(00:24):
You have infinite power.
Welcome to this episode ofyour ultimate life.
This is going to be a fun episode.
Now, we finished the three,9:52 and 9:54, and they were about
9:50.
And they were about themessage, the method and mastery,
(00:44):
and that is of the process tocreate the life you love.
Now I'm nearly at a thousandepisodes talking about your ultimate
life.
And I say yours because theonly reason I'm doing this is to
help you create the life youadore, you deserve, you are entitled
to.
(01:05):
And because that's my passion,I've been driven to that by my own
life and experience.
I'll bet there's something youfeel driven to do.
And I don't mean, you know, you're in danger of a.
You know, some imminent mortaldanger or something like that.
I'll bet you something.
I'll bet you there's somethingthat's laying on your heart.
(01:27):
Sometimes people say, God, putit on my heart.
Well, our Father in heaven, our Creator, however you want to
view that does inspire us,does put things on our heart, does
give us thoughts and feelings.
And my experience has beenthat life's better when I pay attention.
I certainly had a habit of notpaying attention for a lot of years.
(01:51):
I had a lot of years where Isometimes paid attention and sometimes
didn't.
The more I paid attention, thehappier I was.
Now it's not hard for me tounderstand why, if the Creator wants
us to be happy, then theinspirations, the guidance, the intuition
(02:11):
will be in the direction ofcreating that happiness, that success.
I think the struggle for mecame when life went through all kinds
of ditches and canals andmarshes and bogs and struggles and
pain and illness andbankruptcies and stupid decisions
and stuff.
(02:32):
And somehow I had the idea two things.
One, if I was any good, Godwould protect me from my own stupidity
or.
And he would protect me fromthe stupidity or evil designs or
cruelty or unkindness ofsomebody else.
I had those kind of thoughts.
And so when things happened,it wasn't fair.
(02:53):
It wasn't right.
And that's not true.
Because what I've also learnedis that the playbook for life isn't
like I thought it was.
I used to think it was, well,a few hard things, but, you know,
gonna be pretty much going, okay, if I'm A good boy kind of thought,
that's nonsense.
Life's designed to be hard, hard and lots of struggles.
And I know you have them.
(03:14):
You have struggles.
You've had a history of somekind of problem.
Every single person I talk to,when we get to talking a little bit
longer than 5 or 10 or 15minutes, it becomes really clear
that they have gone throughthe battlefields, they've gone about
with something.
Finances, parenting, roughupbringing, illness, somebody died,
(03:35):
you know, all that kind of stuff.
You've had that you righthere, right now.
And you know that.
You know, I've had people sayto me, well, I haven't really had
a hard life.
I had good parents and stuff.
And then when we get totalking, they say, but, you know,
I'm still stuck around.
And then they have a storyabout friends, grades, school, other
things that happened.
(03:56):
Maybe some of it's haphazard circumstance.
And by that, I mean the stuffthat goes on around us, like right
this minute in this worldhere, we have some wars going on.
We have wars going on inUkraine, and that is front and center
for us.
Because my wife, her dad wasborn in Odessa, and Bondarenko is
(04:17):
a Ukrainian name, so sheidentifies very strongly.
Her dad came over as a refugeeafter World War II, and her mother
was born in Poland and cameover one generation earlier.
So we identify with Poland andthe Ukrainian area really strongly.
So when the war started, thatwas a big deal for us, and we paid
a lot of attention.
Now, for those people thatthat happened to, they didn't ask
(04:39):
for a war.
They didn't say, russia, willyou come and invade us?
We need some misery.
That kind of stuff happens in Israel.
There's another war going on,and there's people on all sides of
that claiming cruelty and so forth.
But the truth is, nobody asksto be kidnapped.
Nobody asks to be tortured, hurt, bombed, attacked, stolen from
(05:02):
title theft, house robbed, carrobbed, beat up, get sick.
Nobody asks for that.
And it happens to all of us.
Sometimes it seems like lifeis a lot more of it than others,
right?
But it happens.
So the question is, how doesthat line up with ultimate life?
How does that line How?
How is that fair?
How is that okay?
(05:23):
And the answer is, life wasdesigned to be hard.
So we would be able to see.
We would be able to see whatwe do with those circumstances.
We came from a divine place.
We're trying to learn tobecome like our heavenly parents.
You know, we were sent downhere with a mission and purpose and
(05:44):
gifts and talents andintuition and inspiration and agency.
The right to choose.
And when we make stupidchoices, consequences come.
When we make good choices, consequences come.
Good consequences, moredifficult consequences.
Often when you or I go throughsomething hard and we come out on
(06:07):
the other side, we get through it.
We tough it out, we learn somethings, we keep our chin up, we,
you know, create someresilience, and we get through it.
You know as well as I do,people tell those stories.
You know, I learned.
And they talk just like that.
I learned that, you know, thistoo shall pass.
I learned there's always dawnafter the dark.
And, you know, it turned outto be one of the best things that
(06:28):
could have happened to me.
At the time, I thought it was horrible.
The bankruptcy or the betrayalor the divorce or whatever it is,
I thought it was horrible.
But, you know, now that I lookback, how many times have you said
that or have you heard peoplesay it?
All right, so that is the planof our lives.
And we, you, me, all of us,we're set out on that plan to do
(06:49):
the best we can and to createas much good as we can do.
Now, I've done a bunch ofother episodes about adding good
to the world and so forth, andI want to encourage you to do that.
And when I just.
The 3, 50, 52 and 54.
9:52, whatever.
9:59, 52 and 9:54, they wereepisodes about my message and my
(07:10):
desire to help you with yourmessage, my methods and my desire
to help you with your methodsand the mast that I have and the
desire to help you withmastering yourself and your own mission
and message.
That's all I do as a coach.
My 300 million is to help that.
So in that context, today iscalled what an Adventure.
(07:32):
Why would I name it what an Adventure?
Well, I'll tell you.
The election just happened inthe United States here a couple of
months ago.
And for some, it was asurprising outcome.
For others, it went as expected.
Presidents in the U.S.
now I'm in Canada, and they doit kind of here with the Canadian
prime Minister also.
(07:52):
And maybe they do it in othercountries, too.
100 days sort of marks a, youknow, hallmark 100 days.
What did you do in the firsthundred days?
Look what we got done in ahundred days.
So I created the adventure of100 days.
The adventure of 100 days.
Now what is my adventure?
Well, in the Hobbit, you know,Gandalf went and got Bilbo, and they
(08:13):
went on an unexpected journey, you know, through all that craziness
and all of the things thathappened there.
That was an unexpected journey.
And a lot of things happened.
They came back wiser and fullof stories and all kinds of stuff.
So I expect that on my adventures.
Now, I'll tell you what myquest is.
I have a quest.
(08:34):
I have one year from October14th, so my first quarter is nearly
over one year to reach 300million people.
That means through podcasts, through LA Talk Radio, through being
on other people's shows, through coaching, through speaking
at events.
And I speak at a lot of them.
I'm going somewhere in a weekand a half, and then I'm going two
(08:54):
weeks after that.
I'm going to speak at another event.
So that happens a lot.
I get asked to speak, and I dothat on purpose.
Why?
Because I'm trying to reach300 million people.
Part of my 300 million is your audience.
Not because they need to hearmy message, but your audience needs
to hear you, which is why inevery episode, I invite you to get
ahold of me to see if you wantto be a guest.
(09:16):
Do you have a story?
Do you have a message?
Have you been through one ofthose hardships and trials that has
taught you something?
So you're like, you know, Ican really help if you are and you
want to, let's talk.
We'll see if it's a fit.
It's all about ultimate life, resilience, growth, possibility,
creation, and all the rest.
All right, so my adventure of100 days started January 7, which
(09:39):
was a few days ago.
As I record this, and I'mrecording this in January, you're
not going to see it until March.
So by the time this gets toyou, it'll be five months already.
But I'll give you the dates.
I'm going to run threechapters of the Adventure of 100
Days.
And the first chapter runsfrom January 7 to April 16.
Chapter two runs from April 16to July 26.
(10:04):
And chapter three runs fromJuly 26 to November 5.
Now, I recognize November 5 isa little past my end of year of October
14, but I don't care.
We'll just call it good.
So I've got three chapters ofthis adventure, and here's what I'm
gonna do.
I'm gonna have as much fun asI can, and I invite you to come with
(10:24):
me.
I'm going to write another book.
That book is calledMasterpiece, and it's about how to
intentionally create amasterpiece out of your own life.
You know, we know aboutmasterpieces, Michelangelo and da
Vinci and, you know, Donatelloand all kinds of other medieval artists,
(10:45):
painters and so forth.
And craftsmen and artiststoday create masterpieces, right?
They do so on purpose.
They don't say, I'm going tocreate my life's masterpiece, but
they intend and they go out tocreate something as good as they
can possibly do it.
(11:06):
You know the story aboutMichelangelo staring at the marble,
right when he was gettingready to carve the David.
And he stood there, or satthere for weeks, I guess, and just
looking at the marble all dayand somebody said, aren't you supposed
to be working?
And he said, I am.
He said, I finally getsomething like this.
I'm paraphrasing it, but I getwhere I can see the statue and then
(11:27):
I remove all the marble thatdoesn't need to be there.
So your and my life is partlyabout skill development, partly about
removing the stuff thatdoesn't need to be there.
And heaven knows we've all gotplenty of that.
Habits, actions, thoughts, behaviors, false beliefs, limiting
(11:47):
things that don't need to be there.
Grudges we might be carrying, self loathing.
If we're angry at ourselvesfor something, or shameful.
We have all kinds of stuff tolose, like the excess marble.
We have all kinds of habitsand skills and practices to develop
if we're going to have a masterpiece.
There's no question about that.
(12:09):
Now, that is not to say yourun around and think that you're
not okay, you're perfect whereyou are right now.
But I don't know very manypeople that want to exactly stay
right where they are right nowwith nothing different.
You might, and that's fabulous.
And if you're in thatposition, then what we owe is as
(12:34):
much service as we can give,as much love as we can bestow, as
much help.
And we all yearn to do that anyway.
We're built physically andspiritually to love and to serve
each other.
You know that.
I know that.
We feel it.
We feel so good when we'readding good to the world.
You know the little phrase I use?
So my three chapters ofadventure of 100 days.
(12:54):
Here's what we're going to do.
We're going to make it fun.
I'm going to report every dayor every other day about what I did
that day to reach 300 million.
I'm going to invite you everyday to come along.
Here's how you can help if youwant to.
And I'll tell you, well, here's how you can help.
And then I'll tell you why youmight want to help.
(13:15):
How you can help is to share.
So if you share this podcast,if you need.
If you know someone that needsto be loved, that needs to be lifted
up, that needs to be told howgreat they are, share the podcast.
Because you are great.
They are great.
You will be a great friend bysharing them encouragement and love
(13:36):
of your own.
And if you feel moved, sharethe message, share the podcast.
You'll help me, you'll helpthem, and you'll help yourself.
When we lift and bless others,we're lifting and blessing ourselves.
I have a friend who said I'mselfish and he starts talks that
way when he speaks at seminars.
(13:56):
I'm totally selfish becauseeven when I do something for somebody
else, it's for me because Ifeel good.
That's true.
And we can't get away fromthat, nor should we try.
We are built to do that evenwhen we make great sacrifices.
Like right now in California,we've just had these terrible wildfires.
(14:18):
They're not even out yet.
There are people that arestaying up with no or very little
sleep day after day.
Firefighters, medical people, first responders, people moving supplies
and clothes and food,providing shelter.
And you know what?
Not only are they serving, there becomes more of them.
(14:42):
You and I, our souls grow whenwe serve.
Taking the opportunity to loveand serve is what we're built to
do and when we're happiest.
I've noticed in my life whenI'm all about me, what I want, my
stuff, my money, my coolness, that's when I'm most miserable.
When I get outside that boxand I say I'm going to love and create
(15:05):
things and serve for others, Ifeel better, I'm more excited, I'm
alive.
I feel like my breath islighter, my breast is lighter, my
head is lighter, my heart ison fire.
So you and I, we can changethe world.
My adventure of 100 days, thisfirst one, is I have a goal.
(15:27):
I'm going to reach 40 of them,40 of my 300 million in this first
set, this first adventure, first chapter, and then in the second
chapter, I'm going to reach 80.
And then in the third chapter,it's going to be 180.
My expectation is that thecurve gets a little exponential and
40 plus 80 is 120 plus 180 is 300.
(15:50):
So those are my goals and I'masking for your help.
And you might say, why would Ihelp you?
Well, let me tell you what I'mdoing and then you can see if it
resonates.
I am out to tell each personwith certainty and confidence and
love how great they are nomatter where they've been and what's
(16:12):
come before, no matter howmany people have told you otherwise.
You're a divine being.
You're beautiful, you'recapable, and I love you even if nobody
else does.
That's part of the message.
More than just being loved, you know, you need to know you.
You're worthy, you're capable,you're a divine being.
(16:32):
You have infinite creative possibility.
You own your life, and you're sovereign.
The problem comes that mostpeople won't take that sovereign
control over their lives, sothey let other people.
If we don't control our lives, guess what?
People will rush in to do that.
So how.
I need your help.
Share the podcast.
(16:54):
Come and be a guest.
Send other people that youthink have a story, have a mission,
have a message.
Other authors, consultants, coaches, visionaries, or just regular
people.
I had a guest not too longago, and he was a business owner
in his town.
But you know what he was doing?
(17:15):
He was all about helping thehomeless in his area.
He wasn't trying to change the world.
He was making his neighborhoodand his little town better.
Well, that's a perfect candidate.
Stories of resilience, storiesof service, stories of growth.
You can help me by sharingthose, by recommending guests, by
(17:38):
coming, if you have a storyand a message yourself.
So the reason you would want to.
So that's what you can do.
The reason you would want to.
Well, who doesn't want tobless the world?
Because the more people youand I can reach, the more people
you and I can love, the morepeople you and I can make feel worthy
(17:59):
and worthwhile.
Aren't we doing good?
Doesn't that feel good?
How do you feel when someonesays, you are awesome?
That was beautiful.
Thank you.
Well, what if we do that more?
I'm telling you right now, you're awesome.
I don't even know you.
You're not here.
(18:20):
I might know you.
Many of you I might know, butI might not know you.
Someone may have shared thiswith you.
If you've never heard of me before.
I still love you.
I don't need to have met you.
People hate each other withoutintroduction all the time.
I can love you, and I do.
I believe in your divinity andyour capability.
Now you may say, well, Ihaven't done anything with it up
(18:41):
to now.
Okay, that may be true, andI'm not even going to argue with
you because I don't know.
What I do know is you canchange that right here, right now,
and make tomorrow or the nexthour even.
Be one where you even pivot alittle, you know?
When I changed, I went frombeing all the negative things that
I had been in my life.
(19:02):
I had a divine sort ofinvitation that was really noisy
and scary in 2007.
I couldn't change all at once.
Nobody can.
I made a commitment all at once.
I made a fist thumping, tablepounding commitment.
I was going to be differentand I set out to do it and made lots
of mistakes.
(19:22):
One of the things I love tosay is, those who dare greatly fail
greatly, so carry a bigblanket of forgiveness.
Now, this picture, this dude, his bronze dude, by me, this building
is in Australia, in Sydney somewhere.
And I've forgotten what it is,but it's an important civic building
and it was from, you know, 100years ago, more toward the founding
(19:46):
of the Australia.
And this particular person, they made a bronze bust or statue
of him because he dared greatly.
He was being honored.
He did some stuff.
You are that maybe they'llnever build a me or you a statue.
But you know what?
You're going to be a hero insomebody's heart.
(20:07):
Your kids, your friends, your spouses.
You're going to be that if youchoose to.
It doesn't mean we have todonate a billion dollars or build
a building or do anything else.
It means we have to becommitted to loving.
It means we have to becommitted to changing and doing what
we can do now.
(20:29):
If my circumstances like I'mbuilding a big company.
I'm building a big company totrain people, to help people write
books, to help people createtheir products, to help people with
their marketing, to reach theworld and make a difference.
But maybe what if I wasn'tdoing that?
I could love and serve in allkinds of ways.
(20:50):
I'm the organist in my church.
I help with the choir.
Last year I was volunteeringin the youth program.
I did that for a couple of years.
So there's all kinds of waysfor us to love and serve and all
of them don't have to get to abronze statue.
So my adventure of 100 days isabout declaring I'm going to reach
(21:12):
40 million people by guess what?
By April 16th.
That's what it is.
40 million by April 16th.
And I'm going to keep updating.
I'll give you these updatesevery day or every other day.
They'll be on my Facebook pageor on my Facebook profile, which
(21:34):
is Kellen Fluekegger, personalachievement Coach.
I have a book page, KellenFlueciger Books.
And I have a page aboutdepression called Tightrope of depression.
And that's because that wasthe biggest.
The problem that I had thatled to many difficulties, the mental
illness and struggle with thatfor decades.
And it trashed my life.
(21:55):
So I share there.
I share it on LinkedIn, Ishare it on YouTube.
Ultimate Life Formula.
Ultimate Life Formula.
Go there, subscribe.
That way you can help me reachmore people.
You can hit the YouTube algorithm.
Now.
Here's the thing.
This isn't just a plea foryour help.
This is an offer of help.
(22:17):
Because I'm going to dowhatever it takes to reach my 300
million people.
I'm going to keep at it andkeep at it and keep at it.
Because I have learned thatperseverance, staying with it, no
matter how deep the marsh orhow steep the climb, is the way to
(22:39):
get home.
To get all the way around thebases, to get to your goal, to get
over the goal line, howeveryou want to describe, takes perseverance.
Because remember this, lifewas built to be tough.
Sometimes I think too tough,sometimes it's hard.
But I'm going to do it anyway.
And I'm.
That's.
(22:59):
So that's my adventure now.
When the Hobbit guys went ontheir adventure, it was tough.
There were, you know, allkinds of things.
You know, the story.
All.
All the difficulties, and theyended up with the big dragon and,
you know, destroying the cityalmost and all of those things, that
was part of that adventure.
Holy cow.
(23:20):
But they made it.
And here's what I know about you.
You have the strength to make it.
You have the skill to make it.
What I also know is not alone.
They didn't go alone.
I'm not going alone.
You can't go alone.
When we go alone, we go.
We get stuck a thousand times.
(23:43):
You know, there's a saying.
If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.
I don't remember who saidthat, but I'm a together person.
Because even when you go fast, you stumble and you fall.
When you're alone, you getdiscouraged, you get discombobulated,
you get frustrated, thingspush back and it's like, oh, maybe
(24:04):
this is wrong.
Believe me, I've done that.
I can't tell you how many times.
And I've also talked to everysingle client I've ever had, has
said at one time or another, maybe this isn't for me.
Maybe I shouldn't do this.
Maybe I'm not cut out for that.
When somewhere deep in theirheart, 15 minutes ago, last week,
last month, last year, theyknew it was true.
(24:25):
Now, we might have to makedetours, and I'm going to share those
all with you.
So this is just not about the victories.
This is going to be about thedetours, the pitfalls, the times
I fall on my face, makemistakes and have to backtrack, do
a U turn.
If you're thinking about theAmazing Race, people, and there's
going to be peaks, there'sgoing to be valleys, there's going
(24:46):
to be landmarks, and I'm goingto have just as much fun as I possibly
can and I'm going to share itwith you.
So I'm having fun already withthis background of this bronze dude.
Now, I took that picture whenwe were in Australia in 2017, so
that's several years ago now.
And I've forgotten who thatwas eight years ago, and I don't
(25:07):
remember, but I do remember Itook it because it was some landmark
with somebody who did whatdared greatly.
Now, I'm committed to you.
I'm committed to 300 millionof you.
I'm committed to help youevery way I can.
I'm committed to lift you, lift you, to bless you, to encourage
you, to love you.
Everything that I'm able to do.
(25:28):
I don't have a magic wand, butI got a lot of tools, I got a lot
of experience, and so do you, quite frankly.
What I notice with most folksis they're scared.
They're scared to beembarrassed, they're scared to fail,
they're scared to putthemselves out there.
We don't.
I'm doing it.
I put myself out here.
40 million.
(25:49):
That's where I'm going betweennow and April 16th.
That's it.
I'm going to do that.
And you can hold me accountable.
I'm going to do everythingthat I can think of and I'm inviting
your help to help me think ofnew things.
What am I not thinking of?
What am I not doing?
To get the message of yourdivinity, your capability and your
possibility to you and do itin such a way that it just fills
(26:11):
up your heart with fire, thatit makes you believe and know that
you're destined for greatness.
You're destined for theultimate life purpose, prosperity
and joy.
Now, I talked a lot aboutmorning rituals or daily creation
processes, and I have, becausethat's the tool that I've learned
that I use every single daythat helps me create myself.
(26:32):
Why?
So that I can do the best jobin my quest.
Right now, if I'm in a.
If I'm on a quest and I don't.
You know, prepare myself every day.
If I don't take some suppliesand, you know, the regular things,
it's going to be a shortquest, right?
If I don't pay attention andget focused and listen for clues
(26:54):
and look for inspiration andguidance and trail signs and landmarks,
I'm going to get lost and I'mnot going to get it.
The same is true for you.
So I invite you to come with me.
Come with me and let's havesome fun.
Let's have the joy that'sgoing to happen as we succeed.
Now, last of all, I want to do this.
(27:17):
This isn't just about me.
And I hope you know that.
I'm hoping that my adventureof 100 days reaching 40 million people
by April 16 is something thatwill inspire you to figure out what
your quest is.
What is your adventure?
Join me.
You know what I'd love?
(27:37):
I'd love for you to write inthe comments or tell me and I'll
tell you how in a minute.
What's your adventure by April 16th?
Join me.
Let's get something done thatmatters to you, that creates purpose,
prosperity, cash and joy foryou by April 16th.
I'm available to help you ifyou want.
And you know what?
That becomes part of myadventure too.
(27:58):

Go there.
There's a contact form.
(28:41):
Reach out to me.
I take all of those really seriously.
I have a bunch of reallyexciting guests who've already taken
me up on these invitationscoming in the next weeks.
Well, all these last fewepisodes have been some too, but
I have a whole bunch lined up.
I'm going to do at least oneguest a week, and some weeks too.
Why am I doing them?
(29:02):
Because they're just like you.
They got stories ofresilience, of overcoming, of not
giving up, of being smackeddown and then standing up again of
saying, I'm down, but I'm notout, right?
You only die when you quit trying.
You only fail when you don'tstand up and go at it again.
And why would we do that?
(29:23):
You're a divine being.
You're built to win.
You're built to succeed.
So am I.
Let's win together.
So I invite you along for theride, for the rumble, for the joy,
for the fun.
Let's get to it and see howmuch we can change the world, even
a little.
Even if we made a tenth of apercent of difference with those
(29:46):
around us.
Do you know how fast that accumulates?
10 days is 1%.
100 days is 10%.
A thousand days, which is onlythree years, that's a 100% change.
It adds up so fast.
And you are up for the challenge.
(30:07):
You know how I know?
Because I know where you came from.
And every person I see and geta chance to look at in the eyes like
this, I see your divinity yourcapability, your possibility.
I say it again, I love you.
I trust you.
I believe in you.
I'm asking for your stories.
(30:28):
Share with me.
Share with those you can sharewith and bless that are around you.
Never quit.
Never give up.
Like when Winston ChurchillNever, never, never surrender.
Never surrender.
When we surrender, we're done.
It's over.
We quit.
I'm reminded of that scene, Ithink I mentioned it last episode
(30:49):
a couple episodes ago in theHobbit where they were in Helm's
Deep and the orcs had takenthe fortress all on the outside and
there was just those greatdoors from the inner sanctum and
they were banging on it with a ram.
And the king, Theoden, said, up.
We're done.
Fortress has fallen.
Aragorn said to him, your mendied protecting this thing.
(31:12):
We're not done yet.
And then they suggested.
He.
He suggested they ride out together.
And they did.
And then Gandalf came with theRohirrim over the hill and all was
well.
I.
Maybe you haven't seen it.
I don't know.
I've seen it a bunch of times.
The point is simply this.
It's never too late unless youlet it be too late.
(31:33):
It's never impossible unlessyou don't try.
It's never hopeless becauseyou are amazing.
Because you are powerful.
I am here to help you if youwant it.
I love you.
I support you.
And I know without anyquestion or hesitation that you can
(31:58):
create right here, right nowand live every day a life of purpose.
A life of prosperity.
Not just with cash, butprosperity across everything.
And a life of joy.
Me.
You know, I call that yourultimate life.
Never hold back and you'llnever ask why.

for massive growth is right infront of you.
