You know, the ones that immediately illicit an emotional response…
Give yourself a moment, right now, and pick one of those stories.
Ask yourself:
Is this story still true?
What is my part in this story?
Am I casting the characters of victim, villain or martyr in this story?
What might resolution look like in this old story?
It’s good to review ourselves, to compost old stories that keep us typecasted in boxes too small for our Soul.
