Hello, I’m Ashley. Welcome to Your Light In Darkness. I help you shift your thinking about who you are and your life experiences. You have the power to create the life you visualize and walk in a new state of being. You're already doing it daily. I know how challenging it can be to fully accept and do this when you've been told otherwise your entire life. That's why I want to help you. I've been there. All you have to do is be open to a new way of living from the inside out, using your spiritual mind. I'll teach you how to do it. I have a BA in Communications as well as a Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Life Coaching. However, my biggest teachers have been going within, accepting my life experiences and consciously shifting to the version of life I desire to live. That has equipped me to do this work more than anything. Spiritual living has changed my life. I am honored to help all who are ready to change their lives. In my personal time I enjoy a simple life of nurturing my family, gardening, cooking, tending to my home and creating my reality. Love, Ashley
