I'm stoked to have a guest, aspecial guest today, Stacy Hall.
Stacy, welcome to the show.

(00:45):
Oh, it's a joy to be here with you.
So we were chatting just aheadof time and you talked a lot about
frequencies and you know, vibrational things and energy and
other things that some peopleconsider woo woo.
But it's really the buildingblocks of life.
I'm going to start with aquestion that I love to ask to start
with and I don't want you tobe modest.

(01:08):
So if I ask you, tell me howStacy is adding good to the world.
Well, Stacy is doing her bestto live up to what she promised God.
You and I were talking before.
I had not a near deathexperience, but a true epiphany experience.
And I had been in bed for twoyears and three months with a debilitating

(01:29):
illness created by firstemotions, then the mental process
of breaking down the frequencyand then that led to the physical.
And in the situation that Iwas in, I begged God to help me heal
my heart, get past thoseemotions because I knew that would
then heal everything else.
And it did.
And so each and every day whatI'm doing is teaching people how

(01:53):
to raise their vibration, tostop dwelling on limiting beliefs,
either first to know that theyhave them rather than dwell on them,
just to raise up yourvibration as quickly as you possibly
can to get to the state ofenlightenment, which sounds a little
woo woo, but it's actually ascientific place and it in our universe,

(02:17):
it's got an actual energy andvibration to it and to know that
it exists, that we can livethere and when we do, things work
out and the physical bodyworks, the emotional body works,
the mental body works and wefeel satisfaction.
So I love that and I love thesingle mindedness.

(02:40):
She said, I'm working everyday to do that.
Talk a little bit about howyou ended up in a place you can share
to whatever level you want to.
How did you end up in a placethat where you had dwelled on, dwelt
on low frequencies, negativeemotion, negative thoughts and feelings
so much that it put you in asuch a critical physical Place for,

(03:01):
like you said, a couple of years.
Well, I'm gonna say that Ibought into other, other people's
stuff growing up.
Okay?
So I was, I have wonderfulparents, my father's past.
My mom and I have a greatrelationship now that they were not

(03:22):
the happiest, most positive people.
And so the people theysurrounded themselves were not the
happiest and the most positive.
They did their best, aseverybody does.
And because of that, I had abelief system that I didn't know
I was living inside of.
And that meant that I was at aparticular vibration.

(03:43):
And I'm sure.
Well, I'm going to say youraudience probably understands the
concept when I'm going to besharing this with other people.
Scientists have identifiedvibrational frequency of energy and
of thoughts.
And so I was at a particular vibration.
And because I was there, Ikept attracting the same kinds of

(04:03):
people.
So because that happened, Ikept feeling like this was the world.
There was no other world.
There was another world forother people who were happy, successful
doing whatever they were doing.
But this is what I got born into.
Does that make sense?
It does.
And what it sounds like, likeif I, if I walk into a room and I'm

(04:29):
negative or angry or hurt orI'm showing some negative thing that
that energy exudes off of meand it isn't going to attract the
happy people in the room, youknow, they're not attracted to that.
So what you're telling me isyou had a circumstance around you
where people lived in.
The idea is all I get.

(04:51):
Or this is, you know, I'mmaking up words.
You didn't say those.
No, no, no, you're right.
Some level of frequency whichis equated with an emotional state
of this is limiting.
This is it.
And so that's what it attracted.
Just like you would if youwalk in a room and you're really
happy, it attracts a differentgroup of people than if you walk
in a room and you're really grumpy.

(05:11):
So that's a really simple example.
And you, you lived in that andowned that.
And we do that because we'retaught practically from the cradle
that we're not good enough.
Grades and friends andcontests and sports and personal
problems and, you know, selfconsciousness and all the stuff.
And so you lived in thatuniverse for a long time.

(05:34):
That's what I heard.
That was my world.
And what scientists have cometo realize is, okay, the physical
body stays healthy when it isabove 68 MHz of energy overall.
But we, through thoughts, through food, through actions through
the energy we live in canlower that vibrational energy.

(05:59):
And that's what kept happeningto me day after day.
I was lowering it and loweringit and lowering it.
And when we get to about 52,54 MHz, that's when disease starts
happening.
Okay.
And all of this has beenscientifically proven, Johns Hopkins
University as a machine, as doother university hospitals have machines

(06:22):
to measure the vibrational frequency.
Now, I didn't know that when Igot ill.
I can tell you now, havingdone all the research.
Well, not all the research.
Doing a lot of research over20 years, I know that's what happened.
And if you were to ask me howdid I change, I'd be happy to share
that with you.

(06:42):
But that's important becauseI'm certain that most people go through
life like I did for a longtime and like you did, with the idea
that whatever's going on,that's my life, like I can't do a
lot about it.
And the crap that's around me,sometimes good, sometimes not, that
determines the quality andexperience that I have.

(07:05):
And so they're going to think, well, you know, if I got struggles,
it's somebody else's orsomething else's fault.
And so when you say I realizedthat I had something I could do about
that is sort of the genesis ofthis idea of change.
So please.
Okay, well.
And yes, it's sort of that.

(07:26):
That phrase of.
It's the hand I was dealt forthis life.
That's what people say, like, okay, because everywhere you look,
people are in the same boat, right?
Yes.
Right.
Except over there.
Over there, those people gotdealt better.
So that's where I was.

(07:47):
Got ill, was in bed 90% of thetime for two years, a little more.
And I can tell you that thisis what changed.
And is.
This is going to sound.
There's no other way todescribe it, but I know you understand.
And I'm sure your.
Your viewers, too, if they do or.
Don'T, it doesn't matter.
This is just your story, and I.

(08:08):
Love it and I want it.
I'm pretty sure peopleunderstand this.
Yeah.
So I used to stay away fromtelevision completely, except for
one hour a day for a show thatused to make me laugh because I had
heard that laughter is goodfor the soul.
Pick that up somewhere.
And right after that showended, what.

(08:30):
The news would come on.
And so usually I turn it offright away so I didn't see any negative
news one day I didn't getthere fast enough.
And the first story was aboutA murder.
It sent me over the edge.
I turned off to you.
But I was mad now.
I was mad because I was so illthat I couldn't walk my dogs with

(08:54):
my husband.
I wasn't well enough to cook meals.
He was.
My husband's basically takingcare of me for two years.
And I couldn't figure out whatI had done so badly in the world
that I would be.
And I saw.
God bless you.
I saw this as being punished.
I was being punished in someway, like, this is ridiculous.

(09:16):
And I just started yelling atGod like I believed in God.
I just didn't know how I hadgotten him mad.
And I said that that persongets to have good health.
Well enough to go kill other people.
But I'm sitting here afteronly trying to do my best, stuck

(09:39):
in bed.
What the heck?
You.
Well, you can only imagine Iwas cursing.
Yeah, sure.
And I was yelling because Ididn't care anymore.
And I basically just said, whydon't you just take me now?
What's the point of this lifefor me?
And all I can tell you is Isaid, go ahead.

(10:02):
I just said, wow, I can hear.
I can imagine.
Let's put it that way.
I can imagine the frustrationand, you know, screaming at God,
what's the matter with me?
What the heck?
Over.
Yeah, go ahead.
Fabulous.
I mean, you get to let peoplego out, murder, rape, do.
And what did I do that was so bad?

(10:25):
And in the middle of myscreaming, you know how you can just.
Right now there's ambientnoise around us.
You can hear like, fans andheaters and, you know, the refrigerator
outside noises.
All of a sudden, everythingwent quiet.
I'm like, did I just cut.

(10:46):
Because I was yelling loud.
I'm like, did I just break my eardrum?
So I started talking like, no,I can hear myself.
There's no sound.
And then all of a sudden, andI can just tell you it was an energy
that I could hear what theenergy was saying.
And it said, we hear you.

(11:08):
I'm like, okay, now I'm crazy.
Now I'm hearing voices.
Now this truly is.
And we might as well just lockme up.
When my.
My husband was at.
Out shopping, the dogs wereaway from me because I was yelling.
And like, when Bill comeshome, he's going to have to take
me to an institution, I guess.
And then the voice said, keep watching.

(11:30):
We're sending help.
And then all of a sudden, thesound just came back on.
Like, everything just startedup again.
Motors and everything.
Wow.
So you.
Everything disappeared for youexcept that energy, which Captured
all the senses of your bodyand said, we hear you, we're sending

(11:52):
help.
Keep watching, we're sending help.
That was it.
And then this peace came over me.
Three days later, somebodyinvited me to a class about how to
raise your vibration.
And that began opening andopening and opening and opening and
opening.

(12:13):
And since that time, I becamea certified aromatherapy therapy
coach.
Because plants, of course, when they're taken care of in the
proper way, have a high, high vibration.
I started learning aboutfrequency medicine.
I became a certified naturaltherapies coach, and then I became
a certified medical Qigonginstructor and also learned about

(12:37):
Reiki and healing touch andall sorts of things along the way.
And in the last year, therehave been breakthroughs in frequency.
Being tuned into little metalstickers that you can have access
to, that you can put onnutrition, you can put on what you're
drinking, you can put on your body.

(12:57):
This doesn't have the sticker.
It's actually metal tuned.
That raises the body'sfrequency, the brain and each of
the body's organs to theiroptimum frequency.
I have.
I'm 67.
I have more energy than I hadwhen I was in my 20s.
And my mood, everything works.

(13:21):
And now I'm able to help otherpeople understand how to raise their
frequency through theirthoughts, through their actions,
through what they put in theirbody, what they put on their body.
And I'm.
I'm so grateful I'm out of bed.
And I truly have more energythan most of the people I know who
are half my age.

(13:42):
So that's a wonderful story.
And it says a lot of things.
It says that the divine existsand it pays attention to us and is
willing to give us things thatwe need.
It also says that you had tochoose, keep watching.
And so you went to the classand not only.
I mean, all that learningdidn't happen to you.
You had to say, yes, I'm goingto go learn this.

(14:03):
I'm going to say, okay.
And sometimes people thinkwhen they want the divine or somebody
to intervene, they want it tocome with an easy button or in an
Amazon box on the front door.
Right?
And it doesn't happen that way.
There is a process of learningand growth that you went on the journey

(14:24):
for how many years?
Well, it's been 20 so far, andI'll keep on going.
And what changed within me?
I talked about energy, butwhat changed within me is as I started
to raise my frequency.
And I was happier.
As you said before, I startedreleasing people and I didn't have

(14:45):
to do anything really.
It was a little painful at thebeginning because they just didn't
want to be those negativepeople, didn't want to be around
me anymore.
They thought I was weird.
But in the gap, other peoplestarted coming in.
I started having conversationswith people on social media because
it felt good to me to be inthis positive place.

(15:06):
My world opened up and now Ijust don't have drama in my world.
I, I just, every day I'mbringing in more and more positive
people and I have the energy.
Every Monday I do a gatheringfor people who want to keep their
energy high, no charge.
And we do resources and tipsand little exercises to show folks

(15:31):
how they can also be shiftingout of their environment into a new
one and have new people come in.
I'm going to ask you.
Yeah, I'm going to ask youlater, toward the end, I want you
to be sure and tell peoplewhere to find all that and also other
stuff that I'll ask you.
So that's fabulous.
And something I take from thatis as you healed yourself or allowed

(15:59):
the divine help that came toheal you by choosing to do the work
or learn the things and switchwhat you were eating, wearing, being,
thinking, switch, all that toallow yourself to be in a higher
state.
Now you have this yearningwhich you're following to help other
people, to share it, to spreadit, to give, to lift.

(16:22):
Isn't it interesting that whenwe are blessed, we seem to be built
to have this natural yearningto love and bless others?
Yes.
Yeah, that's it.
I call it through alignment inmyself to enlightenment.

(16:44):
And you, and I talked to you.
My, my metaphor.
All it has been for years, forthese 20 years has been a lighthouse
because I'm aligned and mylight is going out to help other
people in the darkness find asafe way.
And this is, this is to mewhat blessing people is, is to be
a lighthouse in the dark.
And there's a lot of people inthe dark right now.

(17:06):
There is.
And the majority of peoplelive in sort of either self imposed
victim mindset or learnedhelplessness or some state of blaming
externalities instead oftaking any responsibility for taking
the actions that you took to,to begin healing processes and to,

(17:26):
to do the changes that we haveto do to allow those things to have
effect in our life.
I have a question for you.
You mentioned your husband, Bill.
Yes.
Are you still together?
Oh, yes.
How many years have you been together?
Well, we got, I'm telling youthis, we met and we're engaged three

(17:47):
weeks later, married fourmonths later.
And we've been married 32years, 32 and a half, actually, right
now.
So that is, in and of itself, that is a spectacular achievement
in this day and age whenrelationships are fragile and temporary.
So wild.
Congratulations for doing that.

(18:08):
What was Bill's thought aboutyou being ill?
Like, obviously your legwasn't broken.
There was no brokenness thatcould be assigned like that.
Like, he's a hero too, in mymind, to hear this story.
So I want you to tell me alittle of this from Bill's perspective.

(18:32):
What did he see?
And I realize you'reappropriating his thoughts about
it.
Yeah.
What did he see?
What did he feel like, how didhe experience both the illness, the
metamorphosis and this growth?
Well, I can.
First off, some people mightbe saying, well, wait a second, how
did you meet such a wonderfulhusband 32 years ago when you're

(18:54):
changed and start for 20 years?
And I'm going to say it was agift from God and that we would need
a three hour chat to explainhow all the synchronicities is like
God brought him into my lifeto help me through this process.
He is a gift to me and in manyways I'm a gift to him.
But it was how it all occurredthat was a miracle.

(19:16):
And he watched me be miserablefor all those extra years before
this epiphany occurred.
And he would tell me, he wouldsay to me, why are you hanging out
with these people?
Why are you giving more of yourself?
Because that was one of the.

(19:38):
A lot of people relate to this.
I saw potential in other people.
And instead of going intomyself to bring myself up to what
I wanted to be, I thought thatwe were supposed to be helping other
people.
Of course I was helping froman empty bucket.
But I would see what otherpeople weren't seeing about themselves

(19:59):
and try to help.
And of course they didn't wantthe help.
And so it was this constant, constant wanting to help, being in
resentment, wanting to help, being in resentment.
And then when this occurred,I'm not going to tell you that Bill
was always wanting to stay inthe marriage because it was difficult

(20:23):
for him to.
I can only imagine, and Iwould not be surprised that there
was all kinds of struggleassociated with that, because there
would be.
I mean, but he saw you were inthis mode of helping others and then
resenting because they don't change.
And you were serving, as yousaid, from an empty, empty cup or
an empty bucket.

(20:44):
And that would be additionally draining.
So you're not full to start with.
You serve More.
And it becomes more and more empty.
And then the resentment comes.
And that cycle is, noquestion, would make you sick.
And it also made him whateverit made him, but it created some
struggle.
So keep going very much.
And I'm just going to say thathe's a very strong person within

(21:06):
himself, always has been.
And when he made a commitmentto the marriage, it was a true commitment.
That said, it wasn't alwayseasy and I did have to at least treat
him, not dump on him.
So at the beginning, he didn'tknow whether to trust it or not.

(21:31):
Some things in order to be.
Well, you heard of all my certifications.
They cost money to do them, and I wasn't bringing money in.
He was so huge gift.
That was my commitment that ifwe together agreed that I would spend
the money that I would pulleverything I could out of it.

(21:54):
And that's what I've done.
I've kept my word to him.
Things have improved.
Our marriage has beenwonderful for a very long time.
I learned techniques for beingable to express myself, and now I'm
not in that cycle anymore, soit doesn't even come up.
We laugh a lot more.

(22:15):
He's now going through some ofhis own as he's getting older.
Not horrendous physicalthings, but some chronic issues.
And many of the solutions Ifound I'm able to help him with now.
So, you know, we went throughthe cycles, but always at the core,

(22:36):
we remember what's mostimportant in the world to us.
And if it feels ever like weare coming from opposite directions,
then we stop and we go, okay, let's come back to the center.
And then work our way back outthis way.
And I'm very grateful and I amblessed, and I know that we are soulmates.

(22:57):
So there's a lot of reallyimportant things there that I just
want to repeat or pick apart a little.
It was a divine blessing tostart with.
That resonates strongly withme because those that know my own
story know that the woman thatI married to was also prod in a divine
fashion.
It's an incredible story, butnot for this episode.

(23:19):
But anyway, so that resonateswith me strongly as well as the struggles
that, you know, that he wouldhave gone through, especially when
it involves money, spending abunch of money, all this other stuff
has happened.
How do I know any of this isgoing to do any good?
And yet clinging to theoriginal commitment that you made
to each other to be together, and that, again, is not only noteworthy,

(23:44):
but heroic in my mind, becausehaving a Commitment that you both
agree to take precedence overother things is really powerful.
And then your ability now tonot only create money, now that you
have these things that youhave healed in yourself and you can
help others with, but also tohelp him with is just a testament

(24:06):
to longevity.
When people normally, thesedays, the standard is give up in
five minutes if it's harderthan anything.
Yeah, five minutes ago, I'mdone with this.
And so I honor that completely.
That's a fabulous story.
I want to move now.
Or do you have more to tell meabout anything more about Bill, or

(24:27):
is that.
Well, he's a great man, I willsay that.
And he really is.
He's long, long enduring it.
He.
I will say that he was in itfor the long run.
I was in it for the long run.
And there were times.
Maybe the smartest thing tosay here is there were times when

(24:49):
neither one of us could affordto leave.
And I used to think, I thinkthat's God's way of making sure we
don't give up on each other.
Because if we had both hadplenty of money to have our own homes
and all of, who knows whatwould have happened?
But we were in a situationwhere it was important that we learned
how to live with each otherinside the confines of what we could
afford.

(25:11):
And so that led to ways of usappreciating and respecting each
other in addition to loving.
I love that.
I love that.
And that's true.
We have no idea what thedivine's playbook is.
And a lot of that we learnafter the fact, a year, 2 or 10 or
20 or 50.
So fabulous.
I want to talk about the workthat you do now, now with people.

(25:33):
So now that you went on thehealing journey, you were blessed
with a divine partner whostuck by you through thick and thin.
And you've described a littleof that.
And people can make upwhatever they want about the details,
and they will, and that's fine.
So now you're on the otherside of that, creating things.
Tell me about the work you dowith people.
I asked you to start with howyou add good to the world, and you

(25:54):
said a little bit of adescription, but let's dive in more.
Like, tell me how you helppeople who are stuck in low frequency,
who, through repetition ofnegative thoughts, feelings, beliefs,
circumstances, the whole mess, end up believing, this is all I get,
I suck, I'm stuck.
All of the words that we knowin the personal development world,

(26:14):
how do you.
How do you help somebody thatcomes and says, I've had enough I
need some help.
Okay, well, first off, I lovethat you said they come and ask because
somebody has to be willing.
That's what I learned.
I no longer go help peoplejust because I can see.
I think it's like a hairstylist who can, you know, walk,
go just wherever they go, theycan look at somebody's hair and know

(26:37):
whether it's good or not good.
Right.
But they keep their mouth shut.
Well, now I keep my mouth shut.
So that's number one inregards to whether I think somebody's
saying something that couldhelp unless they tell me they want
support it.
I.
For many, many years, I havebeen considered a sales success strategist.
So I work with now everybody.

(27:00):
For many, many years, my focushas been on people who are either
sales professionals orentrepreneurs who are not making
sales despite hard work, doingeverything they can.
And what I've helped themunderstand is that if they're coming
at it, if they're in avibration of shame from the past

(27:25):
or fear or concern or whateverlimiting belief could be, then they're
not going to make sales.
So they have to be inalignment with their core values.
They have to be in alignmentwith what they're selling, and that
has to be in alignment withtheir values.
They have to be in alignmentwith the audience they know they
can serve.
And they have to communicatein a way that helps that audience

(27:48):
know that they care.
So I've been doing that formany years.
It's what most of my books are about.
But I'm in doing that, I nowhave been expanding to help any.
You know, they say youraudience isn't anyone and everyone.
Well, that's true, except myaudience are people who were in the

(28:12):
place or are in the place thatI used to be, that everywhere they
look, it's not what they want.
And there is a very easy way.
Very easy.
It's ridiculously easy the waythe universe has been set up.
And you know this, that onceyou're willing to see a different

(28:35):
perspective and trust in thatperspective, you can raise yourself
up.
And it's as easy as getting ona plane and going from San Diego
to New York or vice versa orany place you want to go.
If you want to get out of thevibrational energy you're in, you
can.

(28:56):
I call it flying on the freak, meaning flying on the frequency.
And I did not invent this, andit's not coming out of my crazy head.
Einstein, this was this true research.
He wrote, if you want what youwant, then you have to be at the

(29:19):
Vibrational frequency, whereit's at.
And he said, it can be noother way.
This is not a philosophy.
It's the way the universe wasset up.
And that's the true law ofattraction is frequency.
It's the law of frequency, notthe law of attraction.
And it's as real as the law of gravity.
And I just think that is themost amazing thing in the world.

(29:41):
And I just want people to know this.
So let me.
I'm going to go back to thesales part first, because one of
the things that most peopleobject to about healers, coaches,
all that stuff is they think, and maybe it's their experience that
all this healing stuff is inthe woo woo space.

(30:04):
And it doesn't really deal inreality, but meaning real, tangible
bank account dollars in thepocket results.
But you told me, and I agreewith you and I understand it, that
your work was with salespeoplewho weren't meeting sales targets,
which is about as hardcorecash in the bank real results as

(30:24):
it gets.
And you said the solution wasyou're either coming out of fear
or negativity.
You don't believe in the product.
So there's a mismatch.
And people can feel that oryou're showing up needy, I need this
cl.
I need this client.
And that energy is creepy.
I had a mentor once thatcoined the phrase needy is creepy.

(30:45):
And I don't think he inventedthat, but it's, you know.
And so what you are helpingthem do is to understand their own
values.
Whether or not they wereliving their own values, whether
or not they were selling orhocking things that they were behind
that they believed in, whetheror not they understood their audience
and could connect with theirneeds, whether or not they believed

(31:06):
that the product or serviceactually filled needs that people
had, all of which carries truth.
It's on the frequency ofauthenticity and truth.
And you were helping themrealize, look, if you want cash in
the bank, you got to getthrough a through line of truth from
who you're being to whothey're being, with what you're selling
in the middle, that it meetssome real need.

(31:28):
And that is what you said, andI agree with it.
And I want people tounderstand that there's this hardcore
connection between who you'rebeing, this frequency stuff and the
cash in your bank account.
Did I say that right?
Oh, beautifully, fantastically.
And what I'm going to say, my,my fifth book, my latest book is

(31:50):
selling from your comfort zone.
And most people think because, well, there's a lot of myths that
I break Open in that book oneis that the comfort zone is our lazy
place.
It is not.
Where we feel comfortable iswhere we know what we stand on and
what we stand for.
And I'm bringing it back tothe lighthouse again.

(32:11):
Alignment.
What do I stand on is my values.
What do I stand for is what Iwant to create in the world.
When I know that I have power,my light is shining.
How could that be a lazy placeat all?
No, it's not.
I love it.
Yeah.
So now you said you'veexpanded beyond just the sales piece

(32:33):
and the huge changes.
Before, you were trying tohelp anybody that you saw was in
need.
And now you're saying you haveto want this.
And given what you wentthrough to change your state when
you had that divineintervention, you had to go do a
bunch of work, and thatincluded negotiating with your partner,

(32:53):
spending a bunch of cash, taking risk, and doing all the things
that were required.
Crawling over broken glass, doing the work to change your vibration.
You went and did that work.
You're telling people, look,if you want to change some circumstance
in your life, you gotta.
It's in quotes, but you gottacrawl over the broken glass required

(33:14):
to change your frequency.
And it isn't.
I'm actually gonna say, that'sthe beauty.
I did do all of that.
Now with this breakthrough inscience and frequency, people don't
have to crawl over the brokenglass anymore.
Good.
Tell me more about that then.
Good.
Okay.
Well, that's the beauty.
Just, we don't need to go for certifications.

(33:34):
We don't need to do 20 yearsof what I did because there's been
these breakthroughs.
This is a tuning fork.
We didn't have an agreementthat I could talk to you about products
you're asking, so I'm going togo ahead.
I'm going to ask you anyway.
What do you do and how dopeople find you?

(33:55):
And so tell me all about your products.
That's fine.
Okay, so this is a tuning fork.
Why?
Because it's got tuned into itthe 11 harmonic frequencies of our
brain and each of our body's organs.
And again, you can look up.
Anybody can go to TanioTechnology and they can look up.

(34:17):
What are those frequencies?
It's been measured.
We.
We know the measured.
This is my mushroom cupbecause I also take frequency tuned
nootropics, mushrooms.
It.
Everything has frequency to it.
Some is it low, some of it high.
It's time for us to becomemore committed to doing the things

(34:42):
that keep our energy high.
So if my brain is tuned to itsoptimum frequency.
If these are my body's organsis tuned, I may still at times based
upon food I put into my bodythat lowers it or thought or being
in an environment where theenergy is not as high as we would

(35:05):
like it to be, I will comeback that much faster if I've got
myself tuned up and up to now,to do that, we required going to
doctors of frequency medicine.
And I would still say that, you know, if you can afford it, it's
pretty pricey.
There's not that many of themyet in the world.

(35:26):
As Einstein predicted, in thefuture, all medicine will be the
medicine of frequencies.
And I'm going to inter.
I'm going to interject.
Insert here.
Telecommunications companies, the people who make these know more

(35:48):
about frequency medicine thandoctors do because they had to learn
about frequency in order to beable to get information from this
to yours, to yours, to yours.
All the towers, all theantennas, they.
Now I probably sound like aconspiracy theorist.
I'm not.

(36:09):
It's factual.
Anybody can look it up so theyknow more about what the frequency
ranges of a body and what'shappening to it.
And I'm diverting for amoment, just a moment.
Many people don't know thatSteve Jobs, in his book and in most

(36:30):
of his interviews, madestatements that he would not allow
his children to have access tohis devices, not because he was afraid
they were going to break them, but because he knew the frequencies
and what they would do totheir brains and their bodies.
Being that young, until theywere fully developed, he would not

(36:51):
let them near his devices andhe created them.
So I'm not even going to argueat all.
And I don't think it's conspiracy.
What I want to make sure we donow is I want you to be completely
full in telling me and all theaudience where do I find this information,

(37:12):
what websites, what places doI go to find out for whatever it
is that tunes up my body?
In life that's easier than thehard way, which you went on and you
said it's not as hard as itused to be.
I do have to change somehabits and practices and be willing
to do xyz.
But tell me where to find this stuff.

(37:33):
Well, I'm going to give youthe link because I have it all compiled.
So how about that?
Because I would like people tocome to me for the information that
I've compiled and I'll drop itfor you and you can share it with
everybody here.
Happy to do that.
But what I'm going to say isit can be as simple as drinking a
frequency charged mangolemonade, which is what I do every

(37:55):
morning.
Frequency charged.
And right now there's no otherplace that I have found that you
can take frequency tunednutrition into your body.
You can put frequency tunedskin care on your body and you can
put frequency tuned, we'llcall it jewelry.

(38:15):
I call this just my tuning fork.
Okay.
Normally I have, I don't haveit with me here, but I have a straw
that is frequency tuned.
So we have anything I drinkthrough it raises my vibration.
And the reason I want peopleto contact me is because I want to
give you the access to theinformation from the frequency doctor,

(38:38):
the doctor of frequencymedicine who's considered the premier
researcher in the world aboutall of this.
So I'm not going to make claims.
I'm not going to make claimsand I'm not going to name the company
because I want to staycompliant in every way.
But I will give you the accessto the information.
It's not a problem.

(38:58):
I'm asking you, just in casepeople want to hear it, can you say
what a place to go.
Like I want to look this up.
Because it has to be compliant.
So I'm being compliant legallyright now.
Great.
All right.
So you're going to give it tome, share it with me and I can put
it in the show notes or something.
Exactly, exactly.
Well, I understand you're notmaking claims or anything.

(39:19):
And no one's, let's be clear,no one's making any claims here.
Stacy is telling us about herjourney and all the things that have
happened to her and thebenefits and so forth and inviting
you to consider it foryourself, which is great.
So thank you and we'll sharethe links that would in the show
notes.
So what I want to know is aswe conclude here, tell me, is there

(39:42):
something I forgot to ask you?
Is there something about yourjourney that would serve the audience,
to encourage them, to makethem feel loved, uplifted, appreciated,
that I didn't ask.
Okay, well, I'm going to giveit a little exercise.
Whether you're in sales or not.
If you're, if the person who'shearing me right now, if what you're

(40:06):
looking at around you is notwhat you want, my advice is to stop
dwelling on what you don't want.
That what you do want is to bedescribed, write it down in full,
in full description and makesure that as you're writing, you're

(40:28):
not saying I don't want.
Because the more we say whatwe don't, we stay in that vibration,
the more we say, this is how Iwant it to be.
So let's imagine you want tobe in a different living situation.
Describe what that would looklike, what would the neighborhood
look like, what would the homelook like?
Who would be in that home with you?

(40:49):
And it is telling a story.
Write a story out as full asyou possibly can, and then start
to envision that as often asyou possibly can.
And catch yourself when youever say, that's not what you want.
I am not the first person totell people this.

(41:11):
I won't be the last person totell people this.
This is how we change thevibrational structure.
As Einstein said, you must beat the vibration of the thing you
want, not at the vibration ofwhat you don't want.
And here's the metaphor.

(41:31):
If you want to see a Broadwayshow on Broadway in New York, and
you're in San Diego, you mightget a touring company coming to San
Diego.
But if you want to see theBroadway show on Broadway in New
York, you have to get yourselfon a plane and get to New York to
go see is exactly the same thing.

(41:55):
And I'm not comparing SanDiego, New York to what you don't
want, what you do want.
I'm saying that's an actualphysical, vibrational place.
You can't be in one place andwant to be in another place.
I suppose you can, but you'renot going to get there until you
are at that vibration.
And it doesn't just happen by,okay, I want to be in New York right

(42:18):
now.
No, it requires creating thestory, envisioning it, trusting it
will happen, watching foropportunities to get you closer,
ever closer to that goal.
And that is not crawling over glass.
That is living in what we wantto see happen and trusting it will.

(42:43):
Stacy, I want to thank you forbeing with us today.
I appreciate everything you've shared.
So thank you for sharing yourstory, sharing your conviction, and
helping us understand how tovisualize and create the kinds of
things that we want.
Thank you so much for invitingme in.
I have.
I feel very blessed and I feelthat I had the opportunity to take

(43:04):
one more step towards what Ipromised God that when my heart was
healed, I would do everythingin my power to help help heal other
people's hearts, too.
Audience, whatever.
You're listening.
However you're listening tothis, if you're watching or listening,
the idea of creating powerfulvisual imagery to raise your vibration

(43:24):
is not new, but it works.
The idea of being clear aboutwhat you want and describing it in
detail is not new, but it works.
And so the actions that youchoose to take from this will determine
how well and how quickly youare able to create your ultimate
life.

(43:45):
And you'll never ask why.
Open your heart.
