This is part 1 - “Attachment” defined through Buddhism, modern psychology and Esotericism.

In this episode we explore the delusion that runs each of our lives being attachment. It's a profound dissatisfaction, neediness, a primordial sense that something is missing, of being bereft, lonely, cut off. It's just there, all the time, in the bones of our being. The truth is attachment is the voice of the victim!

We show you how mindfulness (moment-to-moment awareness) in specific ways, will allow you to become aware of your hidden attachment conditioning. We share insights on how to begin to change this by finding a ‘middle way’ and committing to a meditation practice.
