pin?

Speaker 4 (42:06):
Right?

Speaker 5 (42:06):
Like that's really gonna be hard. But I think as
her like fan base though, they want to see her
win that match just because she needs to come back
like and.

Speaker 3 (42:20):
Win mm hm.

Speaker 5 (42:22):
So I firstly I want.

Speaker 3 (42:23):
To see a win, Okay, Well, I agree with with
both of you.

Speaker 2 (42:28):
Are I feel like Naomi is gonna retain, but I
think in my pin, Ria Ripley's gonna take the pen
because if you think about it, Eyo took the pen
by dropping her title to Naomi to become the women's champion,
so I don't see Eo getting picked again after dropping
the title to Naomi. So it's gotta be Ria that
takes that pin, that that take the pin, and it's

(42:48):
not gonna make her a weaker competitor or anything. It's
just business though, because she done beating the best throughout
her career, and I'm talking about Ria, so she could
take the pen and still be okay because they like
she's done with wrestling, she still got a lot more
in the tank. So I just see Ria getting the
taking the pen and Naomi winning, and you never know,

(43:09):
maybe Miss Banks may show back up. So yeah, we
see though that's my predictional. I just would love to
see something like that. Now, what about the match between
Cousin versus Cousin, Solo Socoa and Jacob. I just feel
like this match is gonna be an upset. To be
honest with you, I want to see Jacob win but
I already know Solo finill retain, and I know he's

(43:30):
gonna get help from the Blood Atlanta or whatever they
call MTF or something.

Speaker 3 (43:34):
I know they're gonna switch the name.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
So yeah, it's and that's why I don't understand why
do a cage match when you could have did a
Hell in the Sale match.

Speaker 3 (43:43):
I would have loved to have seen the Hell in
the Sale as.

Speaker 2 (43:45):
Amaslam, knowing with those two they don't dan need the
hell in the cell. But I think Solo got in.
It's gonna be an upset. So what about you, Cedric?

Speaker 3 (43:53):
What you think?

Speaker 4 (43:55):
Yeah? And I think in my being, I think the
reason they do a cage is because you can keep
both men safe with the decision. So I feel like
with the cage that like the rule we don't see
happen too often is like you escape the cage to win,
So like I think that's what happens. I think whatever
happens with Jacob with the MFTs coming to help, and

(44:16):
I know we got Hicoleo. I think they call him
Tala right now and the Tonga low is back. Maybe
Tama returns now, maybe like handcuffed Jacob in the cage
and Solo just walks out and retains the title. I
see the finish meaning something like that where Jacob is
so like and unstoppable for said, he runs through the

(44:38):
entire MFTs Jeff Cobb included. But then we see the
return of Tamatonga, who was kind of like one and
one with Jacob. I think they were tag team champions
at one point, so it's like, maybe that comes back.
It's a little bit of kryptonite for Jacob. Now you
got this scenario, you got literally got like five on
one and they get Jacob down to handcuff him and
Solo retains that way. Which another another cool rinkle is

(45:02):
I think there's like a Rustle Khan happening this weekend
that uh Rakishi as well as hakuh We're booked for it,
and then they canceled their bookings, so maybe we'll see
them at SummerSlam in some capacity. No Haku was the
father of the Tongans and uh and Rakesh is obviously

(45:22):
father of Solo, so we might see something like that.

Speaker 3 (45:25):
Okay, yeah, but that'd be cool though.

Speaker 2 (45:27):
But I do say it's gonna be a brutal match though,
But I just see Solo winning of course, from interference.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
Now, what how do you feel about a noura?

Speaker 5 (45:38):
I do see Solo winning, but I think that Jack
was definitely gonna give a run for his money, like
I would have rather seen a hell in the Cell match.
I definitely agree with you, but I mean the cage
Mac is cool too, But yeah, I definitely think Solo

(45:59):
is gonna take it, even if they like even if Jacob,
you know, like I said, still gives a run for
his money. I definitely want to see that, uh Tamatanga
him side actually with Jacob to see what they're gonna
do with that. Now, that's what I really want to
see happen. It could like and besides the Solo win,

(46:20):
I want to see that, Like, That's what I really
want to see.

Speaker 2 (46:25):
Yeah, but I feel like it's gonna be a good
match though, but we don't see what happened. I hope
those predictions come true with Tamatanga returning and you know,
and the and the and the side with Jacob. So
we'll see though. Now, we did briefly talk about that
THLC tag team match. Now, I know it's a lot
of teams in that match, but I think the Street
profits is gonna win. Now, who do you all think

(46:46):
is gonna win? And I'm gonna start with you.

Speaker 5 (46:50):
I honestly have no clue.

Speaker 3 (46:52):
Yeah, it's yeah, it's gonna.

Speaker 5 (46:54):
Honestly, I have no clue who's gonna win. That is
quite the matchup, so I really don't know.

Speaker 2 (47:03):
Yeah, because this is one of the large, like like
Cedric said earlier, one of the largest TLC tag team
match ever. Because when I grew up watching the TLC
matches at Somerselm, it was four teams. You know, you
had Eda Christian and Dudley's, you had the Hardy's, and
it could have been another team too. So this is
gonna be interesting to see. But and I do say

(47:25):
it's gonna be brutal. But do I say it's its
gonna be as brutal as the old TLC matches. No,
but I do say they're gonna give each other run
for their money. But I see Street Prophets doing it though,
Because I truly be told I didn't like how they
dropped their titles. I would have wanted them to stay
the champion and to SummerSlam. Least let them walk into
SummerSlam as the titles, because they're just now getting their

(47:47):
titles title reign back on and it had been for
six six years the last time they won, So I
just hope that they come out victorious though, So what
about you, Cedric, what you think who may win?

Speaker 4 (48:01):
The entire division? Are scared of the champions the YA six,
And this is actually a brilliant match to put on display,
just because this is the safest way to remove the
titles from the YA six and keep them looking like
the dominant force they are. You showcase that they're inside
a division that they can win championships, So now you
believe it for guys like Uncle Howdie and who is well,

(48:26):
I'm just gonna say, Eric Rowan, I forget which character's
portraying in the Y six family right now, but it's
the safest way to take the belts off these guys,
just because you have to retrieve the titles, so anything
can happen. But if there's one thing about tag team
wrestling and the WB, it lets me know that we
really don't care about tag team wrestling. So that's evident

(48:49):
by makeshift tag teams like Alexa and Charlotte and others
that we've seen over the years. And I feel like
there's always this thing where we're gonna throw guys together
because we don't know how to do anything with them.
And our latest example of that is Ray Phoenix and
undrodding and they've won matches over some legitimate tag teams
in recent weeks, and I feel like they're going to

(49:09):
become champions this weekend, especially with the Triple A partnership
we got going on booming and Los Garza being the champions.
They're flexing their titles on the SmackDown brand. Maybe you
get a champion versus champion in the next month or
so on the Triple A show or a winner take all,
But like, I think that's direction we're going because you

(49:30):
got to give something for Ray Phoenix to do his
brother's on Raw, and we haven't seen any inklings of
the Lucha Brothers being a thing in WWE, and we
just don't know what the hell to do with Undrodda.
We just don't know. He's just been been back for
over a year now and they don't know what to
do with him outside of the seven game series against Mellow.
So I think these two men get gold. I think

(49:51):
it'll be maybe a short lived title run, but it's
a good way for them to also flex their partnership
with Triple A. They once they do that, and.

Speaker 2 (50:00):
I wouldn't mind saying them win neither though, you know,
I mean a team besides why six though, it's like, yeah,
I want you said you say that Againtedri.

Speaker 4 (50:12):
The Wire Stoney titles to be a relevant faction, like
they can just come and just clean house whenever. But
this was like it was good to see them get legitimized.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
You know, Yeah, that's true though. So like I said,
either either made the best team win. That's all I
gotta say. But I'm just really pulling for either the
Street Profits or Ray Phoenix and Drade. So we ain't see,
but I think it's gonna be a very great match.

Speaker 5 (50:33):
Though.

Speaker 2 (50:34):
Now what now, Now we've got AJ styles and Dominant
going at it. Now, do you think Dom's gonna still
keep that tid and he's gonna finally drop it to AJ?
Since if you think about it, AJ has been wrestling
for years and he's about to walk out the door.
So do you think this might be his final title reign?
And I'm gonna start off with you Edric.

Speaker 4 (50:53):
Oh No, I think I mean we saw AJ get
his flowers at TNA at Slammiversary. I think I think
a j another couple more runs in them, and I
mean at a big belt capacity too. But one thing
I've seen, and we'll see it this weekend as well,
is like they've done a good job of keeping Dom

(51:13):
limited from television appearances and stuff like that, because all
those booze and jeers we used to hear are now
very loud ovation very loud cheers like people love Dominico mysterio.

Speaker 3 (51:25):
Oh yeah, that.

Speaker 4 (51:26):
Pop he got when he showed up at Triple A
last week, I believe was deafening. It was loud. So
I think that this would be a good thing. Like
AJ's been chasing Dom for months to get the title,
but I think we'll see at the scenario where Judgment
Day helps Dom retain like we normally do and it
puts AJ in that chase mode. But also, like I

(51:47):
can't believe I'm saying, it's like Dom is such a
huge star, so it means more for him to carry
that belt even if he's holding up this division, because
he's taking that belt with him the Triple A, the
airport checks, things like that, and he's not pushing the
division forward. But it's legitimizing him in this space to
get to the next level, and of course with the

(52:08):
Judgment Day storyline just having all the gold, I think
they're gonna play into that a little bit longer. So
I got don.

Speaker 3 (52:13):
Retained, Okay, cool, Cool, Now what about your Nora.

Speaker 5 (52:19):
I think Dominic's gonna take it this matchup, even though
like AJ pretty much just signed like a one year
extension with them. I just feel like it's like Dominic's
time to just like shine, even though AJ is still

(52:45):
gonna have, you know, some more runs in them before
he like officially retires. I feel like I definitely think
he doesn't has some more, but I don't think it's
gonna be this.

Speaker 3 (52:56):
Oh yeah, yeah, that's true that.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
I do say it's gonna be a decent and match though,
because if you think about it, both of them are
pretty high They high flyers if you think about it.
So I feel like they're gonna give each other a
run for their money. And I do see Dominick retaining
against AH. But of course he's gonna cheat though, But
I think it's gonna be a special return at the
end of this match, and I'm gonna talk about it

(53:20):
in one of the courtions I have later on, but
I think somebody's gonna return in that match to turn heel.
So so I'm gonna talk about it in a little
bit though, But I do say Dominick is gonna win though,
and I think it's gonna be a shocking end at
the end. So now we want to talk about the
main event now, John Senior versus Cody Rose and the
street fight for the w W Championship. Now, I feel

(53:42):
like this match is gonna be an upset like it
was at WrestleMania. Even though it's a street fight, Something's
gonna go down. We know seene It is gonna retain,
but we feel like he's gonna do some real dirty
stuff to retain.

Speaker 3 (53:53):
So what you think, Norma, do you think? What do
you think is gonna happen?

Speaker 5 (54:00):
I definitely feel like something dirty's gonna happen. Now where
dirty is gonna happen don't know, but I definitely think
something is definitely gonna happen. But I feel like, yeah,
John cyn't go take the keep that you know for
the championship because like I said, it's his victory run.
They're not let somebody else come in on his victory run,

(54:23):
like that's just not gonna happen. Sorry, Cody, We could
get him after John Cena go, he could do something else,
but he ain't gonna get that. He ain't get that championship.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
Oh yeah, but it's gonna it's gonna be a hell
of a fight though, I can tell you that though.

Speaker 5 (54:41):
But he's gonna take a look of down. Not not
at all.

Speaker 2 (54:44):
Oh yeah, I still say, uh, Sena gonna still hold
the title. Those and then it could be a small
something like you said, something could happen where it could
be an upset, but you know, we just got to
wait and find out.

Speaker 3 (54:56):
So what do you what you think? Sed? How do
you think this match is gonna end?

Speaker 4 (55:01):
This is where things can like get really wacky, especially
like with the looming like is Dwayne going to be
a part of the storyline or not? But Sena has
I want to say, like less than ten dates left
something like that. And I think when the hill turn happened,

(55:21):
that elimination chamber, like I not once thought that this
was going to be how Sena goes out. If you've
seen like he's having the time of his life doing
like the press run, engaging with fans. We have like
a different type of Colorway shirt in every city that's
like Johnson at his core, So you know, I think

(55:42):
they want John to go out in a way that
appeases the fans and really pays respect to his career.
So I think we're going to have the rare situation
here like we had Hogan and Rock, where we do
like the subtle double turn at the beginning of the match,
because you gotta remember, like Cody made this match official
by committing a federal crime forge a signature, So like

(56:07):
we talk about like hustle lordy, respecting those things that
John stands on. I think we'll probably see this character
redemption arc start taking this weekend where we start to
see John. We've seen subtleties of this and like the
art truth match and stuff like that. It's like, oh,
do I really want to use the belt? Do I
really want to do a low blow? He's kind of
second guess in his actions. So I think we see
Cody hungry for his title, hungry to be on top,

(56:30):
hungry to be the guy that carries the brand because
he feels like that's him now, maybe that tribal chief
ass type personality starts leaning into his persona, he starts
turning darker, and he's like, I got to do it
this way. I got to get my lock back because
John did this to me. And even if he doesn't
sell his soul to the rock, he's like, no, like
I'm just paying it for I'm not the bad guy here.
But then it's like, we see John kind of have

(56:51):
that redemption arc and whether that goes out with him
given getting an eighteenth title run and retiring that way,
but I got Cody winning the title back and starting
his his villain arc because everything that's been done to
him this year.

Speaker 3 (57:07):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (57:07):
So you for sure or in your prediction that John
Cena will not walk out of Summer Slam with the title.

Speaker 3 (57:13):
No, wow.

Speaker 4 (57:15):
I think it's meant for him to have a redemption
arc as a baby face and even possibly capture an
eighteenth title run as like the John Cena we know.

Speaker 3 (57:27):
Hmm, okay, I didn't even think of it.

Speaker 2 (57:29):
Oh wow, I didn't think about Yeah, that's kind of
I mean, I would love to see that though, and
I hope it now that I sit back and think,
I hope it do happen that way. Because a lot
of people said that he's not going to finish his
career as a heel, because that's not really he was
mostly a baby face for most of his career. So
I could possibly see something happening like that. But but

(57:51):
here's my thing, how would the do you think the
Rock may try to interfere with you know, with the
match as well?

Speaker 3 (58:00):
That's another thing.

Speaker 2 (58:02):
You know, we hope he made a surprise return, but
could he interfere in the way to where John that
he takes the title off John and then Cody becomes
a champion.

Speaker 4 (58:13):
That would be a big surprise if they do it
that way.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah, because if you think about it,
looked like Sena and The Rock was trying to reunite
and work together. But if something happens to where the
Rock costs the scene of the title, now you gotta
part three with them because they already fall two times
at rustle Mania, So why not see something that made
Survivor series with those two?

Speaker 5 (58:37):
Oh that would be good?

Speaker 3 (58:38):
Yep, So okay, I yeah, that'd.

Speaker 2 (58:41):
Be cool with though, But I, like I said, I
I mean that it's like I want to say, it's
gonna win.

Speaker 3 (58:47):
But that was a good point.

Speaker 2 (58:48):
You brought up cedject though, so now it kind of
gets me second guests and things now, But I'm gonna
just go with my first mind and go with Sena
for now.

Speaker 3 (58:56):
But whoever wins, they wins.

Speaker 2 (58:58):
Now, I was that any hill terms that you all
think might happen.

Speaker 4 (59:05):
Yeah, So, I mean, there's there's one more match we
gotta do, and I think this might be the straw
that breaks the camel's back, maybe like the Sammy's a
cross match, okay, where maybe Sammy goes off the deep
end a little bit and and like because I think

(59:25):
I think we're getting kind of done with this few
because it mean it's kind of like rins and repeat.
We see the same things and we finally get crossing
the po again, which is a good thing. But I
think maybe Sammy kind of cheats to win, so cross
can have that kind of like I knew you had
it in you. I was always right type of thing.
You're not the hero you think you are.

Speaker 3 (59:46):
Hmmm, yeah, that's kind of deep though.

Speaker 2 (59:50):
Well yeah, because if you think about it, Carrion has
been getting the Sammy head a lot too, and maybe
he has been thinking about what Carrion has been seeing
to why he's not the champion yet, so that could
potentially happen that way. Okay, And I do say Sammy
is gonna win, but of course he could.

Speaker 3 (01:00:08):
You never know.

Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
He could do some heel stuff to make him a
heel again, and then he might change his look up
around two to go back to his shorter look, and
then he might trim up his beard or something something
like that could happen. So what about you normal with
that match?

Speaker 5 (01:00:24):
I was thinking about it because I was like, it
was one we didn't talk about it.

Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
Yeah, it was that way.

Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
I think. I definitely think Sam's gonna take that one
for sure. And now in terms of like a hill
turn though, that would be nice to see.

Speaker 2 (01:00:41):
Look, at some point he's gonna have to go heel though,
there's no if and bus about it.

Speaker 5 (01:00:46):
Yeah, but I would like to see it like right
now exactly like later on down the line. I would
like for him to, you know, be a healing go
ahead and just do what you gotta do. So I
definitely think Sam goes take it through.

Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
Okay, cool, Now, Now what other heels turn said you
all think might happen? Because it might be more than one.
So I'm gonna start with you, Sedric, Who else could
you possibly see goll heel.

Speaker 4 (01:01:17):
Charlotte if they lose the match. Losing match, maybe she
just kicks Alexa to the curve type thing.

Speaker 3 (01:01:24):
Yeah, true.

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
But you know who hasn't been a heel in a
lone time And I'm gonna put this on your mind.
Randy Orton ain't been a heel in a lone time.
So do you think he could turn on Jelly Roll
after the end of this match or become the viper?

Speaker 4 (01:01:37):
Hmm? Only thing with that, I mean, I love to
see Randy Orton in any capacity. The only thing with
that is, like, I don't know where the trajectory goes
unless unless he's like really gunning to get that next
title rain that's been eluding him. And I can only
see him doing that to try to chase Cody, And

(01:01:59):
like if Cody he still stays like clean and neat
and it's like, yo, like do you know who I am?
Like I put you on like I'm better than you
type thing.

Speaker 3 (01:02:09):
Yeah, but I kind of, I mean that would be cool.
I mean it'd be hurt.

Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
It'd be hurtful to see that because I like Jelly
Rolling and Randy aren't teaming up. But he ain't been
the biper in a year though, and Randy almost out
of the door himself, so why not do one more
heel turn? But that would be crazy though if he did,
it's a jelly roll th rk. They celebrated the ring
next thing. No oh god, rka out at the middle

(01:02:33):
of the ring. So yeah, you never know, So what
about you knowing any more? He'll other hill turns you
think may happen.

Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
Other than the you know Charlotte that you know says
you just mentioned. That's the only other one that I
can think of off the top of my head that
you know might happen.

Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
Now.

Speaker 5 (01:02:55):
I think it's gonna happen like towards the end of
that like like towards the end of the match, if
it's happened, you know, with her. But that's the only
thing that I can see of as of right now.
I definitely want Cody Rose to stay like clean cut,
though I don't. I don't want him to want him

(01:03:18):
to go all road, but I would have stayed clean
Kak and king to you know, just stayed doing what
he's doing.

Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
Here brown and grow beard Oh.

Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
Wow, yeah, but you know who else I think may
turn hire Roman Rains.

Speaker 3 (01:03:39):
You think about it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:40):
Roman is the good guy right now, and now let's
say him and Jay because I predicted they're not going
to get the win. But what if Roman turns his
back on Jay and joined the blood Line with Paul Hayman,
Bron Barry Breaker and Bronson reed Seth Rollins is out.
We don't know how long he's gonna be out for,
So what if Roman Rains became the face of that
blood line to.

Speaker 4 (01:04:00):
Go with some expensive Jordan's trying to get back run.

Speaker 3 (01:04:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:04:05):
I mean personally, I'd be trying to get my shoes.

Speaker 3 (01:04:07):
Back too, so yeah, true, but it's like he a millionaire.

Speaker 2 (01:04:11):
He could buy another pair of Yeah, so it's like
that'll be cool to I mean, that'd be kind of crazy, though,
Roman Race turning on his cousin spearing him out of
nowhere and join the back forces with Paul, Paul Hayming
there and Bron Breaking the other guys. But then he
let Paul know, don't you don't don't do that to
me again. I'm gonna I'm gonna slam you through the

(01:04:32):
table like my cousins did, kind of scare him to
let him know you're not gonna turn on me again,
So that'll be cool. Now, now I got one more
return impossible he'll returned because I know I talked about
it earlier in the Dominika aj Stafns match. I think
it'd be cool if Ray Mystereo made his return and
this time okay, and this would be the and this

(01:04:54):
could be Dominick's babyface run again to where Ray is
basically proud of him for retaining a tired or whatnot,
you know, cheering with him, and next thing you know,
he turned on him and beat the break and then
beat the brakes out for dom So let him know, hey,
I want to be the champion, and I ain't forgot
what you did with you or how you treated me.
I'm gonna treat you the same way. And it'd be

(01:05:16):
crazy if he snapped off on aj Stoles and attack
both of them at the same time and took his
mask off to turn heel, because whenever he took his
mask off and w c W B heel. So imagine
something happening like that, like that, Ray come back, attacks
his son, attack aj Stauts unmasked, and he holds the
end of continent as a champion. In the air sayin

(01:05:37):
I'm coming for this title, and then he won't may
want to try to come for the World Heavyweight Championship
because he on his way out of the door too,
so he could possibly turn heel so something like that.

Speaker 3 (01:05:49):
It'd be cool to see you.

Speaker 4 (01:05:52):
It'd be different, for sure. I don't think we see
Ray like that or having it a long time. But
I mean, and it's weird because you got so many
like older legends who for lack of better words, like
their stories or tales are kind of on ice right
now because we're in the final year of sena. Nothing's
going to supersede that. So I think we know Ray

(01:06:13):
is still around, and we know we got to like
get ready for him to wind down too, like he's
not working as mini matches and thinking this year he's
going to have like that victory lap like last Dance
type tour two. All these guys are yeah, Randy, like
they're going to have those those years was like, Hey,
I got like twenty dates this, let's make the most

(01:06:34):
of it. Who wants to get some work with me?

Speaker 3 (01:06:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:06:37):
But that was yeah, but it's like I would love
to see that happen with right all because Like I said,
he has been the baby face forever now, since I
was a kid, he was a baby face, So why
not go held all? And yeah, that would be his
way of passing a torch to his son. So so
let his son be the ultimate baby face like he
was at one point because he on his way out
of the door. So of course eventually he would want

(01:06:58):
his son to hold it down. And I think that'd
be the best way to do it. Just make Dom
to clean the good guy Gray Gohill and they battle
for one another for that icy title. And he's wrestling
without that mask on his face, even though it's against
you know, that culture or whatnot, but it's for business
reasons and he and he's done it before in w C.

(01:07:18):
W ain't like we ain't never seen him with a
mask on, So yeah, that'll be that'll be crazy if
that happened.

Speaker 5 (01:07:26):
Yeah, but just like imagine the drop kick in my
head as soon as you said that. Yeah, happy, But
the way he should do it is a low blow
his son first and then beat the brakes off him
and so can.

Speaker 3 (01:07:42):
They're like, oh god.

Speaker 5 (01:07:45):
But he got to beat the breaks off of him
down in the middle of the ring. He got like,
I put him in the corner and beat the breaks
off of them.

Speaker 2 (01:07:51):
Right, it'll be crazy. And then he beat the breaks
out of a j so it'll be crazy. You know,
that'll be the crazy, Yes and them. So, as we
all know, Hall Kogan did pass away a few days ago.
So I was wondering, do you all have any favorite
holging moments you all would like to share? And I'm
gonna start off with you sagerate cool.

Speaker 4 (01:08:15):
That's tough. This just goes against my culture. I too
was once a hulkamaniac before the fall from Grace, if
you know, you know, But it is kind of tough
seeing like the dunking on somebody that passes away online.
I don't think that's cool either. But we know that
Terry Blea wasn't necessarily a good person and he chose

(01:08:38):
that towards the later stages of his life. But I mean,
my my favorite Hulkamania or hulk Hogan moment is silly.
And you know, people might say like, oh, like it's
the body Slam, or it's like I forget, I think
it's WrestleMania ten when he came out and the Yoko

(01:09:00):
Zun and things like that. Minus, it's not even like
no w CW stuff with nWo. My mind is really silly.
And I'm gonna take it back to my high school
graduation year in two thousand and five WrestleMania twenty one
when he saved Eugene from Muhammad a Sign. I don't
know why. I don't know why I rewatched that moment

(01:09:20):
so much, but that was like peak Hulk Hogan to me,
where it's like, oh, man, like the evil foreigner doing
some shady stuff and it's like, oh, now you're in
trouble that that that dude is back, and it's like
he saves Eugene, they do the pos off afterwards. That's
probably one of my most watched HO commony many of moments.

Speaker 3 (01:09:44):
Yeah, what about you, nor any favorite moments?

Speaker 5 (01:09:49):
So my favorite moment with Hulk Hogan is actually the
moment with another one of my favorites, Andrea Giant, which
it was really sad, like when you know what happened
to him, but when he body slammed the crap out

(01:10:09):
of him, and I still to this day don't know
how that happened. I can't father bit because as big
as like how like I'm like, what type of physics
happened to But yeah, that there had to be one

(01:10:30):
of my favorite moments of his.

Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
Though, yeah, I would have to say my personal favorite
moment hall Koger was when, of course he went against
the Rock at Wrestle many A eighteen. That was a
match we never thought we was gonna see and also
my favorite moment. It's also a cool than my one
of my all time favorite wrestles of Sean Michaels. It
was when Oh five was teaming up with Shawn Michaels
and they celebrated in the middle of the rain. Next

(01:10:53):
thing you know, Sean Michaels kicked the hell out of
haul Koger and everybody's like, oh my god, Oh my god.
And the next thing, you know, I think the next
week gonna raw. Hollkoker said, you wanted to have a
fight with me, All you have to do is ax That's.

Speaker 5 (01:11:07):
What he said, Like, you have to do all that.

Speaker 2 (01:11:11):
Well, all you have to do was as And then
next thing you know, they had to match a summer
Slam all five. That was one of my all time
favorite hoging moments too. He got he got battered and bloody,
but that was still a great match. That him and
Sean put on and also did y'all used to watch
your show Holgan Knows Best on VH one.

Speaker 4 (01:11:29):
Yeah, I'm familiar with I don't I don't recall it
too much though.

Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
Yeah, that show used to be funny. It was one
episode when some guy you suspected him he gonna sex.
The first of all, what you did was fake? He
gonna say what he did. The whole fold was like,
wait a minute, and now he said, first of all,
I busted my ass for over twenty years.

Speaker 3 (01:11:53):
It ain't fake. I done had all these surgeries.

Speaker 5 (01:11:57):
Look, I done broke noses, female everything, sl man.

Speaker 2 (01:12:01):
He said, don't you say that again? Don't let's say
it again. I was like, man, oh, and I gotta
say that. You see the root the movie Rocky three
mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (01:12:16):
Yeah, it was slide.

Speaker 2 (01:12:17):
I like, now I loved his character thunder Lips. That
dude was funny. It was.

Speaker 3 (01:12:22):
It was when that scene and they was when to
fight in that charity match. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:12:27):
The next thing you know, they had they had they
had introduced Rocky. They was like the Italian Stallion, Rocky Balboa.
And next thing he's like, ah, dond the lips Hallcoker
was saying, oh, don't you cheer for him? He got
mad because they kept on cheering for him, and then
he had threw him out out of the outside of
the ring. But I would have to say that was

(01:12:48):
some of my favorite memorable moments of Hawk, you know,
you know, I mean, I just I had to because
when I think a Hulk and I think of the wrestler,
I'm not thinking about Terry Blayer. I'm thinking about the
wrestler Hall Colgan that paid the way for the restlers
we see today. And you know that that was one
of the trail blazers of the Golden era.

Speaker 3 (01:13:07):
And while we're in the era we're in now.

Speaker 2 (01:13:10):
So you know, he would definitely be missed at, you know,
as an athlete and what he's done for wrestling though.
So yeah, it's tough though, but yeah, rest the piece
to Hogan. So now you're going to get into some
Summer Slam trivia. So I'm gonna ask you all some
cautions and you'll just give me the answer, all right. So,
uh of question to number one, which Summer Slam did

(01:13:33):
Randy Jordan become the youngest world heavyweight champion?

Speaker 3 (01:13:39):
Anyone could blurt it out to.

Speaker 4 (01:13:41):
Oh man, I'm sorry. This is like aging me because
like I should know this. I feel like was it
it was the first time U two thousand No no, no, no, no, no, damn,

(01:14:08):
Randy been wrestling a long time. Too close?

Speaker 3 (01:14:12):
You was close, now what you're saying.

Speaker 5 (01:14:14):
No, I don't know which summer Summer Slam it was.
I know his age. She was twenty four.

Speaker 3 (01:14:20):
Yeah, but I don't know which what it? Oh Jesus,
I'm gonna give y'all hand.

Speaker 2 (01:14:26):
This Summer slammers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and it was
at and it was at the Dance Air Canada Arena.

Speaker 5 (01:14:34):
That was the one when he wanted to get christmin Wall.

Speaker 1 (01:14:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14:38):
Oh, how do the details for what summer Slam it is?

Speaker 2 (01:14:44):
Somebody said two thousand and three, you gotta go a year.

Speaker 4 (01:14:47):
High two thousand and four, yep, it was Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:14:49):
That's okay, And that was whatever turns on him the
next day. Oh right, I was close, all right?

Speaker 2 (01:14:57):
So now which summer Slam did ray My stere Yo
make a return after recovering from knee surgery to face
Shavo guerillro mm hm. So I'm gonna give you all
the hands and Deiro had passed on already.

Speaker 4 (01:15:16):
Yeah, it was during that run. I feel like that
all came like between two thousand and five and twenty ten.

Speaker 5 (01:15:26):
But he did have that knee injury where he with
that with one of his tendons. Oh uh.

Speaker 3 (01:15:38):
Seven, Yes, it was two thousand and seven, Yep, it was.

Speaker 4 (01:15:42):
Yeah, I feel like I was in college when that happened.
All remisterial was like greatest hits when he was like
at the end of his pass and was like I
was in college during that time.

Speaker 3 (01:15:50):
Yeah, I was still in elementary school. That's christy.

Speaker 4 (01:15:57):
To me, Like.

Speaker 3 (01:16:03):
I was gonna start learning.

Speaker 4 (01:16:04):
Algebra, not the elementary school.

Speaker 5 (01:16:09):
Oh man, Wow, now I feel old because like I
was so high school.

Speaker 2 (01:16:17):
Yeah, I'm like I was still in elementary school. I

Speaker 5 (01:17:00):
You just talked about that because about him?

Speaker 4 (01:17:03):
Was that?

Speaker 5 (01:17:04):
