(00:00):

That doesn't sound likeanything except.
What's true is the morningshapes the day.

Subscribe, share, create.
You have infinite power.
When you create power in themorning, everything goes, well, far
better, even when bad stuff happens.

(00:45):
It's time to grab control ofevery day, because each day only
happens once.
I'm Kellen, and this is yourUltimate Life podcast.
I'm here for one reason, andthat's to help you create a life
of purpose, prosperity andjoy, because that's within your reach.

(01:05):
Purpose, prosperity and joy.
And there's a way to do that.
There's tools.
There's all kinds of systemsand tools and methods and gurus and
all that stuff out there.
And you know what?
Most of what they teach is good.
Most of what they teach is valuable.
And you know why it doesn'tchange much is because we don't act

(01:29):
on it.
We don't take it and change.
We hear it.
We're blown away.
Oh, that is so cool.
That is so true.
Ooh, it resonates.
Maybe we weep some tears ofcoolness and then life overtakes
and the world steps in and, and, and, and, and you already know
the drill.

(01:49):
So what do we need to do about that?
Well, let's talk about it.
Okay.
Today we're going to talkabout how to start your day.
Not once in a while, notoptionally, but every day.
Now, I want to refer to theOlympics or to world Championships

(02:11):
or the World Soccer Cup.
The A National Hockey Leaguechampionship just took place a few
weeks ago and I live inEdmonton, Alberta, and my team lost.
Boo hoo.
They lost to Florida.
Fine.
The Florida team wanted it more.
When you think about somethingat that kind of level, you know the

(02:32):
kind of work and preparationthat goes into that.
If you've ever played sportsor done music or art or anything
else at that kind ofchampionship level, you know the
preparation that it takes, thefocus, the clarity, the dedication,
the discipline, whatever wordyou want.
Well, I'm going to give youthe secret right now to having that

(02:53):
power every day.
You also know the kind ofproductivity you get, or I get when
we're in flow, that magicalstate where nothing matters and time
passes in a weird way andyou're creative and you're focused.
What if you could do that?
On purpose.
In fact, let me ask it differently.
Why can't you do it on purpose?

(03:14):
Like, who says you can't?
I'm here to tell you you can.
So here's the deal.
Let's get busy and I'm goingto teach you how to create an awesome
day every day.
Now, that doesn't mean you'renot going to have a jet engine fall
on your house every once in awhile or, you know, the IRS or the
revenue agency do something,or the weather wreck your plans or

(03:36):
a flood happen.
We're watching those naturaldisasters unfold right this minute.
As I recorded a few weeks ago, there were these terrible floods
in Texas that were once in 500years or a thousand years lost.
Cost a lot of people their lives.
Those things happen.
But even when they do, or somesmaller version of those, we have

(03:59):
the ability to be resilientand powerful.
And it doesn't come by accident.
It comes from preparation.
Somebody said we don't rise tothe occasion.
We default to the level of our training.
So this that we're going totalk about is body, mind, spirit,

(04:19):
emotional training.
So you can rip up your dayevery single time.
So here's why this matters.
By the end of this episode, you'll know exactly how to start
your day with purpose, power, and presence.
If you think about your daysover the last two weeks, how many

(04:40):
of them have been rock stardays where you.
Everything went right and youjust crushed it?
How many?
What would it be worth to youto have the ability to have that
all the time?
That's what we're going tocreate here.
Number one.
Let's talk about why it matters.
When you, when I or you, whenwe get up and the way we start our
day is scrolling and lookingat the news or thumbing through the

(05:04):
phone, you know, ooh, thephone, right, Messages.
I wonder if this client saidthat, or I wonder if that deal went
through, or I wonder if thenews thing or this riot happened,
or, you know, this SupremeCourt ruling, or, you know, how my
bank's doing, or, you know, whatever it is, if that's our first
thought, then looking at thatand getting involved in that hijacks

(05:26):
our presence in our day.
I'm not pretending thosethings don't need attention.
But if you are going into animportant conversation with someone,
anyone, work, personal, andyou are scattered and fearful, how
effective is that conversation?
It's not and you know it.

(05:47):
If, on the other hand, you'vedone some thinking and you're prepared,
you're humble, you're focusedyou're ready to set boundaries and
stand your ground, and you'reclear and full of love.
The chances of thatconversation going better or perfectly
are dramatically increased.
Now, we can't control whatothers do, and I'm not pretending

(06:07):
we can, but we are prepared.
So when you think about why itmatters, why your morning matters.
I had a weird experience a fewyears ago.
I got up in the morning and Idid my morning preparation.
I call it a dcp Daily Creation Process.
I did it, and I was feelinggreat, and I was out walking the

(06:29):
dog.
And then I got a phone call, and it was something bad, really
bad.
And then I got an email and itwas something worse.
And then more and more.
And there were three or four, maybe four things.
And I say, maybe because it'sbeen a while, but there were several
things that happened literallywithin a space of five minutes where

(06:50):
I went from feeling reallygood about life in the day to ready
to cry, meaning infrustration, helplessness, just blown
away.
And, you know, like, I wanted to.
I was out walking the dog whenI got the last of these, and I just
wanted to sit down on the corner.
I was walking through a bigundeveloped area.
Well, it was developed, partially developed, but there were

(07:10):
lots of just sidewalks androads and not very many houses yet.
And it was big, like a wholemile square.
So it was a big development.
But anyway, I wanted to justsit down on the.
On the curb on the corner andjust, like, have a breakdown, right?
A mental breakdown oremotional, spiritual, whatever.
And then I noticed something.
I saw my dog, and the dog waswith me.

(07:34):
You know, it had walked withme all the way through all those
troublesome things, and thedog was happy.
And there was a rabbit thatran out and tugging on the lead,
you know, wanting to chase the rabbit.
And I thought it was funny.
I thought, now the dog is withme through all this stuff, and the
dog's not having any of it.

(07:55):
Like, fun, laughing, doing whatever.
Dogs laughing, right.
Sometimes dogs look likethey're grinning, don't they?
But anyway, and I thought.
I realized this entire dramafrom stoked to destroyed has happened
inside here.
Like, there's nothing going onthat would drive that, the weather

(08:21):
is beautiful, etc.
Etc.
And I thought, no, wait a minute.
If that all happened in myhead, then I can undo it.
Because the fear and the painand the worry were my projections
about the consequences ofthese phone calls and emails that
were.
That were damaging.

(08:43):
And I realized, okay, I cancontrol this.
So the thing to take.
And I was able to.
And there's a whole process.
If you want that process, Ihave a product for you that's free.
It's called master your monsters.
So I go there.
Masteryourmonsters.comMasteryourmonsters.com It's a 10
or 11 part audio course thattalks about that.

(09:05):
And that dog story is one ofthem about how to rescue a very bad
day.
Okay, here's the truth.
The state of your morningbecomes the state of your day, your
week, your month, yourmission, and your masterpiece.
Managing or controlling, orthe better word is creating.

(09:26):
Your morning is the harbinger, the bellwether of your day, week,
month, mission and masterpiece.
That's how important it is todo this.
So I'm gonna talk aboutexactly how to do this.
The first thing you do is stillness.

(09:47):
First, when the alarm goesoff, or if you don't use an alarm.
I rarely do, but I wake up atthe same time within a few minutes
every day because I've trainedmy body to do that.
If the first thing we do istake input from, you know, stuff

(10:07):
around us, we're going to bedistracted, we're going to be less
than our best.
Instead, enter stillness.
Enter the space of the divine.
Now, you and I both know thereis a divine essence.
I call it God, you can call itwhatever you like.

(10:27):
Unity, oneness, non duality, the universe, my higher self, I don't
care.
But there is one and you know it.
And we distance ourselves fromit a lot until we learn not to.
Part one is to choose to enter stillness.

(10:50):
Connect with the divine.
How?
Well, let's.
Let's make this easy.
Pray, meditate, read somesacred literature.
And if you don't have any, find a book, scripture, or another
book that is so inspirationalto you, so encouraging.

(11:14):
Every time you read feels likeenergy to your soul.
Find that.
I wrote this book living withpurpose and power, to be one source
of that.
So if you don't have anythingelse living with purpose and power,
get that.
But find a thing.
Whether it's your ownconversations with God or it is meditation,

(11:37):
which is just the act of beingstill, like intentionally.
And enter stillness.
That's part one.
A way to think about that isto create before you consume.
Create stillness in your mind.
I'm not talking about making videos.
Create stillness.
Create space.

(11:59):
Inspiration and blessinghappen in space.
And the voice of the spirit istiny stillness.
It happens.
It's always described as astill, small voice, even though it
is the voice of infinite power.
So start there.
The second thing is toremember that your morning is creative

(12:20):
time, not reactive Time.
Save that.
Okay, here's a.
Here's another thing you can do.
Write one sentence.
Not 50 thing, one sentencethat you're grateful for or a piece
of your vision.
One of the ways I ask this, ina funny way is you have a.
You have a way.
You.
You have a way you'd like tohelp people.

(12:42):
I call it adding good to the world.
Serve people.
Whatever it is you have that, you know it.
You think about it.
So think about this way.
What would the world look likeif you were able to complete your
vision in its fullest,grandest sense?
If you were able to do that, what would the world look like?
Answer that question about gratitude.
Here's a really good practice.
Think one thing that you'rereally grateful for.

(13:04):
I mean, really.
And then just think about thatuntil the neurotransmitters and chemistry
of gratitude have got you pumped.
The second piece is to moveyour body.
Move the temple of your spirit.
Your body's a temple.
I don't care how broken it is.
Mine, I wear hearing aids.
I wear weird special contactsor I can't see.

(13:25):
My back is now deterioratedenough that I use a cane.
So there are things that Icould be concerned about or complain
about my body, but I don't.
I love it.
It is the spirit.
It's.
I mean, the container of my spirit.
It is that thing.
And I love it.
I love it.
I love it.
I own it.
I want it.
Think about that, okay?

(13:46):
Move your body.
Even if it's just stretchingfor 10 or 15 minutes.
Bend over, touch the floor.
Lay down on the floor.
Spread your legs.
Put your face down.
You know, there's a dozen yogaposes, martial arts stretches, you
know, those kinds of things tojust honor the temple.
The.
The next thing, in just fiveor 10 minutes, just to wake it up

(14:09):
and pay honor to it.
The next thing that reallymoves me is my daily declarations
and declarations are the mostpowerful articulation of the vision.
And the declarations I use arein this book, okay?
And they are.
They are mighty.

(14:29):
They burn the walls down.
They make me weep.
They get my soul fired up.
Bey obstacle.
Now, think about it.
When I prepare myself thatway, connected to the divine, with
my body, owning me, you know,I own it and we're doing it together.
And then I've made thedeclarations of who I am in the world
and what I'm about, I don'tcare what happens.

(14:51):
I don't care if it's what Iwanted or not.
What I wanted, quote good orbad, you know, Expected or unexpected,
I am powerfully prepared.
And that gets you in a placewhere you can handle anything.
And if things are even okay, then you're in your wild, creative
mode.
All right?

(15:11):
And also create some structure.
I have three non negotiables.
I picked three things I'mgoing to do today.
I don't size them, so theyfill up the whole day.
I just look at all the things.
Business, personal, everything.
These three things, they'rehappening today because I said so.
This is important.

(15:31):
Well, pick three non negotiables.
We all have a to do list.
It's way too long.
Who cares?
Pick three that are nonnegotiables and then say, I will
do these today no matter what,so you don't get distracted.
So that preparation processwill get you fired up.
Now, I've given you some veryspecific things to do in the book.

(15:52):
And you may have your own listand your own book and your own methodology.
That isn't the point.
The point is, are you doing itevery single day?
And you know how you know theanswer to that?
Doing it isn't checking boxes.
Yeah.
Yeah, I did it.
I did it.
The real question is, did it work?
And by work, I mean are you onfire, in love with yourself?

(16:13):
At a minimum, your partner, ifyou have one.
Your God, your creator, yourmission, your purpose.
Do you feel that fire and energy?
And if you don't, it didn't work.
So find a new one or do it again.
If you want help with that, get a hold of me.
I have a process that's betterthan any that I know, and I've studied
a ton to make that happen for you.

(16:36):
No matter what your mission isand no matter where you're starting.
Now, I want to change topics here.
Here's how to anchor.
Anchor that.
So let's say you do that andyou're going to anchor.
You're going to anchor thatactivity so that it guides your day.
Okay?
There are three things thatare part of the mission and message

(16:58):
that I have now.
You guys know my mission is toreach 300 million people with what?
You know, a feather?
Just say something to him.
No.
W, I, P, O, S. Wipos.
Whipos.
Whipos.
I know.
Weird word, huh?
It's an acronym.
It stands for worth, identity, possibility, ownership, and sovereignty.

(17:22):
Okay.
Worth, identity, possibility,ownership, sovereignty.
Worth is an acknowledgment andan understanding that you are divine,
you are sovereign.
Worth is infinite.
So your worth is infinite.
You're created by God with apurpose, for a purpose, not accidentally,
even if your Life is tough.

(17:43):
Your identity is.
The pedigree of your spirit isa single line.
You, God doesn't matter howmany grandparents and generations
there were of your body.
Your spirit comes from the divine.
Your possibilities are infinite.
And it's only you that limitswhat you create.
Your money, yourcircumstances, your health.
That doesn't.

(18:04):
Every single person I know isdealing with a little health or a
lot.
You know, right now I've gotseveral things going on.
I don't care.
I'm about my mission anyway.
And does it get in the way?
Sure.
It makes it so I do less in agiven day.
I don't care.
I love you.
I'm here to lift you, blessyou, encourage you, acknowledge you,
tell you how great you are, because I know it.

(18:27):
Every person I meet, I'm overwhelmed.
I feel in awe.
And that includes you.
Of your possibilities.
Oh, is ownership.
You own your life.
Stop giving it away.
Stop hiding, shrinking, accommodating.
Being a doormat.
Now, that doesn't mean brashor pushy or negative.
It just means weigh what youare here to do against everything

(18:54):
else.
Are we you and me, together?
I mean, this is all for me too.
And that's how I discovered it.
Is doing it for me.
Are you doing what you came to do?
Are you sidetracked?
Doing some other crap?
The end of the day, week, month, year, decade, you want to
look back and say, I did whatI came to do.

(19:16):
S is sovereign sovereignty,which means.
Yeah, regal, kingly, queenly, you're in charge.
You are it.
And if you don't abdicate, then you'll realize that we abdicate
so often, we give our power away.
Okay?
Now, all of this is done forone reason, and that is so that you

(19:40):
and I can fill your mission.
And I don't know what yourmission is, but I know one characteristic
of it, one characteristic ofyour mission is to add good to the
world.
Now, whether you deal inhealing or whether you deal in being
the very best attorney you canbe, that's upright and ethical, or
whether you're an accountantor an author or a publisher or an

(20:03):
engineer or an energy worker,or a person who creates alignment,
I got friends that heal andelevate people's souls with the sound
of their voice.
I know a lady who's an opera, was an opera singer, and she uses
her voice to create resonancein people's hearts that will do this
lifting and blessing.
I know a guy that does thesame kind of thing, and he works

(20:23):
with all kinds of people, buteven teams of executives.
This is not just woo woo weirdstuff in some tent.
It is the truth of our bodiesand spirits.
He's able to tap into it inthis particular way.
So we are here to love andserve each other.
We are here to add good to the world.
That's it.

(20:43):
And if we choose to do that,we win.
And if we choose to abdicatewithin, we didn't do what we came
to do.
You know what the good news is?
It's never too late.
I don't care where you are orwhere you've been.
I don't care what you havemissed in the past or mistakes you've
made.
If all that was determinative,I'm dead.
Because I didn't even start onthis mission until I was 52.

(21:06):
Before that, I was livingsomebody else's script with somebody
else's direction, somebodyelse's should do this, somebody else's
goals, Somebody else tellingme where I needed to be, what I needed
to do to be happy, how muchmoney I need to make and who I needed
to.
You know, all of that, it wasembedded deep from my childhood and
other things, you know, in myDNA that was the right thing to do.

(21:27):
And it's all nonsense.
And it doesn't mean that thethings you've been told or taught
are wrong.
It means until you own them, they don't matter if you're doing
them just because they'rebogus, nonsense, nothing.
They won't last.
You'll fall apart.
Because the energy of truthand creation comes from your own

(21:49):
certainty.
It comes from owning a thingin your heart.
No permission, no excuses, noagreement by anybody else.
You own it now.
What I have discovered as I'vegone through this process is many
of the things that I learnedin my socialization and upbringing
I have returned to, but in adifferent way.

(22:12):
In a way that I own them andlove them and see them and value
them.
Okay.
One of the things I love to dois write.
I've written 20 books.
I'm in the middle of two more, about a third of the way done with
each.
It's unusual to write twobooks at once, but I am.
I love the recording studio.
I write music all the time andsing and perform.

(22:34):
Got a big long list of songson Spotify if you're interested.
Those are the ways that I amadding good to the world.
I coach, I help people findand activate their most powerful
selves.
I help people write books.
My wife runs a publishing company.
So we can get your message tothe world.
If you want to know about that.
Go to www.dream or this thingright here.

(22:57):
Dream Build.
Write it.
Dream BuildWrite it.com We'reholding a book challenge at the end
of September.
Join us.
The challenge doesn't evencost anything.
And I'll teach you how to getinvolved in telling your story, your
developmental story.
Not a memoir, but yourdevelopmental story in such a powerful
way that you can create bothimpact and income.

(23:19):
That appeals to some.
It may not appeal to you.
The point is, your worth is infinite.
Your identity is a child of God.
Your possibilities are without limit.
You own the ownership isyours, and sovereignty means you
are the ruler of it unless yougive it away.

(23:39):
And we are built to love andserve each other.
And the more we do that, themore fun we have, the more money
we make, and the more impactwe have in the world.
You can argue with that, butthose are truths.
And why would you argue withthe truth?
So now let's talk about somemore things about how to get this
done in a way that matters andlasts for you.

(23:59):
One is consistency.
Consistency.
You know, when people teachabout social media, I remember one
guru that I followed for awhile and their stuff was good.
So I don't say that in adiminutive way, is that consistency
trumps content.
That doesn't mean you can postgarbage, although some people do.

(24:22):
But the fact that you areconsistent matters.
Now we're talking aboutshaping your life and owning your
day and miracle mornings andmagic power.
That's what we're talking about.
Consistency matters a lot.
I taught piano for maybe onand off for about 40 years, from
when I was 17 till I was 57.

(24:44):
I quit teaching about 12 years ago.
I'll be 70 this year.
And in those 40 years, Inoticed some really interesting things.
Those that practiced nearlyevery day for even 30 to 45 minutes
got way better, way fasterthan those that were sporadic.
Even if the number of hours onthe bench was more, you know, big

(25:05):
long binge, practicing on theweekend or skipping a lot of days,
it just didn't add up.
Consistency.
I noticed that in my own as Iprepare for concerts, playing the
piano or singing or speakingor all of is better.
It more muscle memory, moreavailable, more power, et cetera,

(25:25):
et cetera, et cetera.
When you're consistent, yourdaily preparation is the same.
So one of the things I do whenI'm coaching people and I've coached
people to make hundreds ofmillions of dollars, so it isn't
just about woo woo stuff, it'sabout hard cold cash.
But the point is, are youhappy Because I can tell you right
now, if you have a boatload ofcash and you're miserable, it won't
work and it won't matter, andyou'll hate yourself and everything.

(25:49):
So the key is your spirit, your heart, happiness, joy, your
purpose, your power.
Money is easy to create from aplace of alignment.
Most people that I talk tothat say, I'm a healer and then say,
I can't make money, what'swrong with me?
Are not truly in alignment.

(26:09):
They are not happy.
Happy doesn't depend on cash.
Happy is a choice, and it's aninternal state.
Consistency trumps anything else.
So you pick, devise, design, adaily creation process.
Let me help you.
I'm the best in the world atit, and I can help you do that.

(26:30):
One that gives you power, determination, discipline, and loving
yourself.
And then from that place, creating money, creating a following,
creating an impact, raisingyour kids, repairing or building
a relationship with yoursignificant other, your wife, your
husband, or your partnerthat's so available to you.

(26:51):
And it depends on you.
You can't fix anybody else.
The only person you can workon is you.
You know that.
But we still want everybodyelse to change, so the world will
be like we want.
So consistency is key.
One, number two, create habits.
And by that, consistency leadsto habits.

(27:11):
But here's.
I want you to think about habits.
Some Studies say that 75, 80,85% of what we do is habit.
And that's good, becausehabits make great servants, but they
make terrible masters.
So let me give you some examples.
If your habit is when thealarm goes off, you hit snooze 1,
2, 3, 4 times.

(27:32):
That is a habit that robs youof the best hour of the day.
The first one accompanyingthat is the feeling inside.
Oh, I need to get up, I needto get up, I need to get up.
So not only do you have ahabit of wasting the time, you have
a habit of feeling bad already.
If you recognize that, raiseyour hand.
I can't see.
Anyway, we can end that habitjust one day.

(27:54):
Tomorrow, set your alarm andget up.
One way to make that habitmeaningful is to say, the minute
I hear it, I will get up, hitthe floor and do a little stretch,
wake up my body, or I'll dashin the bathroom, brush my teeth to
wake up, do something.
Remember I said, start withentering stillness.

(28:16):
And if you lay in bed and tryto enter stillness, you'll probably
go back to sleep.
So you have to develop thepractice in a way that energizes
your spirit.
Not that is fake and puts youback to sleep.
Prepare your environment.
So if you're going to journalin the morning or go for a walk or
go for a jog or walk the dogor whatever it is, set it up.

(28:39):
Set it up the night before.
Why it maximizes the chance of success.
Put your alarm a littlefurther away.
But if you're using your phonelike I am, put your phone charger
over there.
So excuse me.
So you got to get up to turnit off.
I mean, these are all simplethings, but you'd be surprised how
many people don't do it.

(29:04):
Now, if you get up and havecoffee first thing in the morning,
you know the T shirt says, don't talk to me, I've had coffee.
Set a list of things thatyou're going to do just before that.
I know I'm going to go make mymorning coffee and do whatever.
Okay, how about a list ofthings that I do before that?
I'm going to sit for fiveminutes with myself and think about

(29:26):
how grateful I am to be alive,to be breathing, to have the business
I have, the partner I have, the kids I have, the health I have,
even if it's not all the waylike my mine.
You know, my getting out ofbed is an ordeal.
It hurts every morning without fail.
So part of my routine is Ihave to go take a little pain meds,

(29:48):
my, you know, Tylenol,ibuprofen stuff.
I'm not on heavy stuff becauseI won't do that.
But I got to go do that firstso that pretty soon I'll quit hurting.
I make a ritual out of that.
I drink a whole bunch of waterwith it.
Why?
To hydrate the body.
Then I move and I start doingthings to increase circulation and
get that stuff flowing in my system.

(30:09):
Then I sit quietly for alittle while.
My morning ritual takes twohours, two and a half hours, because
I want it to.
When I teach, it's 40 minutes.
Now, I'm inviting you, if youwant my help, reach out to me.
If you want help withoutreaching out to me, read the book
Living with Purpose and Power.
If you want my help to talk,to talk about this, about how to

(30:30):
create all the money you want, all the impact you want, and have
as much fun as you canpossibly stand.
Let's talk about the way toget a hold of me is Kellenflukermedia.com.
there's a website,Kellenflukermedia.com and I'm going
to put that URL here on thescreen really quick and you can have

(30:50):
it, it's turned off for amoment there.
Kellenflukermedia.com go there.
There's a contact form.
Kellenfluecigermedia.com get ahold of me.
Let's talk.
Because my mission is to help300 million people, you included,
create a life of purpose, prosperity and joy.
To own your worth, identity, possibility, ownership and sovereignty
over your life.

(31:11):
So you have fun.
There's no reason for yourlife to be yucky.
All right?
Now, no matter who you are,you have times.
You fall off the wagon, youfail, right?
One of the real importantthings there is to forgive yourself.
Reset with grace.
I'll do it now, right now, thebest I can.

(31:32):
If I have a two and a halfhour ritual and I don't skip it anymore.
But when I was developing allthis and I had, you know, something
happen or I allowed somethingto invade and it took an hour, then
I did it in an hour and a halfand I made each part a little shorter
and I made no drama about it.
Forgiveness and dedication arethe key.

(31:52):
Because if I don't forgive me,and if I don't forgive you, then
what am I carrying?
I'm carrying around negative energy.
I'm mad at you, I'm upset atthe world, God, the economy or whatever.
And that doesn't build anything.
Animosity, negativity, neverbuilt anything lasting.
So all of this might besounding difficult.

(32:15):
That's okay.
Those who dare greatly fail greatly.
I forgive myself right here, right now, Everything, every moment,
because I said so.
Nothing is keeping me fromgrace, from joy and power, except
my stories.
I choose to enter grace andpower now.

(32:38):
And if you pray, pray that Ido, I find great power and comfort
in prayer.
I've seen miracles in my own life.
Now, I can tell you this.
When I first started on thisjourney of developing daily creation
processes, I call them thatinstead of morning rituals or morning
routines, because that's so cliche.

(33:00):
I failed a lot.
I need to get up in here and Ineed to do this, this, this, and,
you know, and if I didn't justfollow it precisely, oh, I'm behind
the eight ball, I'm dead.
You know, I'm behind all day.
And I spent all day trying tomake up for lost time.
Well, you know, the kind ofenergy that carried.
So that failed.
And gradually I paired it allwith grace.

(33:22):
Outcome based.
Am I fully in, on up, focused?
Yeah.
If I'm there, then I win.
That's the goal.
The goal isn't to tick boxes,it's to create your day.
So that you are like this dudein the picture, glowing.

(33:43):
I am love.
Can you imagine any better wayto start your day than I am?
Love and feeling it and owning it.
Not just mumbling crap, butmeaning it and feeling it.
There is no more powerful way.

(34:03):
One of the things that I havedone now with my relationship with
God is entered into a space ofco creation.
So seize the day is one way Idescribe it.
And there's a document againin this book, living with purpose
and power.
And find all my books onAmazon, just put my name in.
There's a document calledSeize the Day.

(34:25):
The secret to live in flow andcause miracles to appear.
And that's not hype.
I have seen miracles in this, just this last two weeks, amazing
miracles.
Nobody walked on water, butways appeared for me to reach way
more millions of people with amessage, unexpected, they just show
up.

(34:45):
They happen because we, Godand I, co create them.
And God's no respecter of persons.
He's not more interested in methan you.
So learning to co create withyour divine being, your true energy,
the the truth of who youreally are, that's like, ah, super
powerful.

(35:06):
That's all there is.
So here's what I know about you.
You're a child of God, you'reinfinite, you're eternal, you're
capable of anything you want.
You may have been livingburied under stories for decades
like I did.
You're not good enough.
I'll never do that.
I can't nobody listen.
Who cares.
I've made too many mistakes.
It's too late.
And all of the rest of thoseconversations where you've been a

(35:28):
doormat, you've shrunk, you'vehidden yourself, you've imagined
nobody cares and nobody wantsto, nobody validates, etc.
Etc.
I don't.
That's fine.
It's sad, but it's fine.
What matters is that today, this moment, this is your invitation.
Start today.
Change direction.
Get the resources, talk to me.
Get this book.
Find another that helps youmake a new direction to seize your

(35:53):
day because it is yours unlessyou give it away.
And just like my story withthe dog, I allowed for 10 or 15 minutes
those events to trash my day.
I was broken.
I'd imagined all kind of deathand destruction.
And then I was able tocompletely reclaim the day.

(36:14):
And 10 minutes later, I wasback like the guy in the picture,
with my heart on fire, in love.
And that entire drama tookplace in my head, but it was as if
the sky was blue.
And then there was a horriblethunderstorm that came in 10 minutes
and blew me away.
And then the sky was beautifuland blue and sunny again.

(36:34):
All right, so here's a bit ofa review just for you.
Remember, you got start with stillness.
Start with the certainty youcan create your day.
You own it, nobody can take itfrom you.
Then movement for your body.
Honor the temple.
Speak your declarations.
And if you don't know what I'mtalking about again, the book.
Living with purpose and power.

(36:56):
You're a mighty warrior orwarrior princess queen you are.
You may not be acting like itor you may be one of the things that
will do that for you is yourspoken declarations.
Mind start.
I am infinite and eternal.
I am a son of almighty God.
I am a disciple and friend ofJesus Christ.

(37:18):
I am love pouring over yoursoul like warm sunshine to create
miracles in the moment.
I am forgiveness withcompassion, grace and patience for
everyone, for everything,including myself.
And they go on for several pages.
That starts me focused.
Now I've given you a starterroutine in our conversation and there's

(37:41):
more in that book.
And if you want my help again,Kellen Fluekiger Media and use the
contact form.
But here's the thing.
These are not productivity hacks.
Their keys to your kingdom, their sovereignty keys.
They open the door of mighty power.
They open the door of miracles.
They open the door of self determination.

(38:03):
They open the door of focus.
They open the door of creativity.
They open the door of purpose, prosperity and joy.
So here's the challenge for you.
I challenge you.
Start tomorrow.
And if you need to wake up 10minutes early to just practice a
tiny version of those five steps.

(38:23):
And when I coach, if you wereto coach with me, we start with a
minimum 40 minutes.
So I'm inviting you to start10 right now.
Five steps.
Stillness, creation, movement.
Speak your promises and do therest of your starter routine.
Get ideas from the book likethis is not mystery, it's not magic.
And I promise it works.

(38:44):
So the only thing keeping youfrom creating, owning your day every
single day and having powerfulproductivity is your choice of actions.
Have a choice right now?
Change directions.
If you already have a routineand it's not working, meaning you
don't land in fire every day.
Fix it now.

(39:05):
It's your choice.
Don't waste one more day withhalf baked, half assed work.
You are a divine being.
You have the infinite capability.
Now here's the thing.
I'm going to remind you.
Even a short sovereigntyroutine in the morning will rewrite
the rest of your day.
It will do that and I inviteyou to share your experiences with

(39:28):
me.

talking about it doesn't doanything unless you decide.

I'm going to put this to the test.
I'd love to hear your results.
I'd love to hear what happened.

(39:49):
You got to try it for somedays, got to try it for several days.
Do it for a week, every day, faithfully and just see what happens.
You'll never quit because itis so powerful.
I end this today, the way we began.
