The problem is we get so focused and hung up on not being where we want to be that we forget that the now is exactly where we are supposed to be.”
For most of the summer, we lived at our beach house in the Cape and I expected that returning to New Hampshire would be hard. What I didn't expect was this whole host of other feelings and thoughts that have come up since I got home.
So, in this episode of Your Time Is Now!, I want to talk about these feelings and emotions that have quite literally kept me awake. Because our minds can play crazy tricks on us, and if we aren't careful, we can easily let our ego take over.
