Get up close and personal with Natalie Noack as she takes you through her life in NYC, stream-of-consciousness-style. Join her for honest, unfiltered chats about mental health, dating, friendships, and more.
Natalie is back home in the Midwest and she's loving it. Her flight was scary, but at least she made a friend. She refuses to get her hair highlighted in NYC because it costs more than a gently used Vespa. Taking time off from work means more time for doctor's appointments... and running! 2025 has been one of the best years of Natalie's life; listen till the end to find out why.
Natalie has lots of opinions this morning. Putting someone on speaker in public without telling them is a huge red flag, so watch out! She's getting her last matcha today before going home for the holidays (shoutout to Matchaful). She and her friends are having another "painting night" in an effort to get off their phones more often.

Natalie needs to stop going to holiday markets on the weekends. She isn't great at wrapping presents, but that's why they make bags and tissue paper. She had a very uncomfortable interaction at a clothing store this morning, and she can't stop thinking about it! Oh, also...... Do you have the time?

Natalie is trying to fight a bout of depression, and she thinks she might be able to. (Spoiler Alert: She was not able to... and it came on stronger than ever the next day! Fun times!) She is going home for the holidays, and she can't wait to do absolutely nothing while she's there. Home Alone was filmed in her hometown, and she wants to tour the house now that it's for sale.
Natalie is on a pineapple kick! But she won't be eating on mic because chewing sounds are NOT allowed on this podcast. Her sleep game is still going strong. She has simplified certain aspects of her life recently, and pretty much everything is better as a result. The moral of the story is that there's a difference between re-prioritizing and failing.

...Natalie is podcasting from the arctic. (Not really. It's just super cold in NYC.) You probably shouldn't trust grocery store sushi. Her sleep routine is better than ever, and she is so grateful for it. She's going home for the holidays, and is looking forward to some time off. Finding gifts for your coworkers is a very specific type of challenge, and the NYC holiday markets aren't helping.
Natalie can't stop watching a docuseries on Hulu, and she wants you to watch it too. She's still itching to move, and she won't shut up about it! Pinterest is fun, but please don't mistake her for a "Pinterest girlie." Natalie doesn't want to be in charge of finding the love of someone's life, but she'll happily watch it all unfold from afar.
The Turkey Trot was a big success! Natalie needs a boyfriend so he can wake up at 6am and hold her water bottle while she runs; that's the only requirement as of now, so if you're interested, please send your résumé via DM. Natalie is getting settled back into life in NYC, and to be honest, she's ready to move somewhere else. Queen Angela is featured in the background of this episode; she's still more popular th...
Natalie is podcasting from the tropics! The Turkey Trot 5K race is a few days away, and she's wondering why any of this even matters in the first place. But she's still as competitive as can be, so she definitely has a goal time. Natalie is looking forward to making her famous gravy on Thanksgiving. Thanks to new nut milk machines, you can truly make milk out of anything these days. This holiday season, ask yourself what ...
Natalie attempted to decorate for Christmas today, but she didn't get very far. Queen Angela is coming to town, and Natalie is gonna try to get her on the pod. She got some new running shoes and she is nerding out HARD. After a lesson on "shoe tech," she tells the listeners about a phone call in her birthday suit. She contemplates leaving NYC, and what that would mean for her life.
Natalie is podcasting bright and early on a Monday, which is a rare occurrence. She meditated this morning and is feeling quite optimistic. Being grateful for what you have is the only way to open yourself up to new opportunities. It's almost impossible to go from deep discouragement to over-the-top positivity. So, take a step back and try to see the humor in whatever situation you're dealing with!
Natalie is bored of her regular running route, so she's mixing things up. She isn't a trail runner, but she got a taste of it today and isn't a fan. Her bagel order created too much chaos this morning, and she's still thinking about it. Friday night is for laundry (and takeout, because who actually has time to cook?). We all have our own sh*t to deal with, but we don't have to take it out on other people!
No, Natalie does not have a boyfriend. She's busy for other reasons! Eating dinner foods for breakfast is underrated; pad thai at 9am is an excellent choice. Natalie has been working with her therapist on setting boundaries, and she reminds the listeners that boundaries can be set in a loving way!

Natalie feels like a morning radio host sometimes. She's upset about a new study that links melatonin supplements to heart failure. She watched SNL this past Saturday, and loved every minute of it! The Turkey Trot is just around the corner, and she honestly can't wait for the free Celsius afterwards.

Is Natalie allergic to gluten or wheat (or both)? Only time will tell. None of the good coffee shops have restrooms, so she needs to plan accordingly. Asking a marathon runner what time they ran is a bold choice. Having spacial awareness is seemingly a rare quality among people in NYC. If Natalie EVER buys a Labubu, you should do a wellness check on her.

Has Natalie unpacked her suitcase yet? The answer is exactly what you think it is. The NYC Marathon coincided with Daylight Savings, and Natalie was nervous for the runners. She might run a marathon at some point, but not anytime soon. Getting photos printed at CVS is risky because they could look like sh*t. Actually, they most likely will. Bottom line: Do not get your photos printed at CVS.
Natalie is overwhelmed in the best way! Today's episode is short, but hopefully it's better than no episode at all. Halloween in NYC is chaotic, so please remind Natalie to stay home next year. Keeping plants alive is not her strong suit, but she's trying! Bumble is more promising than Hinge. There's no roadmap for meeting the love of your life, so being open to anything is kind of the only option.
Natalie is back after a nice long weekend in the Midwest! She has been thinking a lot about family, and what that word actually means to her. Blood relatives are kind of overrated, especially if they don't put in the work. Living in NYC has made Natalie miss driving around, but the good news is that she could live literally anywhere. This past weekend, she met a listener for the very first time, and it was such a great experie...
When you unsend a text, is it ever fully unsent? Natalie is fed up with her phone's texting trickery. She can't stand making plans, but once they're made, don't you dare cancel them! Just kidding; she's probably happy you cancelled. Is it better to have never made a plan at all? Maybe. Is weather-proofing a scam? At DSW, it might be. Natalie wants to grow the pod, and she encourages listeners to share it wi...
Natalie is churning out the pods, and being ahead of schedule is a great feeling. She's allergic to ragweed, which is in full bloom right now. Singing in front of college-aged musical theatre students is terrifying. Some influencers love to watch videos of themselves, and Natalie has no idea why. Toxic positivity is just as bad as chronic negativity, so let's all try to land somewhere in the middle.
