(00:24):
You have infinite power.
Hey there.
Welcome to this episode ofyour ultimate life.
Really excited today.
Today's part two of somethingI promised you, which was about message,
method, and mastery.
Now, the message I did acouple of episodes ago, and then
(00:46):
we had Sam last episode.
That was really good.
If you haven't seen the onebefore this, please do.
He's got some amazing skillsand amazing tools.
And you know what's interesting?
The more people I interviewand I've got a dozen right in front
of me lined up for the nextfew weeks, and I'm excited about
them.
And here's why.
(01:07):
Every person wants to be happy.
You want to be happy.
Maybe you define happy as more money.
If I had more money, everything'd be okay.
Maybe you define happy as agood relationship.
Maybe you define happy as health.
Every one of those things hasbeen my absolute pinnacle of happy
at different times.
(01:28):
When I was, you know, growingup and starting in business, you
know, starting with a job andworking and stuff, I had this imagination.
Well, if I could just get upin the company, get some more money,
gets more promotions.
And I looked at every sixmonths or every year, whatever the
thing was.
And when I was an apprentice, you know, there was a.
In training, it was a programfor ascension.
And, boy, I was stoked aboutall that.
(01:50):
And I looked at, ooh, threemore months and I get more money,
another $50 a month or $100 a month.
And in those days, that was a lot.
Today it's barely lunch.
And so that was.
That was getting up.
That was happy, more money.
There's been times, like whenI was sick in the hospital, when
I was in a coma, to wherehealth was the only thing I cared
about.
I couldn't care less aboutanything else.
(02:11):
Now, I took some things for granted.
My angel.
I'm married to an angel.
I don't know about you, butsometimes she glows in the dark.
She would come every day, twice a day, and take care of the
animals and run a business.
And, you know, I can't evenimagine what it was like for her,
doing what she had to do, butshe did.
(02:33):
But the only thing I was.
Took that for granted, unfortunately.
But the only thing I wasworried about was health, because
I was in a coma for threeweeks, nearly 17 or 18 days.
And when I was.
Came out of it.
The diseases ravaged my bodyso badly I couldn't move.
Like, my first assignment, getthis, my first assignment was to
sit in a chair for 10 minutes.
(02:55):
That was so painful.
I begged after five to getback in bed.
And my wife was there and shewasn't going to let me.
So, you know, kudos to her.
So that was the most important.
That's what I needed for Happy.
And when I relationship, things complicated with me, I was
so terrible at that.
I failed with three different marriages.
(03:16):
And today, that's not even remarkable.
But once upon a time, that was unthinkable.
But anyway, so, you know, having a great relationship like
I have now was not even in therealm of thinking, so what makes
us happy changes.
But we all want to be happy, right?
(03:37):
And so here's the thing.
Here's why this message that Italked about in episode 950 is so
important.
You can have anything you want.
You really can.
And the message, really, there's five parts to it.
And I'm going to talk moreabout those in future episodes.
Your worth, your identity, your possibility, your ownership
(04:03):
and your sovereignty.
And we've talked before aboutdivinity, capability and possibility.
But anyway, so that's the thrust.
I talked there about themessage that I have for 300 million
people.
And that of course, includes you.
Yum.
And today I want to talk about method.
Methods and the power that isnecessary to do something.
(04:26):
Because if I want to climb,I'm going to swim down this river
behind me.
If you're not watching thevideo, you should be.
There's a beautiful river andthere's a.
Looks like a bridge way down there.
Yeah, bridge.
Or maybe it's a cable crossing.
And, you know, if I want toswim down there, that takes power,
it takes energy.
It takes knowing how to swimand stuff.
I say cable because it looksto me like that's a cable.
(04:48):
When I was a kid and I was onmy cousin's farm in Wyoming, there
was a river that ran throughthe property.
And part of his land was onone side of the river and part was
on the other side.
And there was a place wherethey had a thing just like that across
the river.
Two pillars on each side andthere was a cable that went across.
And I think there was a littlecar that they went out in on it to
(05:09):
measure the depth of the riverand the flow and stuff like that.
Because that changeddramatically over the year because
his farm was way up in thehigh country, above 5,000ft.
Above.
Above a mile.
And so the snow came a lot,and there was a lot of snow melt,
so forth.
But anyway, one day, ofcourse, I had to try to go across
the river on the cable.
So I got my gloves on and, youknow, got climbed up the tower and
(05:33):
hooked my heels over and, youknow, gradually got across.
And it was a lot harder than Ithought and it was scary.
And I thought, gee, I wonderif I'm gonna have to drop off in
the river.
And it wouldn't have been death.
It wasn't a rushing river, andit was deep enough so that I wouldn't
get hurt from the fall.
But anyway, it was harder thanI thought.
And that's, you know, whatthat is symptomatic of creating the
(05:55):
life we want.
We imagine a life with health, wealth, happiness, prosperity, cash,
whatever words you want to use.
I use purpose, prosperity and joy.
Because when any of thosepieces have been missing, it's more
difficult.
Now, I have learned, and thisis a learned skill I've learned to
(06:18):
simply be happy all the time,no matter what's going on.
I'm just happy because Ichoose to, even when things, quote,
suck or would have sucked insome definition in the old way.
I don't live there anymore, don't believe it, don't want to be
part of that.
Don't.
Don't have that energy in mylife anymore.
So anyway, purpose, prosperityand joy.
(06:40):
That's what we're trying to create.
A couple episodes ago wasabout the message, which we'll do
some more episodes on.
But today this is about meansor method.
Now there's a funny commercialthat I've seen on tv and it's all
different kinds of iterations.
It must be successful becausethat bank puts has had at least 10
(07:01):
versions that I've seen, andmaybe there's 50, I don't know.
But there's a stuff goes on inthe commercial where someone's trying
to buy something or dosomething with a credit card and
something doesn't go well.
And some dude.
And it's the same dude inevery commercial.
What's in your wallet?
You know that question, what'sin your wallet?
(07:22):
And it's advertising some bankand obviously trying to say that
the credit card that theyhave, or maybe it's a debit, or maybe
it's both is better thaneverybody else's.
And so it's more powerful.
It's like got a cape on, right?
Flies to the rescue in every situation.
What's in your wallet?
And this is a question I wantto ask you.
(07:43):
So if you want to create yourultimate Life, you need both energy
and tools.
It isn't going to createbecause you wave a wand.
We don't do Harry Potter.
There is actually a lot of magic.
I use the term alchemist.
I'm the ultimate alchemist.
I am.
And that means a mixture ofscience and magic to create miracles.
(08:05):
I've seen them.
I create them.
I live in them every day.
And they can happen.
But the way they happen isn'twith a wand.
Where you wave it, a stream oflight comes out and boink.
Something comes into existenceor is obliterated out of existence.
But there are powers andcapabilities that cause unexpected
(08:26):
and unexplained things tohappen, I.
E.
Miracles.
Wouldn't it be nice to havecontrol over that?
The good news is you do.
You do.
I'm going to say it a third time.
You have control over thatenergy and power.
(08:49):
Now.
It is not as easy as you wishit would be.
You thinking of scenesspeaking of Harry Potter from, you
know, potions class or spellsor whatever, when Neville or some
other character, you know, tried to use his wand and turned
somebody into a turnip or, youknow, and then didn't know how to
reverse it or all that kind ofstuff, you know what?
(09:12):
That is exactly reflective ofyou and me using the tools that there
are to control thatunexplained, unexpected and powerful
creative energy that we havebefore we're prepared or as we're
learning.
And learning requires mistakes.
Learning requires falling down.
(09:32):
Think of riding a bicycle.
Think of learning to walk.
Think of learning to play thepiano or any other instrument, your
first recital, your firstballet performance, or your first
drama show, or your firstprezi in front of the class where
it was nervous and hard andscary and swore you'd never do it
again, etc.
So learning to use the powersof this world takes effort, takes
(09:57):
energy, and it's doable.
That's the important part.
There's nothing that preventsyou or me from learning to control
both the science and the magicthat creates whatever outcomes we
want.
Like, if you're here and youwant to go here, whether it's wealth,
(10:17):
you have a thousand and you'dlike a hundred thousand dollars,
or you're healthy, you're not healthy.
You weigh, you know, £50 toomuch and you want to release that,
you know, climbing thatstaircase, there's a road.
There are a set of actions, behaviors, language speaking, connections,
people that will allow you towalk the road or climb the staircase
(10:40):
from here to here.
Sometimes it's kind of likeKung Fu Panda climbing those stairs.
Right.
He would crawl up them and ittook him forever and ever and ever
and ever and every time.
And it was part of the funnyof, of the Kung Fu Panda series.
So that's the kind of effortthat it will take.
Like nothing good comes easy.
(11:02):
It comes by following a simpleset of processes.
And I'm going to talk aboutwhat some of those are because I
want you to have them.
And I say some of them becausethere's way too many to just talk
about in a single episode, right?
Like, I can't tell you everypossible tool that you can use to
build or find or create yourlife purpose.
(11:25):
Life purpose, prosperity and joy.
Right.
Ultimate life.
And you can substitute, andI'm sure you do, whatever words you
want, rich and famous, and Idon't care.
Purpose, prosperity and joyfor me and actually frankly for most
people that I talk to.
So let's talk about some ofthe tools to create a purpose.
(11:46):
Will it take some introspection?
It takes some thinking aboutwhat is a life purpose.
Mistake I used to make is Iused to think that one day a purpose
was going to land on me like adove from heaven or an Amazon box
(12:07):
on the porch and I was goingto look at it and it was going to
fill me with such rapture thatI knew for sure this was it.
No doubt, no question.
And it also came with thecertainty and power to just keep
pursuing it forever, no matter what.
Well, that didn't happen forme and I don't know how it happened
(12:29):
for anyone.
I have talked to a lot ofpeople, guests here in other places,
coaching clients and stuffthat say, you know, after this or
that happened, I just knewthat's what I was supposed to do.
I have absolutely had that, heard that, and I've had some level,
I mean, some form of thatexperience, and the level was tremendous.
(12:51):
It didn't come withinstructions about how and usually
doesn't.
But what it came with and canfor you is a knowledge, a certainty,
a feeling that this is whatyou ought to do and this is what
you're meant to do.
Now, what deflects or diffusesor shrivels or shrinks that feeling
is when we start and it failswhen everybody doesn't salute and
(13:15):
line up, oh, yeah, that's it,you're it.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
Of course, when that doesn'thappen, be like, oh, wow, maybe I'm
wrong, maybe I'm stupid.
Maybe that's not what I, maybeI misheard God or the universe, you
know, I, I, maybe I wasn'tlistening and so we do that.
Now, no purpose is going to bewithout trial, tribulation, struggle,
(13:39):
growth.
You can think your purpose isto play the piano.
And I'm not going to quote thewhole thing, but in one of Steven
Pressfield's books, he talkedabout some particular pianist and
the effort and energy that ittook over months and years sometimes
to learn a song.
He said, you know, it took allthese hours to get 120,000 notes
(13:59):
played in the right order, with the right expression, etc.
Etc.
And he talked about the blood, sweat, and tears required to create
that particular magic.
You may look at me now andsay, that's overwhelming.
I'm not interested.
And you're free to do that atany moment.
You're free to say, I am notinterested in doing that work.
(14:24):
Okay, I'm inviting you to reconsider.
You are a divine being.
You know that?
You came from the same God I did.
Whatever form you see that in,the creative force built us, and
the way we're built is to loveand serve.
The way we're built is withgifts and talents.
And the thing about means andpower that we're talking about today
(14:48):
is to find it.
To find and choose a purpose.
And I use both those words on purpose.
Because finding a purpose or athing that says, wow, it would be
so cool if I could help peoplerealize they don't need to be sad
forever after a loved one dies.
Or it would be so amazing if Icould help someone get through cancer
(15:09):
and teach them not only theresources, but the mindset hacks
and the things to do to createhope and get through this illness
and lung cancer.
And I have that skill becauseI had it.
I didn't, but if I did, I havea client who has tons of experience
with cancer, and that's his jam.
And he's great at it.
Why?
Because that was his experience.
And you're going to find thatyour passion, your purpose, comes
(15:31):
out of your experience.
You don't have a life overhere and then have some passion over
there.
Your passion comes from yourexperience, and that's wonderful
because that's where you havepower, your experience.
So what do I have to give youfor framework?
So, first of all, I've createda whole series of frameworks to help
(15:55):
you find or choose yourpassion and own it with fierce ownership
so that you love it and youlive it every day.
Now, if you want my help doingthat, if you don't right now, to
the core of your soul, knowwhat your passion is, please get
(16:15):
a hold of Me.
There's a URL on the screen.
Kellenfluecigermedia.com Go there.
Don't hesitate.
There's a contact form.
Contact me.
I have a foolproof process tohelp you find your passion, find
your purpose.
And when you do, then you haveto do part two, which is a choice.
(16:38):
You have a.
I look like Max Headroom.
There's some little squiggles here.
I don't know what's going onwith the camera, but that's.
Oh, well, have to deal with it.
So you're going to have todecide that you're going to be dedicated
to it.
You're going to have to dropthe hammer and say, I am committed
to this thing no matter what, just because you said so.
(17:03):
Because I can promise you, whatever your purpose is, whether
it's learning 120,000 notes orhelping people with cancer, or helping
women are going throughmenopause or helping people that
are overcoming narcissisticrelationships, or helping people
who have suffered sexual abuseor other kinds of childhood trauma
or anything.
Helping people get financiallyliterate so they don't live in fear.
(17:25):
Helping people overcome tonsof fears that they might have public
speaking or presenting or lackof self worth or depression or how
to rise and shine.
Because you were built to riseand shine.
But my rising and shining andyours is going to be because we earn
it, we work it and we do it.
And I'm here to help.
That's all I do.
I help people who have thatyearning to discover, develop and
(17:49):
serve and get well paid withtheir skills, gifts, talents, love,
passion.
That's it.
The most important thing youcan give me and the rest of the world
is your full on authentic self.
Your love, your passion, your being.
Please don't deny me that any longer.
(18:11):
So one of the frameworks Ihave is called the Triple Helix.
And this is a process where Ihelp you weave together the skills
you already have, the giftsyou already have, the life experience
you already have into the mostpowerful offering in the world for
you, not for anybody, but yourmost powerful offering so you can
serve, make some cash and livein purpose, prosperity and joy.
(18:34):
That is a framework I have,Triple Helix.
If you want me to help youwith it, call me up.
Let's Talk.
Contact formkellenfluekegermedia.com Kellenfluekegermedia.Com
this is not a sales pitch.
This is not anything else.
My, my passion, my ultimatelife is to help every person I can.
This year I have a goal of 300million to discover, to develop and
(18:58):
serve with your divine giftsand talents, which I know you have,
etc.
So the triple Helix is just one.
I have another book calledWalking Without Fear, and it talks
about the four life threads, the life threat of value, the life
thread of connectedness, youknow, how alone we feel, the life
(19:20):
threat of worth, how worthy wefeel, and there's some more.
But there are four main lifethreads, and most of the time we
don't think about where we areon that framework.
Where are we from feelingworthless to feeling precious?
Where are we from feelingtotally isolated, connected, or united?
(19:44):
And these four threads areultra powerful, not just because
of the words, but because mostpeople never do the work to figure
out where am I on those fourthreads and what do I need to do
to move toward the powerfulend, where you know, you're united,
you're powerful, you're precious.
(20:07):
So that's another one, thefour life threads.
Another one that I have is theframework called the story arc, which
is a process to help you tellyour story, whether you tell it in
a product or a service or a book.
I'm getting ready to startpretty soon.
By the time you see this, it'slikely it won't have started yet.
(20:29):
Starts on the 24th of February.
This episode drops on February 21st.
So if you see this episode andyou want to be part of that man,
join, join, join.
It's a book challenge, butit's not only about books.
It's how to create productsand services based on your gifts,
talents, yearning, passion, and all the rest.
Now, my question about meansand power is what do you have?
(20:54):
Maybe you're already in something.
I was talking to somebodyearlier this morning who is very,
very interested in this bookprocess I have where they want to
write the book and get it published.
My wife runs a publishingcompany and we publish a lot of books,
not just mine.
She has a spectacular recordgetting Amazon number one bestsellers
and create a course and learnabout marketing and, and, and, and,
(21:18):
and so she was really excitedabout that.
And so she sent a message tome and she said, yeah, and, you know,
I'm already committed to dothis off the grid healing program
in Hawaii in the middle ofMarch, and I might miss something
and this and that.
Your life's full.
I know that.
And so I'm not trying tonecessarily shove you into one of
my programs.
(21:38):
What I am trying to do is askyou what you're using right now to
get to your ultimate life, because that's all I'm trying to
do, help you get to your lifewhere you love every day you get
up.
You get up every single day,and you are so content, you can't
stand it.
And I don't mean content thatyou're lazy and sit around to do
nothing.
I mean content that you're happy.
(22:00):
Like delirious, silly happy, jumping up and down.
You can be that way if youwant to.
Maybe you don't want it.
Maybe the idea of being thathappy just scares crap out of you.
It's like, yeah, no, I don'tneed that.
I'd rather be kind of.
Yeah.
You know, medium in the middle.
Okay, you're free to do that.
So my question for you is,what books, programs, seminars, daily
(22:22):
rituals, activities do youhave that you're using right now
to create your ultimate life?
What.
What are they?
If you can't list them to meright now and tell me the things
you're actively engaged in,then they're nothing.
They're garbage.
They're shelf help.
They're useless, because ifyou're actively using them, you know,
(22:42):
right this minute.
So, for example, if you say if you're.
If you have more weight thanyou want, you're overweight, and
you have decided some time agoyou're going to release some pounds.
Five pounds, 10 pounds, 50pounds, doesn't matter.
One time in my life, I lost80, 90 pounds, actually.
I was 80 pounds, maybe alittle more overweight.
And I decided I was done.
(23:02):
And I didn't.
I did it the hard way.
No drugs, no help, nosurgeries, just martial arts and
diet and changed everything Iwas eating and et cetera, et cetera.
And I would.
Did it.
And took a while, took a year, but I did it.
And I got in fabulous, spectacular shape, et cetera, et
cetera.
So maybe you're doing that.
And if you are, and I said toyou, what tools are you using?
You'll say, well, I got thisgym membership.
(23:23):
I go twice a week.
I'm eating this particularkind of food, and here's how much
progress I have.
And I'm stoked because ofthis, that and the other.
Like, you know, the tools thatyou're using.
Using.
Using is the operative word.
The ones that you bought thatare sitting on the shelf.
Yeah, so what?
I've had a million of those, too.
So what tools and frameworksare you using?
(23:44):
My Mentioning the story arc.
And I have another one Ididn't even talk about called the
Results Equation.
The subtitle of that book isFrom Dream to Done in Five Simple
Steps.
I wrote the Results Equationas A result of my decades of consulting
work in very high profile, high pressure, sometimes hundred
(24:08):
billion dollar situations.
And I learned a system that I created.
Yes, I was influenced by manythings that's foolproof for planning
and execution.
How I adapted it was for youand me, simple people who have small
companies or are on your own.
(24:30):
That is way different than anyproject planning and execution system
and strategy in any companybecause there is institutional momentum
and frameworks and guidelines.
When you have big companies, when you're by yourself or you're
the head of a small team, way different.
So the results, equations, another framework and set of tools.
(24:50):
So my question to you is tojust think about right now, like
what's in your wallet?
What tools and programs andprocesses are you actively and furiously
using at this time?
Really interesting question, because here's the final piece.
None of that matters if you'renot using them.
(25:12):
No tool or process matters.
You know, I always say as ajoke, I can watch and have watched
videos of people doing amazing feats.
Most recently, I don't knowwhy, but in my feed, I don't know
if it's Instagram or Facebook.
A lot of these videos havecome up of people jumping off of
(25:33):
cliffs and doing, you know, backflips and incredible things down
into some river or lake.
And they look scary and itlooks like, yeah, balls and anything.
Wow, unbelievable.
And so that is doing.
And you can believe thatdidn't happen just in a minute, right?
(25:57):
I've learned to play the pianoreally well.
I've learned to arrange and orchestrate.
That took the work, the tools, the practice to make it real.
And so will yours.
So I have shared many tools, created them all for me, and they
work.
I know, because they're battletested and I use them now with clients
and friends, folks like you.
(26:18):
So if you want tools that arefoolproof, tools that will help you
create cash, tools that helpyou, that will help you identify
and monetize your life storyand experiences.
You know, sometimes when I saythat people get scared, they go,
ooh, I can't tell my.
I'm scared.
My family, my friends, peoplethat know me, oh, near.
(26:40):
Oh, dear.
You need to get over that.
Because the most powerfulthing, most lucrative thing you can
offer is the truth.
Because after you haveovercome or are along the way in
the process of changing andgrowing, that's the most valuable
stuff you have to offer.
That's the good stuff.
(27:01):
Okay.
When you're done, it justlooks like you're done.
And you know, people can say, wow, you know, must, had Luck or
whatever.
When you are in the trenches, crawling sometimes over the broken
glass and you're working yourway up the mountain or working your
way down this river, down tothe cable or wherever it is, that's
when you have my attention and everybody's.
(27:26):
Think about a movie, the movie.
You don't rush to the end andlook at the final scene and see that
the good guys won and how manypeople died along the way.
The story is the process, thesuspense, the daring, the tension,
the work, the brilliant idea, the last ditch stand.
(27:47):
That's the part we like.
Just this morning, because ofsomething else going on, I felt to
call up a piece.
Oh, I know.
I got an email from a clientwho talked about making change.
And she said in the email thatnobody's coming to save you.
And she referenced on thefifth day at dawn, look to the east.
(28:12):
And that's a scene from one ofthe Lord of the Rings.
I think it's one of the Hobbit movies.
No, Lord of the Rings movies.
The Return of the King whereGandalf rode off to get rolled off
road, off to get the Rohirrimand the Theoden King was in Helm's
Deep.
And suddenly, you know,Aragorn and Theoden, they said, we're
(28:35):
going to ride out again.
The horn in Helm's Deep, itwill sound once again.
And so the dwarf ran up andblew the horn.
And that was the thing, Imean, that was so powerful, the choice
to act, the choice to say not.
I don't quit, not me, not now,not ever.
(29:00):
And they thought, you know, they're writing to death for death
and glory.
Of course you know the story.
It wasn't.
And at that moment help came, help is available.
When that individual wrote inthe, in the email, you know, Gandalf
(29:22):
coming from the east, that'snot really going to happen.
Yes it is.
Yes it is.
Because if you actually lookat the scene, him showing up at dawn
on the fifth day on a whitehorror, Shadowfax with the host of
Rohirrim.
That didn't end the battle, that didn't fix anything.
(29:44):
They still had to go throughthe horrific experiences.
And you and I probably werenot in a war.
Probably our life's not atstake today.
Might be, but probably not.
So here's your question.
Are you willing to mount upand go after your dream?
(30:05):
Are you willing one last timeto go pursue your ultimate life?
To serve, to live in purpose, prosperity and joy, to find your
purpose, to serve, to do that thing?
Because you know, we're notjumping On a horse, riding into a
host of orcs, probably goingto die.
(30:25):
That's not happening.
Sometimes it might feel likeit, but it's not true.
So I invite you in the deepestpart of my heart, because help is
available when we declareboldly and greatly.

on the hill.

But the tools you have don'tmatter unless you use them.
The desire you have doesn'tmatter unless you do something with
it.
The dream and the yearningyou're feeling won't do anything
unless you take action.
That's not a threat.
It's just the way growth works.
(31:29):
From learning to play thepiano, learning to paint, learning
to skateboard, learning tospeak, learning to create money,
learning to live in purpose, prosperity and joy.
But I can make you one finalpromise as we close up here, and
that is this.
Nothing can stand in your way.
The means, the tools, theframeworks, what's in your wallet,
(31:50):
it's all available to you, andyou have to go get it, number one.

to ask for help, and then thecourage to execute and getting all
the help you need.
