And from Wrong To Strong.
Hi, I'm Nico.
Welcome to the Wrong and Strongtwo Minute Devotional.
Today I'm gonna read 2 Timothychapter 2, verses 3 and 4 4.

(00:58):
You therefore must endurehardship as a good soldier of
Jesus Christ.
No one engages in warfare andtangles himself with the affairs
of this life that he may pleasehim who enlisted him as a
soldier.
So what this scripture issaying, just like a good soldier

(01:19):
is not concerned with his dailyaffairs, he's not concerned with
his own life, but his concern ishis kingdom and the king that
sent him.
And the same way we are soldiersof Christ and we're not to be
concerned with our ownself-centered lifestyle, our own

(01:40):
selfish life.
But we're to be concerned withthe kingdom of heaven, and our
concern is for the king who sentus, which is Jesus Christ.
In the same way we're supposedto be ambassadors of Christ,
just like an ambassador.

(02:01):
He goes to other nations.
He's not speaking for himself.
He's not speaking his own will, but he's speaking on behalf of
his kingdom, and on behalf ofthe king who sent him, in the
same way we're supposed to beAmbassadors of Christ, we're
supposed to speak on behalf ofthe Kingdom of Heaven and speak

(02:23):
on behalf of our king, ourMessiah.
So I hope this encourages youguys.
End, Endure the hardship as agood soldier.
I'm Nico.
And I'm Wrong To Strong.
