Welcome, beautiful souls. Today I'm revealing something
that's probably happening to youright now, and you might not
even realize it. It's an event we're all having
in our awakening and transformational journeys.
We've already shifted. We've already stepped into new
timelines, new identities, but part of us is still walking

around acting like the old version of self.
You've done the work you've released, you've cried, you've
prayed, you've meditated, you'vealigned.
And yet part of you still thinksI'm not there yet.
I still need to fix this. I still need to clear that.
But here's the truth. You are already embodying the

frequency of the you that you'vebeen seeking.
And today I'm going to give you 5 simple to use tools to shift
your perspective and recognize your transformation so you can
fully claim your new multidimensional identity and
reality. Welcome to your multidimensional

journey. I am Tracy Kibera and imagine
for a moment that a butterfly has just fully emerged from its
cocoon, but it keeps believing it's still a Caterpillar.
It's not recognizing it has wings because the Caterpillar is
the only identity it's ever known, so it doesn't fly away.
That's what I've been seeing with some of my soul coaching

clients lately. One client was convinced that
she was stuck in old patterns and she needed help breaking
through all of her blockages. Meanwhile, I could already see
her new identity, her new reality, and some amazing
timelines that she could be jumping into.
And her soul was showing me whatshe is now manifesting, but she
(01:47):
wasn't looking at it. She was so focused on where she
thought she should be that she couldn't acknowledge where she
actually was. And she's not the only one.
So why do we sometimes not see our own transformation?
For many of us, there's a part of us that actually is afraid to
acknowledge the transformation. Because if we admit we've
(02:11):
changed, if we own our growth, then we have to step fully into
this new version of ourselves. We have to take responsibility
for our expanded awareness. We have to live as a person.
We've become instead of hiding behind the story of who we used
to be and clinging to the attachments of the people,
(02:34):
places, jobs, things from our old life.
And that can be really scary. Others of us are in what I call
the seeking trap. I see this in the spiritual
community. And honestly, I've done at the
time or two myself. We get so addicted to the
seeking, so comfortable with ouridentity of someone who's
(02:56):
working on themselves, that we just don't know how to just be
the person we've become. There's a weird comfort in the
struggle, right? In having something to fix,
something to heal, something to transcend.
Because at least then we know that we're doing something.
We have a purpose, a direction, a next step.
(03:17):
But what happens when you've actually done the work?
What happens when you've actually shifted?
You end up in this strange spacewhere you are simultaneously
transformed and convinced you haven't changed much at all.
You're free, but you're still rattling the bars of the prison
cell that doesn't even exist anymore.
(03:39):
Now even more people are myopic,meaning extremely nearsighted
because US 3D humans are naturally focused on what's
right in front of us as we can'tsee the higher dimensional
bigger picture. That's why people book the soul
coaching sessions with me to getthe bigger picture from their
soul and their spirit team. Now we also have the mind and

body reasons. Number one, our brains.
Our brains are literally wired to focus on problems.
I looked it up, it's called negativity bias.
And while I kept our ancestors alive by making them hyper aware
of threats, our modern world, the same mechanism keeps us
focused on what's wrong, what needs fixing, what isn't
(04:25):
working. Yet your brain is so busy
scanning for the next thing to heal that it completely misses
out on celebrating what's already healed.
That's a biggie. The brain and then #2 the ego
mind. You could say the ego mind and
the brain are the same. Your choice.
But the ego mind likes to loop. It likes to remind you of your
(04:46):
old story, to keep you in the known, where you are safe.
So when you change, the ego minddoesn't always want to go with
that flow. Remember, for the ego mind, the
known hell is safer than the unknown heaven.
So between those two, there's a lot of brain retraining that
needs to be completed. For our ascension #3 your
(05:10):
nervous system, it's still recalibrating.
It's still catching up to your new thoughts, your new feelings,
And at the same time, it's beingbombarded with solar flares and
light codes and ascension frequencies and trying to
process all of that. That's why vagus nerve exercises
are so important. That's why we need to get out of
(05:31):
fight or light in order to ascend.
Remember, the body holds a memory, the mind holds identity.
Yet the heart and soul are already way out ahead saying
come on love, catch up, we're already here.
So what happens when you've got this conflict of body, mind,
heart and soul? You end up doubting yourself.

You think I'm still stuck, I still need to heal.
But really, what's happening is you're still adjusting to the
newness. You're stabilizing in the new
identity, but you're not seeing it.
You're not recognizing it yet. Remember, energy is always in
motion. Therefore, you cannot be who you
were even a month ago, a week ago this morning.

You've already shifted dimensions.
You've already anchored in new light codes, new frequencies,
new truths. The key now is stop digging for
problems that no longer exist. Stop re traumatizing yourself
with the old stories. Instead remind yourself who you
(06:38):
truly are. Let yourself become familiar
with your new expanded self. So how do you do that?
Number one witness yourself differently.
Start saying oh wait I wouldn't have reacted that way before.
This is new, this is me shiftingor the new me isn't reacting to
(06:59):
that. It no longer bothers me.
I'm not that person anymore thatwas bothered by that.
Celebrate even the smallest changes, like how you handled a
conversation or how you felt more peaceful in a moment that
used to trigger you because that's proof of who you are now
#2. Anchor your new reality through
(07:21):
embodiment. Instead of asking when will I
become that version of me? Shift to since I am already my
new self, how do I handle this situation today?
The difference may be subtle, but it is profound.
It truly pulls you into alignment with the self you
already are because again, it anchors you in the new reality
(07:46):
#3 let go of chasing, healing. This doesn't mean you'll never
clear or release again, it just means don't go looking for
wounds that are no longer there.If something arises naturally,
tend to it with love, but don't create loos by searching for
what you think is wrong. You're not broken, you are not
(08:07):
behind. You've released the trauma.
And if your eagle mind brings upthe memory of it, then remind
it. Remind your brain we've already
healed, that it's complete #4 practice present moment
awareness. Awareness is the key to all of
this. Because without awareness, you
can't catch yourself moving intoold patterns and old feelings
(08:31):
and old truths so that you cannot change to the new you.
Remember. The old you only exists in your
memory. The new you exists in this exact
moment. When you practice being in full
awareness, not only do you catchthe old programs and patterns
(08:52):
and no longer repeat them, but it's this awareness that helps
you maintain your new identity and anchor in your new reality
#5 claim your identity, speak it, own it.
I am expanded, I am intuitive, Iam aligned, I am sovereign, I am
(09:12):
the one I've been waiting for, or I am abundant, money flows to
me easily, or whatever. Affirmation assists you in
remaining in your new identity. When you affirm from this place,
the new identity, your new self,your new energy, you collapse
any gap between who you think you are and who you actually
(09:35):
are. Which means use visualizations,
guided meditations, energy activations.

I'll link it below. These methods help you claim
your identity and anchor it in. So you become that.
Let's do a little visualization now.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine yourself
(09:59):
standing in a doorway. Behind you is an old room with
dark colors and heavy, dense energy.
In front of you, you can see a space glowing with a golden
light. Now walk through that doorway
and feel your body shift. Notice how everything now feels
(10:25):
brighter, lighter, more. You now look inward, See the
higher frequencies within, like sacred geometry, traveling new
pathways within your brain and your body.
Feel the electric vibrations within you.
Sense the bright, bold colors ofyour chakras.
(10:48):
Realize that is your new ascending cell right now, right
here, now. The mind may take a little while
to adjust, but that's OK. Be patient with yourself.
Find the activations and meditations that are most
effective for you and repeat them several times a day.

So today, take note. Where are you still acting like
the old you? Where are you asking?
What do I still need to heal rather than how have I already
transformed? Where are you asking when will I
finally get there rather than wow look where I am now and I
see where I am headed. Think about it.

What if you stopped trying to find yourself and started
recognizing yourself? What if instead of seeking the
next breakthrough, you acknowledge the breakthrough
you're already living? What if you looked in the mirror
and saw not someone who's still working on it all, but someone
who's actively embodying their highest self now, even if it's
(11:56):
imperfect or messy or a little off center?
Because it doesn't mean you stopgrowing, doesn't mean you become
complacent or that you're done. Growth is eternal.
Your expansion multidimensionally is infinite.
For all beings, it is infinite. What it means is you stop
(12:17):
approaching your life from this deficit mindset and start
operating from an abundance mindset, from the
acknowledgement of your divinity.
It means you celebrate the butterfly you are instead of
mourning the Caterpillar you were.
Because remember guys, you're not becoming.

You've already become. Your new reality is here, your
new identity is here. You are the embodiment of the
transformation you're asking for.
O start acting like it. And the more you act like it,
the more ease you'll feel. The more synchronicities it'll
show U, the more magic that willunfold.
