WOWIE!! This episode was such a fun one to dig into! Rory has two birthday parties, one hosted by Emily and one hosted by Lorelai. We chat about our own personal beliefs on gift giving, the sadness attached to birthdays, and the beauty of a Mcdonald's fountain Coca-Cola.
This week's episode was one of Victoria's favorites, and while it was a great episode, it was also heartbreaking. Lorelai tells Luke she slept with Christopher, Kirk crashes Taylor's car into the side of Luke's diner, and Rory spends the entire episode analyzing Logan's rocket (not a euphemism).
