Cracking Your Motivation Code (with Todd Henry)

Today's guest of You Know How to Live is Todd Henry. Todd is the founder of Accidental Creative, a company that helps creative people and teams be prolific, brilliant and healthy. He regularly speaks and consults with companies about how to develop practices that lead to everyday brilliance. He's also authored five books (I've read and recommend them all!)

In this episode, Todd talks about determining your unique Motivation Code to get to the root of why you operate as you do and why you gravitate toward certain roles or tasks. He also shares revelations on the origin of the word passion and how it can fundamentally change your method of pursuit, and he demystifies reasonable expectations for what a job can offer and what it cannot.
