In this episode we explore Being present from two perspectives:
A meditation practice you can do anywhere, anytime and with anyone. You will learn to be in the present moment awareness.
2. Meditation
A more formal concentrated practice where you are focused on one point for a period of time. In deep meditation you will eventually learn how to open your intuitive mind and channel the knowledge and love of the higher realms.
