Graduate of a 3-year Mind/Body Mentorship program w/ Dr. Paul Epstein, N.D, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Certified Personal Training and currently enrolled in 3 yr Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing Practitioner Program. Specialties: Substance Abuse Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Mind/Body, Mindfulness/Embodied Practice, Stress Management, Diet/Nutrition/Lifestyle. Micheal briefly shared his personal story how some of my life greatest challenges such as trauma, addiction and chronic illness have been the catalyst to great success; both internally and externally.
