Your Point My View Podcast is a conversational platform where every viewpoint matters. It’s not a judgement of whose right or wrong. We may ask why someone feels a certain way on a particular subject or, their viewpoint may raise an eyebrow or two, but most times, it’s out of fun because much of our conversation stems from points of views that can’t be debated so we have no choice but to make it an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere. You're going to look forward to Monday afternoons at 3 PM to see whose views mesh with your view week after week, or who is just far off in left field. The beauty of our platform is that each person's view is their own truth. It’s allowed to come from an authentic place and, if it changes during the course of the conversation, that’s ok as well because maybe the conversation sparked a different way of thinking about things. The rule is not to cast shade on someone else's view or make them feel less of a person for having one different than your own. We are all encouraged to bring our authentic selves to the virtual table. We are all important and we want to keep it that way.

A healthy relationship is a give-and-take dynamic where both individuals contribute strengths, skills, and energy to create balance. Even with new relationships, the quality of what you have (and the expectations that follow) can be a "winner winner chicken dinner" or a major deal-breaker. So, what are yo...
