All right.
So today we are talking to theCastiles.
They've been on multiple times.
They're dear friends of mine.
Kathy is a.

authentic selves, combining hisown first responder and military
experience with cutting edgecoaching strategies.
Today, we're going to talkabout the whole open up.
(01:30):
I see, I knew I was going tomess it up the whole open up.
I still messed it up.
You know what?
We're going to talk about aHawaiian prayer.
It's totally gotten in my head.
And we are going to be talkingabout state.
We're going to talk about thestate trilogy and so on.
So, guys, if you want to tellpeople a little bit more about
(01:53):
yourself, Awesome For me.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
I am just about
making an impact, especially
with my brothers and sisters, because the military does a
great job bringing us in andthey don't do a great job
letting us go back into civilianworld.
So my passion is to make surethat my brothers and sisters
know they're not left behind andthe challenges that they're
(02:18):
going through they're not alone.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
Yes, I mean exactly
like Kathy said.
You know, they integrate usvery well into the military and
into the military mindset, butthey don't know how to take it
out and they don't do thedeprogramming in order to help
us when we get out and werealize that hey, wait a minute,
everybody is not like us andall gun ho and ready to go
(02:41):
conquer the world.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
Absolutely.
You know, and that's why that'smy focus.
You know, for military veteransand their families, it's
they're great at conditioning togo do what you got to go do and
not great for conditioning forthe reintegration so, into
civilian life.
So I love that you brought thatup.
So, with that said, let me justremind everybody, on the top
(03:07):
right hand corner of the screenthere's a blue QR code takes you
toempowerperformancestrategiescom.
Again, for people listening onthe podcast forums, it is
empowerperformancestrategiescom.
There are all kinds ofresources books that I've
written for you, there'sFacebook groups that you can
join as well, both for veteransand their families.
So come be part of the mission.
(03:29):
So there's lots of resourcesthere.
So, with that said, so, todaywe're going to talk about the
state, right, and so let's talkabout.
If you can, let's just getrolling.
I know you want to talk aboutthe state trilogy, so if you
want to start there, you goahead, okay.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
Um, so the I call it
trilogy, or some people call it
triad, is made up of threethings, and just think of it
like a stool.
It has three legs and if youpull one out it makes it
unsteady.
So you must have all three inorder for it to be stable.
(04:08):
And the first one is focus.
So where's your mind focusgoing?
Are you focusing on good thingsgoing on in your life?
Are you focusing on thenegative things going on in your
life?
And so focus is very much thefirst piece of the trilogy or
(04:28):
the triad in the state.
Would you like to cover thesecond one?
Speaker 4 (04:32):
Yeah, so physiology,
which depends upon how you look
at it, is a major piece.
Physiology, if you look at itat a triangle, is the base.
If your physiology is not in avery strong state, let's say
you're for some reason, you'rerecovering from some sort of
(04:54):
surgery or something like that, and you allow yourself to just
think well, this is going to bea long recovery and your
physiology is going to reflectthat.
Whatever you think yourphysiology is going to reflect
that, whatever you think yourphysiology is going to state
that.
So if your head's down, yourshoulders are slumped forward,
you're not in an empowered state.
So, in order to empoweryourself, pull your shoulders
(05:15):
back and pull your chin up alittle bit and empower yourself
and go conquer the world usingyour physiology.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
Go conquer the world
using your physiology and, if I
may share on that, a perfectexample is I had a hamstring
injury and not too long afterthat I had a knee injury.
Not being able to do what Ilove to do, which is work out,
has very much, you know, canaffect my physiology and how I
show up.
It can also affect my focus.
(05:43):
So the third piece of thetrilogy, or triad, is called
language, and so talk about ourphysiology.
We talk about what we'refocusing on, and then the
biggest thing that we do toourselves is the conversation we
have between this year and thisyear, and the language is that
(06:04):
great language, I can tell you ahundred percent.
If I tracked every conversationthat went on in my head, I would
say the majority, you know,it's better, it's not quite as
bad as it used to be.
I have to catch myself becausemy automatic go-to is want to
(06:25):
focus on the negative stuff.
So when you start focusing onthe negative stuff, then that
affects your focus, that affectsyour physiology, and all three
of these pieces lead intosomething major which we
practice every day to talk about.
(06:47):
Would you like to share thatpiece?
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Yeah, so your energy
level, your energy level has a
lot to do with your state.
If you are energy poor, whichmeans you're running on fumes
You've not done anything to fillyour tank, to bring you up to
at least energy neutral yourstate is going to be very low.
(07:11):
You're going to be more angry, small little things are just
going to set you off and thingslike that.
And energy poor is the worststate to be in, absolutely,
absolutely, and you know what wetalk like that.
Speaker 2 (07:25):
And energy poor is
the worst state to be in
Absolutely, Absolutely, and youknow what we talk about that and
we're going to dive into that alot more.
But think about I wanteverybody to think about this
listening now and, of course, onthe podcast forums.
When your energy state is low,do you feel like you're making
good decisions?
Do you think that you'reattracting the right people
around you?
Do you think the positivepeople that are going and
kicking ass in the world want tohang around with somebody
(07:47):
that's going?
Speaker 1 (07:48):
I hate my life.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
I hate my life.
You know, Facebook messed withme again.
You know I mean these thingscome up.
That just caught that Personalside joke between us.
Just had to say it.
But when you're there, yourenergy is low.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
You're bringing down
people around you as well.
We call them energy vampires.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Absolutely.
That's about as good as it gets, so, if we can, as far as those
go.
I know we're going to talkabout the Ho'oponopono.
I messed it up againHo'oponopono, the.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Ho'oponopono and I
learned it differently.
We have a lot of people thatare on the struggle bus with the
pronunciation, so we justshorten it and we call it the
hop.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
I don't want to do
that, though.
I'm going to spend 15 minutes.
Everybody just hang out.
We're just going to hear Mikestutter Pono pono.
I did it.
That's the way I was taught it.
I knew I'd get myself in theright state, see.
So can we talk about that for aminute, and then how that
(09:02):
applies to your states, and thenI'd love to go through more
details of each of the trilogy.
Does that work for you guys?
Absolutely Okay.
So tell people.
I'm not going to say the wordagain until we get off air.
You know what it is.
I don't know how much you knowof the background of it, but
talk about it for a minute andlet's kind of start there.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
You want me to know
the background of it but talk
about it for a minute and let'slet's kind of start there.
Yeah, go ahead.
Um, so this was a gentleman inHawaii who took over a mental
institution that was not doingvery well at all and so he came
over to um.
His name was Dr Hugh Lynn andhe came over and he was gonna.
(09:45):
He made changes, and he madechanges in the most unusual way
that you would think.
So when he took over in thehospital, he didn't want to see
the patients, he just wanted tosee the files on each of the
patients, and so he would openthe files, read it and then he
(10:05):
would do the Ho'oponopoeiaprayer to each patient, and he
would do that every day, neverseeing any patients, and through
that process and time itactually changed the environment
for patients use that termpatients that were there, that
(10:26):
would actually leave thehospital, and then the workers
that were there were actuallyenjoyed working there.
It changed not just the dynamicof the patients, it changed the
dynamic of the whole hospitaland it was such a massive
turnaround Like it'sunbelievable, and I don't know
if you want to add anything moreto that.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
No, it's a great
story.
I think Zero Limits is the bookthat actually made the whole
prayer popular.
That was written about hisstory and it's an amazing read
and the prayer itself is sovaluable and so simple and
(11:10):
powerful.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
Can we tell people
the prayer Absolutely?
Would you guys do?
Speaker 3 (11:16):
it for each other?
Absolutely, I would love to,and I just want to share one
little piece before we get tothat.
And I just want to share onelittle piece before we get to
that is that it goes to showthat you can have healing
without the person being infront of you or around you.
Yes, that's the key takeaway isthat the healing is in the
prayer, not in the physicality.
(11:38):
Now we're going to do it toeach other.
I've done it to people thataren't in front of me that I, I
need healing around.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
And it's not
necessarily saying that you've
done something wrong.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
It's just you're just
saying this.
You know, I'll say this toanother man, um, and I haven't
done anything to that individual, but I'm saying it to all the
other men that's hurt him, um,yeah.
And the same way with ladieswhen I'm in front of a lady
that's not my wife, I'll say itwith them.
(12:13):
I'll stand in position of theother person, saying it to them
and asking them and telling themI'm sorry, all right, you ready
.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
Yes, sir, I'll go
first.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
I'm sorry, please
forgive me.
Thank you and I love you.
I'm sorry, please forgive me.
Thank you, I love you.
I'm sorry, please forgive me.
(12:57):
Thank you and I love you.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
I'm sorry, please
forgive me.
Thank you and I love you.
I'm sorry, please forgive me.
Thank you and I love you.
I'm sorry, please forgive me,thank you.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
And I love you.
I just got to say I've neverseen someone else, I think, do
it.
My wife and I do it and it Ifelt it, you know, and that's
the beauty of this prayer.
So thank you guys for thatvulnerability and just doing
that, you know, and that's thebeauty of it's prayer.
So thank you guys for for thatvulnerability and and just doing
that, you know, in front ofpeople, and of course, I'm
(13:57):
hearing it later on.
So thank you very much.
So how does that?
How does that connect intostate?
Speaker 3 (14:07):
May I share a piece.
So I feel like when I amfeeling my girlfriend uses this
term prickly, I love it.
When I'm feeling not right, prickly, or I feel this energy
exchange between me and Robert,or even me and my daughter,
(14:28):
whoever, and I'm just it doesn'tfeel right to me.
The first thing I do is one gointernally and be like okay,
kathy, like what's your energystate?
Am I energy rich, am I energyneutral or am I energy poor?
And nine times out of 10, ifI'm feeling prickly or whatever
(14:51):
it means, I'm energy poor orenergy neutral, moving to poor.
So what in my state, focus, language or physiology can I
change to make that shift?
(15:14):
And sometimes the reason why Ilove the Ho'oponopono prayer or
the hop is because there aretimes that I don't feel I did
anything wrong.
I feel, or I don't know whathappened or I just don't like
that ickiness.
So it's as you can tell, justso you're not saying I did wrong
, you're not saying you knowyou're the butthole or I'm the
(15:39):
butthole.
It's just like I just don'twant that energy there anymore.
Let's clear the air.
And the other major piece tothat too is you can say it to
yourself in the mirror, like howmuch have we hurt ourselves,
abused ourselves with our focus, our language, more so our
(16:01):
language, that healing piece ofof the triad.
Like how simple it sounds so,yet so freaking powerful, so I
get a little excited about it.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
Yeah.
So when I'm feeling in adisempowered state or prickly,
as Kathy just said, I'll look inthe mirror and say it to my
soul and my spirit yeah.
And then, usually, after I'vesaid that, my whole energy level
(16:34):
will change, yeah, absolutely,it will go from poor or whatever
the case may be, it'll go up atleast one level.
Speaker 2 (16:45):
Yeah, absolutely.
You know the ho-po-no.
There we go.
I did it again.
So and my friend Cindy put iton here.
She's the one that taught mehow to do it.
So when you're doing it in themirror, just think about looking
in your eyes, because when youlook in your eyes and focus,
(17:07):
you're really reaching your soulgenerally and it changes the
game.
You know, really like just likea mirror exercise.
You know a lot, of, a lot oftimes and I do it myself, I'll
teach people that you know, justsay, mike, I love you, and look
in your soul and feel it.
But there's so many otherthings you can do with mirror
exercises like this, so I'mreally glad you brought that up.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
I think it's
absolutely fantastic, thank you
yeah, and one of the things I'lltell my veterans that have
suffered massive loss in combatis you can say it to who you
feel you let down and you willfeel that forgiveness that you
(17:48):
need or that you feel that youneed, and they will forgive you
their spirit will forgive you.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Absolutely love it.
Absolutely love it.
So you know.
With that said, do you want totalk?
Which of the triads do you guyswant to kind of go into first?
I mean, I think they're allequally as important.
So what's your heart sayingright now?
Where do you want to start?
Speaker 3 (18:15):
May I share one more
thing before?
we get there Because my heartwants to share this, having come
up from childhood trauma andnot always having the ability to
face the individuals that haveI use an air, quotes wronged me
(18:38):
or I didn't get to sayeverything I wanted to say to
the individuals.
That's the other piece thatcomes in with the Ho'oponopono
prayer to be able to say that Ihad to pause there for a second.
Think of those individuals.
(18:58):
So when you were talking, likeyourself in the mirror, you can
always close your eyes and havethat other person on the other
end and say it to them and getthat healing back and forth,
because some people feel thatthere you have to have
forgiveness.
You you have to have peace withthe other person and have the
(19:18):
exchange of words.
Well, sometimes you're notalways in that luxury.
You know, maybe your father wasa veteran and and unfortunately
didn't come home, and sothere's all that unspokenness.
So that is another way thatthis prayer works massively.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
I really love you
brought that up, yeah.
Speaker 4 (19:46):
I think the biggest,
the biggest piece is focus.
Yes, you know we've alwaysheard where focus, where your
focus goes, energy flows.
If you focus on being energypoor, it's going to affect your
state.
You're going to be energy poor.
If you want to focus on beingenergy rich or super rich,
(20:09):
that's out there doing all kindsof crazy dances and stuff.
You just have a lot of energy.
Usually that happens when we goon stage.
Sometimes when we get ready tostart a talk or something like
that, we go into a super richstage or state.
But with the focus, focusdrives a lot of things.
(20:32):
If you want to focus on thedoomsday stuff, guess what
you're going to see a lot of.
You're going to see a lot ofdoomsday stuff, yes, but if you
want to focus on a lot ofblessings, then your focus is
going to be focused on blessingothers and others blessing you
(20:53):
or, in others, blessing others.
Speaker 3 (20:56):
May I add something
on that?
Yeah, what's super cool forthose I know, mike, we've done a
lot of work on the unconsciousmind with Steve Linder and
others is when you startfocusing on that stuff, whether
it's happening at this moment ornot.
You're focusing on yes, I'mgoing to get up every morning
(21:19):
and I'm going to feel amazingand do all these things.
The unconscious mind wants toprove you're right, so it's
going to start feeding youthings to do, to be like I'm
going to wake up super rested, awesome.
Okay.
So your unconscious mind isgoing to be like oh, it's time
to go to bed, or oh, we need todo this, or oh, we need to do
(21:40):
that too.
And you can do that by listing, like things that fill your tank
.
So that way, your unconsciousmind has this thing to pull from
.
And that's what's so cool islike to Robert's point, it being
so massively important isbecause you're feeding the
unconscious mind to go into itsdatabase and pull that evidence
(22:02):
to prove that you're right, which is what we all need.
We need validation that we'reon the right track.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
Yeah, absolutely.
I just had an experience.
I got to tell you.
I took a nap I'm going to keepthis very short I took a nap and
put on a book, an audio bookthat I wanted to start listening
to, and I was like I'm justgoing to put it on, you know, if
I catch some before I go tosleep, whatever.
About three days later I was onthe treadmill listening to the
audio book again and startedover because I slept and I was
(22:32):
like, okay, I'm gonna start overagain.
I was like where did I hearthis before?
I've never heard this before.
Why is this here?
And it was all of mysubconscious, from what I caught
when I was sleeping, and it wasone of the I just got.
I just got the god bumps orgoosebumps, um, it's one of the
um that is like the mostpowerful time that's ever
happened to me, that, thatrealization of how powerful that
(22:53):
really is and how it goes intoyour psyche and into your
nervous system and everythingelse.
So I love that you bring thatup.
So, if we can, let's talk aboutwe got about seven minutes left
.
Let's talk about language, because your thoughts, your
reality, right?
So what we think about, andlike we're talking about
thoughts, your reality, right.
So you know what we think aboutand like we're talking about is
(23:15):
how we feel, right, and as wefeel, then we do, and because of
what we do, we have thingsright, whatever that is in our
lives.
It's a poem from Neuron CodingInstitute.
That are the first things welearn.
So let's talk about thatlanguage pattern because, like
you were saying before, kathyand it's not just you, it's the
(23:35):
human condition, I mean mostpeople we have so many thoughts
going through our head all thetime, and it's about those
disempowering thoughts comparedto empowering thoughts, right?
So let's talk about that andgive some tips or thoughts on
how to curb it, so that you cantrain the brain, if you will, to
(23:56):
really focus on the positive, for that positive state and
energy.
So let's talk language.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
Yes, you have that
self-talk all the time, and if
it's a disempowering self-talk,then it's going to drag your
energy level down, it's going todrag your focus down.
It's going to drag yourphysiology down.
However, that's whereaffirmations can be very
powerful, because you can takethose affirmations and read them
(24:27):
and say them out loud, which isa.
The affirmation is a verypowerful language and it's very
empowering and it can changeyour state from being energy
poor to energy neutral, energyrich, just by using that
language.
And it's also going to driveyour focus up, also by using
affirmations.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
And, if I may add on
that, what I like to do is, you
know, I'm going to have thosedisempowering thoughts.
We're all human, Like we have, and we can go through the
numbers 2.4 million, you know, bytes per second that go through
this whole thing that we can'tprocess at all.
And so it's to give myselfgrace and realize the big thing
(25:11):
is having the awareness thatthose that negative language is
either going on in your head orout your mouth.
And when you have thatawareness then you can stop and
be like we call it bop, breatheopen, pause, hop and bop.
(25:35):
So you breathe open, pause andyou're like, ooh, that wasn't so
nice.
Let me rechange instead of oh myGod, like I keep saying all
these negative things and theykeep coming out my mouth and
then you beat yourself up andyou just you, what we call
toilet flush.
So so it's having thatawareness too, it's the
affirmations and realizing yeah, sometimes we're going to.
You know, disempowering thingsare going to either come up in
(25:56):
our mind or out our mouth, andthat's when we can pause, stop,
be like okay, that came out.
Let me rechange that.
You have the ability of choiceso you can choose to change that
thought into a more empoweringthought and language coming out
of your mouth.
Love all of that.
Both you can choose to changethat thought into a more
empowering thought and languagecoming out of your mouth Love
all of that, both of you guys.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
So I want to just add
onto that, if I may.
Sure, so when, before you do theball, as soon as you realize it
, just go put a smile on yourface and celebrate just for a
second, because it starts tocreate a new neural pathway and
(26:36):
or strengthen them and you'llcatch it faster the next time.
Because your brain is sayingbecause once you start
celebrating and you smile, yourbrain automatically releases all
the good hormones and yourbrain is looking for it again,
and your body is as well in thefuture.
So when you do it, you willautomatically start and you have
to do it and train yourself, condition yourself to do this.
But the more you do it, themore your brain will remember
(26:59):
faster and will go oh hold on, Ineed to do this exercise that
Robert and Kathy were justtalking about and then, once
that's done, celebrate again, smile, pat yourself on the back,
shake your ass it's calledattitude Do whatever you need to
do, but literally change thatphysiology.
Here we go back to one of thetriads, right, but you change
(27:20):
your physiology in your brain.
When you create a significantemotional event, it literally
changes your brain patterns andcreates new neural pathways and
again and or strengthens them asyou start doing the process
more and more.
So just keep that in mind whenyou're doing this.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
Yeah, you celebrate,
celebrate the awareness and the
corrective action you're taking.
Absolutely Correct that.
And it's not the actual eventyou're celebrating.
But hey, oh, wait a minute, Ijust said that, correct it.
And then you had the awarenessand celebrate both of those
awareness and the correction.
Speaker 3 (27:52):
And you include all
three the focus, the language
and the physiology to your point, mike, you're now like really
embedding it into your neuralpathway, because you're hitting
all the dynamics of your bodythat just hit it home even
harder, absolutely.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
Absolutely,
absolutely, and it's a great way
to reinforce anything like that.
You know those thoughts youcatch yourself with physiology
and changing it, any of thosethings.
The more you do that, the moreit conditions it into your body.
So, with that said, we got acouple of minutes left.
Do you guys want to talk alittle bit more about physiology
(28:30):
or focus?
Speaker 3 (28:32):
Actually, I would
love to give one takeaway for
people to do Absolutely, becausethat's more important to me
than them.
So, for me, I feel like thebiggest gift you can give
yourself is to take a piece ofpaper and find at least 10
things I would say minimum.
So that way it gives you avariety to choose from of things
(28:54):
that fill your tank, and itcould be language things,
affirmations, it could bephysiology things doing
something physically dancing,rebounding, whatever Focus
things, whether you're readingscripture or music or
self-development books.
So the only criteria is it'ssomething that you can do
(29:17):
yourself and not rely onsomebody else to be a part of.
So, for me, what fills my tankis listen to scripture, it's
music, it's dancing, it'sworking out.
These are all things that I cando on my own that doesn't
require my amazing husband to beinvolved in that.
(29:38):
Fill my tank.
That's awesome.
So make a list of those andwhen you start to notice like,
wonder why I'm not feeling sogreat, oh, is my tank full?
No, okay, let me go to my listand see what it is.
Or the biggest part is make ita ritual.
Right, just make it a ritual todo things to fill your tank
(30:00):
every day, which?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
is what I do, I love
it and I'm going to add to that,
if I can.
The more you find things tofill your tank and you review
them, you do these things.
It makes you more grateful.
Your energy level grateful, your focus, all those things.
(30:23):
It changes the game.
You can't be upset, you can'tbe stressed out, you can't be
pissed off if you're gratefultruly.
Speaker 3 (30:28):
That's actually one
of my things, if I may share.
Share that fills my tank is todo gratitude.
So, uh, before I go to bed atnight because I know my
unconscious mind is going tofocus on whatever I'm thinking
about before I go to bed.
So after I do my affirmationsand things like that I just
start listing everything I'mgrateful for.
In some days it's I woke uptoday, I'm breathing Awesome,
(30:53):
great, you know.
And then there's some days thatI'm like, oh my God, thank you
for my ears that I get to hearthe birds chirp in my eyes, to
see the birds, like some daysare greater than others and some
days it's just the basics.
However, I always finish myevening with things I'm grateful
for.
However, I always finish myevening with things I'm grateful
for.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Yeah, that's
fantastic that's great.
And here's the thing that is youwoke up on the right side of
the dirt, like you said.
You know you got to brush yourteeth because you have some.
You know there's so manyeverybody's like I didn't buy a
car today.
There's so many little things'slike I didn't buy a car today,
(31:31):
or you know something like that.
There's so many little thingsto be grateful for all day long.
And when you focus on those,we're back to focus physiology,
all the stuff that you know youguys have brought up.
Man, it changes the game allday long.
If you're focused on thenegative, yeah, you're going to
be drained, just like you guyssaid.
But if you focus on just thelittle things and laugh about it
(31:53):
you know I brushed my teethtoday.
You know the goofier you are itchanges.
It changes everything as well.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
And to circle back
around on physiology piece of it
, like when I'm out and about, like my goal is to impact others
, to just bring a smile on theirface or whatever, so I can tell
from their physiology what kindof day they're having.
I'll be like you know, how areyou doing today?
Oh well, and they're like sohow are you?
And I'm like I'm doing great.
(32:24):
I woke up today, it's a greatday, and so it kind of is a
semi-pattern interrupt for themto be like oh okay.
So sometimes I'll see in theirphysiology a slight change, and
so that's kind of my goal.
Speaker 2 (32:38):
Yeah, I love that.
That's fantastic Because you doyou just see it like that.
I mean, if you're payingattention, and guess what?
Here's the cool thing aboutthat is how many other people's
lives got changed that daybecause their mood got changed
because of what you did.
It's a ripple effect you createand it's fantastic.
(32:58):
I love that.
You said that Life's too shortnot to be happy.
Be kind, be grateful, be happy, amen.
I love it, absolutely love it.
So, with that said, we're wayover, which is okay.
We own the place.
So if you guys can give methree tips to get veterans and
their families further, faster,we could have already talked
about it.
Something new, whatever,whatever comes up.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
I think the first one
for me is having the awareness
of the language.
Like, just take 24 hours 48, ifyou can do it and just track
the language that's going on inyour head, what you're thinking
and what you're saying, so youcan.
The only thing you can makechanges is what you're aware of.
So that would be one way tostart.
Speaker 4 (33:41):
Yeah, another way is
to work on your physiology, work
on your state, look where'syour energy level.
Check in on that.
If you're energy poor, okay, what can I do to change that?
Don't ask the question why, what can I do to change it?
(34:01):
Because your subconscious mindcan't answer why.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
Yeah, you'll go on
forever.
You're right, absolutely.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
That's an open-ended
question, for sure, sorry.
And the third thing is justwhen in doubt, hoponopono prayer
is amazing to do for yourselfand for others.
And quit laughing.
I'm not talking to you anymore.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
So just when in doubt
, hop it out.
There you go Absolutely outthere you go, absolutely love it
.
I absolutely love it.
Um so, with that said, how dopeople reach you?
Speaker 3 (34:38):
they can reach us at

(35:05):
we look forward to hearing frompeople we have.
