I recently asked in
my Facebook group podcast ideas
Did any of the women have anyideas that they wanted me to do
a podcast on?
And one of them suggested anepisode of how to work with
money and wealth beliefs toenergetically hold more wealth.
So that is what this episode isabout today how do we actually
increase our capacity to havewhat I call increasing the

vessel?

in there that are on thisjourney with you doing this soul
work.
So, first and foremost, let'sidentify some of these limiting
wealth beliefs that we have.
You know, everything startswith awareness.
(00:45):
My husband taught me thisbecause I'm not a fan of
cleaning, but he is, and when hecleans he takes everything out,
let's just say, the closet.
He takes everything out of thecloset, he looks at all of it
and then he decides what is hegoing to put back and what is he
going to gift or, you know,give to charity.
And this is what a lot of us, Ibelieve, don't do when we are
(01:08):
actually working on new beliefs.
You know we're so pumped tobegin believing new things that
we don't actually look at whatwe are currently believing and
this all just stays and lurks inthe subconscious.
You know, we really have to getclear on what are we actually
thinking now?
Will all of that come up in onesession?
No, it's just a constantevolution.
(01:31):
But I do think it's worthtaking some time to sit down and
actually just free journal,free, right.
What are you actually believing?
What are you thinking?
That is, you know, creatingthese limitations.
So if you are constantly hittinga plateau in your business or
your income or assets, or howyou feel about money and I say,
(01:54):
when I say this constantly, I,or consistently, I should say,
you know, I say consistent,consistently, because a snapshot
in time I don't believe reallyanything has gone wrong.
Like there is the law of rhythmwhere ebbs and flows.
So if you have an I'm airquoting a slow month, I wouldn't
(02:17):
give any energy to it, I wouldjust oh well, then it's just
going to happen next month.
But if it's a continual thingthat occurs, then that is
something that I would take alook at.
There is, you know, likely alower frequency of beliefs that
are occurring, old, you know,like the um identity that you
are currently carrying orrunning, that's, you know,
(02:37):
running behind the scenes.
So I'm going to list somebeliefs that I hear from other
clients, as well as some that Ihave had to get your mind going
and for you to ponder and writedown and figure out what are
your actual beliefs, what arethose limiting beliefs that you
actually have?
Some of them are you know, if Imake XYZ whatever number it is,
(03:01):
put it in there who will I beable to talk about?
Because no one in my circlemakes that amount of money.
It could be.
I don't want to be greedy, Ihave to be perfect, or I have to
protect my assets because theywere so hard to create.
I had this one and you know Idon't want to spend that much.
(03:22):
I mean, I've had several ofthese, but you know I don't want
to spend that much.
I mean, I've had several ofthese, but you know I don't want
to spend that much.
I have to work hard to generatethis money.
You know what will my familythink of me?
And this is not all inclusive,it's just some of the ones that
I have had, some of the onesthat my clients have had.
So the thing with awareness isthat we can notice the beliefs
(03:42):
with love and with compassion.
We don't have to layer onjudgment with this.
I think sometimes we don't evennotice how we speak to
ourselves.
We think that we're being kind.
But if you actually were tostep out and listen to what
you're saying to yourself or ifyou were to say that to a friend
, it isn't as loving as what youthink it is.
So, just recognizing that thesebeliefs that you took on at
(04:06):
some point in your life theywere likely there to keep you
safe, to feel accepted, tocontinue or to have connection,
and your nervous system is justtrying to protect you.
That's all that's happening.
And we can lovingly expand ournervous system, expand our
capacity to have from a lovingplace, not from judgment.
(04:32):
So I want you to.
I've almost kind of made thispodcast in a way of kind of like
a workshop.
I want you to.
I'm going to give you somejournal prompts and then I want
you to pause the episode and Iactually want you to write down.
And then I want you to comeback after you've written it
down and then listen to the nextum part that I have prepared
(04:53):
for you.
So what journal on this?
What would feel unsafe,unfamiliar or threatening about
receiving or holding, and thenyou can put in the number the
amount of wealth that you wantto have and let whatever comes
up, come up.
(05:14):
You know, don't try to censoryour thoughts.
Many of my clients, they'll giveme the intellectual answer
because they're very much intheir head versus the answer
that their body actuallybelieves.
And I think that if you are acoach or a mentor or you know
you've been in theself-development world for a hot
second, you can say the thingsthat you know you're supposed to
(05:38):
say versus what your actualbody feels.
So be really tapped in whenyou're answering these journal
prompts.
Your work is to write down andgive the answers that your body
believes, because that is whereyou're going to actually find
the true awareness.
So pause this episode right nowand do that journal prompt, and
even if this takes you severaldays to complete, it's fine.
(06:01):
But I think that it is worthpausing for you to actually sit
down and get down to some ofthese root beliefs.
So so me talking to you and youlistening is not where
transformation happens.
It happens when we actually dosomething different than we have
been.
So pause it journal and comeback to this episode for the
(06:24):
next step.
Okay, so you've written downwhat you the journal prompt that
I mentioned about what wouldfeel unsafe or unfamiliar about
receiving or holding the amountof money that you want to have.
So let's talk about actuallywhat came up.
You know, I don't ever askmyself if this belief is true,
(06:47):
because my body probably wouldalways say yes because it does
feel true in the body, probablywould always say yes because it
does feel true in the body.
So I like to ask more ordifferent questions like whose
voice is this belief?
Or is this belief even mine?
That's one that I use a lot.
Does this belief serve me movingforward?
You know I always look atbeliefs.
(07:08):
Are they serving me or are theynot serving me?
Are they moving me towards whatI desire or are they not Some
beliefs that I used to actuallyhold?
They served me very well for myawareness at that point in time
, but now, based on where I am,they don't serve me anymore
because my consciousness hasevolved and changed right.
(07:30):
So we get to break up withbeliefs.
I had a coach one time that waslike think of them as shopping
bags.
You get to break up withbeliefs.
I had a coach one time.
That was, like you know, thinkof them as um shopping bags.
You know you get to drop theshopping bags.
Whatever way you want to thinkabout beliefs, it's like it's
okay to release them, bless them, release them, let them go, and
then I would begin to replacethese old beliefs with ones that
actually align with the futurethat you're stepping into.
(07:53):
And I really like to choose justtwo or three beliefs that I'm
working on at a time, becausewhen we have too many, sometimes
I think to the mind it can feeloverwhelming, and maybe you you
don't.
You have so many that you'renot going to remember them.
Like, one of the things is toactually say them, embody them
and take action from that place.
(08:14):
So the point is to affirm and,like I said, just take action
from that place.
So if you are saying somethinglike I want to be more confident
with money, okay, then go, takean action that day to feel more
confident with money.
And, and the biggest thing toremember is not just to write
(08:34):
these down or to say them, it'sto actually feel them, because
if you do not feel them, you arenot going to embody them.
So here are some that I've used.
I'm going to share some of theones that I have used.
Try them on, see what fits foryou and your body and then, if
none of them resonate, then sitdown and think about what are
(08:55):
the ones that would then.
If none of them resonate, thensit down and think about what
are the ones that would.
If some of them do, then takethem.
Take whatever resonates, leavethe rest.
So I really had to use a lot oflanguage around safe, safety.
So it's safe for me to receivemore or it's safe to meet for me
to receive more with ease, likeI always would put with ease on
the end, because that was, forsure, something that I needed to
(09:19):
work on, because I couldgenerate money, I could build
wealth from hard work andpushing and forcing.
It's with ease or with joy orsatisfaction is what has been my
work.
Another one could be you know,since I am already a generous
person, having more money isgoing to allow me to just give
more.
You could say or use I amlearning.
(09:42):
I like I am learning or I am inthe process.
Those are two.
That I like is like bridgebeliefs I'm learning or I am in
the process of learning how toreceive more money with ease.
The more money I have, the moreI get to choose how I want to
allocate it.
And it's safe to spend money onthings that I enjoy because the
money always comes back to me.
(10:04):
Some people say two times, threetimes, 10 times, like it's not
about the actual amount, it'sabout how do you feel in your
body when you actually say that.
You know, when you think aboutit's safe to spend money on
things I enjoy because the moneyalways returns to me.
How does that actually make youfeel?
And then the final partobviously is like what we're
actually doing is having this,creating this energetic
(10:27):
expansion, holding more.
You know the capacity to have.
When I say that, what I mean islike our nervous system
expanding our nervous system.
You know, wealth expansion isnot just from a mindset
perspective, it's a frequency,it's energetic.
So it is about your nervoussystem capacity, which really
(10:50):
means your nervous systemfeeling safe, right.
So you know your window oftolerance by how you feel in
your body.
So trust that what I mean bythat is what might be a little
bit outside of one person'scomfort zone might be a huge
jump for somebody else, becausemaybe they haven't been doing
(11:11):
this work that long, or maybethey are at a different place in
their journey, or it could bemultiple reasons why maybe this
one person is able to do it alittle bit faster.
We're not comparing ourselvesto anybody else.
What I'm saying by saying thisis you need to tap into your
(11:31):
body.
You need to see what is lovingand nourishing for yourself Like
where is your window oftolerance and then expanding
that, versus looking outside ofyourself, seeing what somebody
else says to do and then goingand doing that.
This is why I am constantlyasking my clients and
encouraging them to tap intotheir bodies over and over.
(11:53):
I have this conversation, youknow, because we will know what
we feel by if we slow down andwhen we actually get connected
with our bodies.

of these limiting beliefs?
What is it that you actuallywant to move toward?
Because it's when we set thedesire, the intention that those
are, when the beliefs will comeup.
You know, expanding ourcapacity to have.
(12:38):
I have looked at lots ofdifferent spiritual um mentors
and you know Kabbalah calls thisexpanding the vessel.
So if you think about it,whatever you believe God, I feel
like that is really where I'velanded.
Of God, you can say, spirit,source, universe, whatever it is
, there is this constant light,constant energy trying to be,
(13:02):
for us to receive.
And the reason why, if youthink about a light bulb, if you
think about coming out of theoutlet and it might have I'm no
electrician but let's say it has110 volts but you put in a 60
watt light bulb, all that you'reever going to shine or light up
with right Is 60 Watts.
So in order to have more light,you have to increase the
(13:25):
capacity and that's what we'redoing with our body, with our
nervous system.
So I believe it is so importantto come from this loving place,
the supportive place, when weare expanding our window of
tolerance.
So here's a couple of toolsthat I would use play with.
I'm always like you've got allkinds of tools in your toolbox.
What do you want to play with?
(13:46):
What resonates with you?
So I would definitely in thebeginning is really do some type
of daily grounding practice.
How does the woman if you thinkabout the woman that has the
amount of money that you desireand she has it with ease how
does she take care of herself?
Does she do maybe more breathwork or breath work in general?
(14:08):
Does she have more quiet time?
Is she placing her hand on herheart and talking to herself
lovingly?
Does she allow for more spacein the day?
Like, what is that feminineenergy that she is doing and
taking care of herself on adaily basis?
The second thing that I think isreally important is to
celebrate, celebratingeverything.
(14:31):
I think a lot of us withholdthe celebration until we reach
where we're going, which I dobelieve we're kind of missing
the whole point, like we arewithholding all of this fun and
celebration and joy fromourselves all along the way.
So start celebrating everysingle, wherever money is
received, whether it's a paymentyou receive a refund Like today
(14:53):
I took my daughter out to lunchand she asked for a medium and
then they gave her a large.
Like celebrating every littlething, because the more that you
focus on where you are alreadyreceiving abundance, the more
it's going to grow.
Celebration, I think, alsoanchors in safety.
You know your body starts toassociate money with joy instead
(15:15):
of stress, which many of usthat's what we have associated
money with.
So we want to normalize moneyflowing in and out and also
increasing.
You know, the more often thatyou celebrate, you show your
nervous system that it's safe tocelebrate, it's safe to have
system, that it's safe tocelebrate, it's safe to have fun
, it's safe to let money flow inand out.
(15:37):
The third one I would do andthat has been something that
I've really taken a lot deeperrecently is visualization with
the end goal in mind.
So think about getting superclear on three to five end
scenes.
So in scenes like E and D, endscenes are things that will
(15:58):
happen only once you havereceived the amount of money
that you desire.
So for me, one of my end scenesis me sitting on the back patio
of the house that I have in mymind that I've envisioned either
that house or something betterand looking over the pool in the
spa and then just telling myhusband that, like man, I did it
(16:20):
, like I did this, I did thiswith my mind and changing my
identity and all the women thatI have impacted, and I'm so
grateful that I believed inmyself and I kept at this work.
And you know, he I'menvisioning and visualizing.
He's telling me that you knowwhat.
(16:40):
I never doubted you for asecond.
And I'm sitting there thinking,you know, if I can create this,
what else can I create?
You know, I'm feeling suchgratitude in my body, tears of
joy, love, you know, for myself.
And spending the night with myhusband, or, you know, spending
(17:00):
that as the evening goes, youknow, with my husband and
daughter enjoying the eveningswimming.
Do you see how specific that isLike?
Can you actually feel thefeelings in your body that you
were feeling when I wasdescribing that?
Now, that's how specific thatyou want to get so you can get
to that feeling.
(17:21):
Now, some of my clients, theydon't actually have to be so
specific because they can justjump straight to the feeling,
but I do think that theimagination is really important.
You know, they say that theimagination is connection to the
divine, to God, spirit, tosource, and it's one of those
(17:44):
things that once we visualize inour minds so many times, we
normalize it.
So when it actually happens inthe 3D, it's so normal because
you've experienced it so manytimes, your body has experienced
it so many times in the 5drealm.
So, whatever works for you,just spend time.
In the beginning I recommendmultiple times a day, maybe
(18:04):
three to four times a day.
You know being in that feeling,visualizing that until it
becomes your natural state.
You know your nervous system,like I said, it doesn't know the
difference between what I callthe 3d, what the observed world
is, what you see when you openyour eyes and your senses.
It does not know the differencebetween the 3d world and then
(18:27):
the 5d, that imagined state.
So the more that you practicehaving the wealth that you want,
being in that energy, the morenatural it becomes and the
faster that you can receive andobserve it in your 3d world.
You know, obviously you need totake action, but you're going to
be taking action from the womanwho has what you desire, not
(18:49):
from where you are now.
It's going to be inspiredaction.
It's not going to be pushing,enforcing action.
So I do want to talk aboutaction because I do think it is
important.
I don't think it's the primarything, though.
I really think, as I have builtwealth from one place and now
I'm in the other, of reallyimagining first, like doing it
(19:13):
the.
I don't want to say it'swithout effort, it just is.
It's less effort.
Right, I did it from a forcing,pushing 3D way versus now of
imagining being that person andthen allowing it to come and
taking inspired actions.
So I think you know, when we'retalking about action, I want to
talk about two sides.
You know, some of us will dothis work and we'll be in that
(19:35):
feminine energy, but we won'tactually take the action.
We won't do the masculine,inspired action things we need
to do.
So we do have to take inspiredaction.
We have to follow our intuitionand bring it into the 3d, the
observed world.
So what action have you beenputting off that you know you
need to take to get to the nextlevel?
(19:56):
You know, this is myencouragement for you this week
go do the thing that yourintuition has been asking you
and allow yourself to feel thediscomfort.
You know, if you want to holdmore wealth, we have to do
things differently than whatwe've been doing, which
ultimately comes from ouridentity.
What do we believe aboutourself?
What is our self-concept?
(20:16):
How are we treating ourselves?
What do we think is possiblefor ourselves?
You know, the point with all ofthis is to make it natural and
the next step for your nervoussystem.
The reason why we create and wecan't hold or we can't increase
past a certain asset or incomenumber is because it hasn't felt
natural yet.
You know, we've put up thesegoals on on the pedestal and
(20:41):
when we put a goal on a pedestalwe're at a different frequency
than the goal.
You know, the goal has to benatural and like, of course, of
course, kind of thinking, likewhen it arrives it's like duh,
of course.
I've just been this person forhowever long.
It has to be from that, notlike, oh my gosh, it happened.
I can't believe it happened.
(21:02):
If you're thinking that youhave not been in the vibration
of having, yes, you might be inthe vibration of receiving it,
but holding it is what we'retalking about here.
So I truly believe that themore that we use our imagination
and we feel in our bodies andour bodies believe what's
(21:23):
already happening, that is whenwe start to attract what it is
that we want.
