#150 Community Requires Action, Common Goals, and Removing Toxicity

In this episode of Your Loving Kick in the Pants, I talked about how our “Reignite the Light” event showed the power of community. I shared lessons from running my Boss Minded Facebook group, where I’ve learned that real growth happens when people support, challenge, and hold each other accountable.
