E29: Struggling with Friendships? This Is How I Navigate Shifts And Challenges (And Find Gratitude in The Hard Times)

“You are not alone. Friendships will come and go. Life is constantly changing. Some you won’t feel very affected by and some… you will grieve. People will come into your life for a reason. Some will be lifelong friends, some may stay for 10 years, 3 years, or 2 months. But they are always here to serve a certain purpose in our lives.”

There are many emotions and questions that come along with shifts in friendships. A lot of times people, especially women, feel they are alone in this or they feel they've done something wrong or that something is wrong with them.

But that’s not true! I see you. I hear you. I feel you. I've been there. This is a normal part of life. And, as hard as it was back then when I was in the midst of it all, I have recently had so much gratitude for these challenges I faced. I know that my past struggles and challenges, especially with friends, can actually help others work through their own challenges and struggles.

So, in this episode of  Your Time Is Now! I am sharing some of the things that have happened to me in the past in my friendships and what I learned from them so that you know you are not alone and that you can better navigate these situations.
