既然是十二月，那我們就再來聊一聊HIV（上次做HIV的主題已經是三年前啦）。對我來說，每年的世界艾滋病日並非只是一個又一個老生常談，它與每一個人都息息相關。在HIV防護以及“U=U”這個概念已經在不斷普及的時候，為何我們依舊要繼續宣導這些知識？我們至今最大的敵人依舊是HIV病毒本身嗎？
本集遠程連線到了台北，對話台灣藝術家仁凱（KAI）。仁凱在確診HIV以後，積極參與HIV公益組織『感染誌』的活動。這些活動大部分都是以藝文的方式來呈現，只因藝術的力量要遠遠大於一句口號。
仁凱從他自己的HIV故事出發，與我討論在當下這個時代，我們和HIV污名所做的對抗。在不久的未來，新的HIV藥物（例如針劑）會廣泛投入市場，我們應該不經思考就去接受它嗎？如果社會上的污名與歧視沒有減少，那些雖然體內病毒undetectable但也許長期無法徹底擺脫HIV的陽性人群，又將何去何從？
除了這一切以外，仁凱也會分享他2023年參與在澳洲Brisbane的HIV大會期間所遇到的令人憤怒的事件……這一集可以說是內容滿滿，大家趕快來聽聽吧！
