Dr. Kenael Segal, the owner of Lotus Physical Therapy and Wellness, graduated from Rutgers University with a doctoral degree in physical therapy and an intense passion for helping others overcome injury and trauma. Dr. Segal treats men and women in her practice and is mostly dedicated to treating women with prenatal and postpartum conditions. Having suffered her own pelvic floor and abdominal conditions with her 3 children, she is well prepared both personally and clinically to address those conditions. Dr. Segal is trained in mat Pilates as well as comprehensively trained in the use of a variety of Pilates apparatus through Beacon Pilates. She utilizes a whole-body, holistic approach to treatment, addressing sleep, nutrition, and behavioral modification to assist in healing and recovery.
