Episode 08 Tiana Madera | Born Seeker, Inspiring Digital Marketer and Leadership Mentor | Authentic Leadership, Growth Mindset and Your "True North"

On this episode I am joined by Tiana Madera. She is a born seeker, inspiring digital marketer and the host of one of my favourite places to go to for leadership content – the Torch Podcast. Tiana has an endless passion for storytelling, finding opportunities, mentoring and building out a successful strategy personally and professionally. She is intrigued and inspired by culture and the power of communities. 

We begin our conversation with Tiana describing her divorce (five years ago) as being the big turning point in her life. It was an opportunity for Tiana to really look at herself and observe what her poor unconscious actions were in the relationship and be vulnerable enough to see that the things she disliked in him where merely the anxiety and negative views of the world that were in her all along. Tiana's personal healing journey has embedded healthy boundaries within herself and around others as well as shaped her to be a Leadership Mentor, leading from love. 

We confirm the deepest relationship that you will ever have is knowing yourself intimately. We also explore evolving into a growth mindset and elaborate on listening to your "true north" to better understand your soul's contract, karmic encounters, your archetype and purpose. The highlight of our conversation was sharing honestly the unravelling and transcending of the dialogue ‘within’ based on fear, anxiety and conditioning... Then courageously choosing to see each person as a soul on their unique path to transmute and transform karmic imprints. We both celebrate the truth in the teacher that we witness in the 'light' of another person's soul and knowing this always happens in the right time/place sequence if you consciously choose the awakened path.
