Understand the impact of childhood rejection in adulthood and discover transformative techniques to help you heal and thrive.

Childhood rejection and neglect often leave a lasting imprint on our emotional and mental wellbeing and shape how we perceive ourselves and interact with the world as adults.

Those who experienced childhood rejection might engage in people-pleasing, perfectionism, or rescuing behaviours in relationships. They may also struggle with trust and self-identity, feeling disconnected from their true selves. This can result in a pattern of seeking validation from others, often in relationships that are imbalanced or unhealthy. The Inner Child also often remains vigilant, constantly seeking evidence to confirm its fears of rejection and unworthiness.

In this episode, we delve into the complexities of childhood rejection and explore how it manifests in adulthood, along with some transformative techniques to heal and thrive.
