Welcome to the wrong too strong, two minute devotional each week.
We're blessed to have a newguest share a powerful scripture
and a word of encouragement toignite your spirit and fuel your
journey of faith.
Let these messages inspire andstrengthen you as you grow
closer to God and embrace thetransformation he has for you.

(00:32):
Stay strong, keep the faith andlet's grow together.
We're on a mission from God fromdarkness to light.
And from Wrong To Strong.
Hi, my name is Aisha Mercado, and this is the Wrong To Strong
two minute devotional.
Today I'll be reading fromMatthew chapter 11, verse 28 and

(00:56):
29, and it reads, Come to me,all you who are weary and
burdened, and I will give yourest.
Take my yoke upon you and learnfrom me, for I am gentle and
humble in heart, and you willfind rest for your souls.
In this verse, Jesus is callingus to leave our anxieties and

(01:18):
our problems at His feet.
And so what that means is topray about it, and leave it
there and know that God is incontrol.
He knows our future and, He willtake care of it.
And He will get us through itand that should bring us peace.
This also shows how Jesus iscalling us into relationship

(01:40):
with Him and in anyrelationship, whether it's with
our spouse, our children, ourfamily, we speak to people that
we love daily.
And if we don't speak to themfor a couple of days or even a
week goes by, we miss them.
We wonder how they're doing, ifthey're doing okay.

(02:01):
Similarly, Jesus calls for thesame type of relationship with
even deeper.
He wants to know the nuances ofour day.
In the beginning of my day, oneof the first things that I do is
I pray and I have that dialoguewith God.
I lay my burdens at his feet.
That resets me that sets me upfor the day.

(02:24):
And when I miss that time withGod, I feel off, I feel like I
haven't spoken to the personthat I love the most.
And so I don't feel better untilI have that time with God.
And I encourage all of you tohave that time and to have that
relationship with Jesus.
He loves us.

(02:45):
He wants to hear from us dailyall throughout the day.
We're not a burden to Him.
I hope that this verse blessedyou.
My name is Aisha Mercado and Iam Wrong To Strong.
