(00:00):

how come I'm stupid, but it'sstill true.

So you can create the life youdream and deserve.
Your ultimate life.

Welcome to your ultimate life.
The greatest cash producing, impact creating, legacy, building
(00:45):
asset you have or will everhave is not your program, it's not
your resume, it's not evenyour expertise.
You know what it is?
It is your story.
The story of your becoming.
Let me tell you why.
First of all, you haveachieved something.
I'm not talking about yourdegrees or your position or your
CEO status or the company you built.
(01:05):
I'm talking about the personalthing that you are.
What matters most of all iswho you are in the world.
Like how do you show up?
You show up like a jerk.
Do you show up happy, joyful?
Does that depend on what'sgoing on around you?
Whether you made that big sale?
Or does it depend on just whatyou say, who you decide you are?
(01:25):
Here's my experience.
I'll be 70 in December, soI've lived 70 years.
Your most important asset isthe energy you bring to each day.
It's not your money, it's notyour success, it's not even your
brilliant wisdom and insight.
So let's talk about how tomean something with that.
Because you can hear that andyou've heard it said before.
And let me tell you exactlyhow and why my own story.
(01:48):
Okay, we'll just do a microchip.
You've heard some of itbefore, probably or not.
I had a successful executivecareer, big shot, that kind of stuff
that went till I was 52.
I left that unhappy, unsatisfied addictions, all the failings
that are legend in that sortof space.
And since then, for the last18 years, I've changed into being
(02:11):
a person of love, energy, focus lifting, building, creating.
Why?
Because it draws me that thattransformation from broken, depressed,
suicidal, addicted to a personof energy, love and creativity.
That story has helpedthousands, tens of thousands, millions
of people.
(02:32):
Way more than I ever impactedin all those other things.
And it leaves me more joyful.
The other kind of career leftme wealthy, quote, important.
This leaves me meaning, satisfied and joyful.
Every day.
I live that all ultimate lifepurpose, prosperity and joy.
(02:53):
I live there every day, no exceptions.
I'm not Magic.
I'm not special.
You can have that.
The key is your own story of becoming.
The choices, the resilience, the failures, the beatdowns, the
standups, the moving forward, the recommitment, the declaration,
(03:13):
the bold and clear declarationof who you are in the world.
That's what matters.
That's all that matters.
Everything else is going to bedestined to the dustbin.
So let's talk about how tomake that work.
Okay, here's what you're goingto get in this episode.
The why and the how and thewhat to do next.
Why your story matters, how todo something with it, and what to
(03:36):
do next to turn your lifedevelopment story into impact.
Now, I made that boldstatement about that being the most
powerful thing you have.
And it's not true for some of you.
And I'll tell you who it's nottrue for.
If you're stuck in mediocrity,where you don't give a crap and you're
just working for the weekendand for whatever, you can party,
(03:58):
it's not for you.
It is for you.
If you have overcomechallenges and you're still standing
tall, it is for you.
It's not for you.
If you don't give a crap abouthelping other people, it is for you.
If you've gone through yourown hardships and noticed, like I
did, that this yearning comesup to lift and love and bless and
(04:19):
serve.
Because it does.
So if you're sitting herethinking, I've been through all this
stuff, whatever it is, frombetrayal to addiction to death to
illness to bankruptcies tofailed relationships to personal
demons to mental illness tophysical illness, all that stuff,
and you came out the otherside and said, I will not let this
(04:39):
defeat me.
I will stand, I will be, Iwill create, I will love, I will
serve.
If that's you, then you are inthe right place.
Place.
And that's why this thing isso powerful.
So let's talk about thegreatest gift you have.
This is why here is the core promise.
(05:00):
The core promise is if you'rewilling to do the work to mine your
developmental journey, you canimpact millions and make a lot of
money and be really happy.
Purpose, prosperity and joy.
You can have that.
It's not going to come in anAmazon box, but you can have it.
Your story is the bridgebetween your credibility and someone
(05:23):
else's hope.
Hear that?
Your credibility isestablished by the truth of the choices
you've made.
Even if you're not, you know, perfect.
Lots of setbacks, ups and downs.
Everybody's is so what?
And if you argue with me, allthat does is delay the truth of the
inevitability of your possibility.
(05:44):
Now, you can go all the waythrough till you're dead and not
use it.
You're free to do that.
But why would you do that?
You're sitting here with theyearning to love and serve and bless
and lift, whether it's yourfamily or your community or millions.
My goal is 300 million.
I will reach 300 millionpeople by 14th October this year
with podcasts, withappearances, with shows, with books,
with teaching, with training, and the reaching means of whipos.
(06:08):
Worth, identity, possibility,ownership, sovereignty.
Talking to you.
Unless you don't care, andthen I'm not talking to you.
But why would you waste yourdivine gifts?
Why would you waste theexperiences of your life that have
refined you instead of ruined you?
Or even if they ruined youfirst, they have refined you.
Now, here is the place to go.
(06:30):
Right here.
Dream build, Write it dot com.
Dream Build, Write it.
Dream build, Write it dot com.
Go there right now.
It's free.
It's a book challenge.
But it isn't just aboutwriting books.
It is about mining your story.
(06:51):
It is about doing a processcalled the developmental story matrix,
where you go through events inyour life and figure out what they
taught you, why they matter somuch, and how to use them to serve,
which includes cash in yourpocket, your bank account, and joy
on your face knowing you areadding good to the world.
If you decide to do that, thisbook is the curriculum, the story
(07:13):
arc.
Go get it.
Go get it now.
It will help you do somethingyou've been avoiding or postponing
or thinking didn't matter for years.
I have people in there rightnow that started in February.
We're just finishing theirbooks, getting ready to publish nine
new books.
Ooh, nine books that are gonnachange the world.
One person said to me, I'vebeen sitting on this for 10 years.
(07:36):
Finally, it's gonna be in the world.
Well, let that be you.
All right, so here's the point.
Your story, as I said, is thebridge between your own credibility,
meaning what you've done andwho you are, and someone else's hope.
I just got done talking to awoman I'd never met before.
Beautiful woman, has fabulousbusiness stuff, good business, doing
all kinds of cool stuff.
(07:56):
And you know what she said to me?
We got deep into other conversations.
She said, you know, we can gofor some weeks without food, a little
while without water, minuteseven without air.
We can't go for one secondwithout hope.
I want you to think about that.
Let that land.
We can't go for a secondwithout hope.
Now, whether you argue aboutthat physiologically or not, I don't
(08:19):
even care.
It's not the point.
Hope is a key ingredient ofour continued vibrancy.
Even if we stay breathing, without hope, we don't radiate anything.
Hope is the fuel for our energy.
It is the fuel for love.
You are a merchant of hope.
If you want to, you have powerand possibility to give other people
(08:45):
hope.
Wow, what a blessing.
Think about what you and me,we can do.
Giving hope.
I have a client that says I'ma hope dealer.
People have called her that, sort of given her the name of hope
dealer.
So here's some common thingsthat I hear all the time, why people
undervalue this story.
(09:06):
So this is the why.
I'm not that special.
Nothing's really happened.
I didn't survive a massivelyabusive childhood or some horrific
starvation thing.
I wasn't a prisoner.
So I got Jack.
I got nothing.
Well, I'm not saying you didhave any of those things, but you,
(09:27):
like everyone else, have facedchallenges that for you, were hard,
were heart wrenching, weredifficult, were struggles.
And you made a decision not tolet them ruin you, but to let them
refine you.
I made a decision to let mychallenges ruin me for decades.
By ruin I mean struggle infailed relationships, addictions,
(09:50):
depression, self sabotage, meaning I wrecked careers and so
forth.
Like big stuff worth millions, tens of millions of dollars, did
really stupid things in thatself sabotage and then got out of
it and have now changed.
Your story may be different.
Here's some of the things Iknow, I know and have helped people
(10:11):
with their podcasts and theirbooks and their coaching practices
and their own businesses.
This lady that I just talkedto this morning and she said something
really interesting.
Her business is helpingbusinesses with operation, systems,
leadership, stuff like that, and how to be more successful small
startups all the way to eightfigure businesses.
And that's what she does.
(10:32):
But you know, what she saidwas the most important thing that
she's discovered over and overagain is that businesses who have
a clear mission, vision, valuestatement, they do better every time
they have a clear commitment.
Besides, make cash, make cash, make cash.
People go to the bottom lineand say cash is the only thing that
(10:54):
matters.
It's not, it's not sustainable.
If that's your holy grail, okay, and you can get mad at me for
saying that and I don't even care.
It's not sustainable.
It Will be temporary.
It doesn't get loyalty.
It doesn't provide joy.
It provides temporary stuff.
And sure, cash is fun.
(11:15):
When I had a situation where Iwas broken and making so much cash,
I didn't know what to do with it.
Yeah, I had all the toys and Ihated myself and, you know, drug
abuse and all the rest of the.
There's a deeper and morepowerful meaning.
And you know it.
You feel it.
That big cash wall.
That's fun.
And you see people drivingaround and bling and everywhere,
(11:37):
and it's like.
And the same people die ofoverdoses and suicide and broken
relationship after brokenrelationship and misery and is this
all there is?
And that whole thing.
All right, so number one, people say I'm not special.
Well, that's not true.
You are not special toeveryone, and neither am I.
(12:00):
But you are special to somegroup of people who need to hear
your voice.
Your understanding, yourparticular situation will resonate
with them.
I don't reach everybody by any stretch.
My stories do not resonatewith some people.
They do with others.
You are the same.
(12:20):
So when you say, my storydoesn't matter or I'm not special
or I have jack, what you'resaying is, I won't touch everybody
so nobody would listen.
That's not true.
What that means is you're chicken.
You're afraid to mine thestory and put it out there for those
who need it.
Let's say you did this workand you helped 100 people completely
(12:42):
change their lives becausethey recognized and resonated with
your story and your choices, your situation, your resilience.
A hundred people.
Do you know how important that is?
A hundred lives changed.
Unbelievable.
So your story is important andyou are that special.
There's no question about your uniqueness.
(13:02):
But people then say, yeah, butso what?
Well, so what is the key?
It is, so what?
So what?
You have a bunch of people youcould help if you want to.
Now, if you're one of thosepeople that doesn't give a crap about
being of service, then thisisn't for you.
Another thing that comes upall the time is this question.
Who am I to share this?
(13:23):
So I just one of my beautiful, blessed authors, I just got through
leaving a voicemail earlier today.
A long message.
Text or whatever.
Not text.
I use voice memos.
Right.
And the question that thisperson asked me was all about that
question, who am I to share this?
Maybe it's not this, maybeit's not that.
(13:45):
And so my goal, my opportunityas a coach was to reassure them in
spades.
Powerfully.
No equivocation.
You matter.
It matters what you've written.
I love.
And it did.
I was editing the book and itmoved me.
I thought, wow, this is really cool.
Cool.
How do I remember this in mydaily walk?
So it was coaching me.
What a beautiful thing I getto do, editing all these books of
(14:08):
people who have made thecourageous leap to tell their stories.
Another third thing I hear is,yeah, nobody's gonna care who's gonna
read it.
Nobody cares.
Well, I can tell you sure, ifyou don't do it, nobody cares.
I can tell you sure, if youdon't do it, nobody's gonna read
it.
Nobody's gonna come out andcheer you, because nobody can.
Here's what I do.
(14:29):
Dream build.
Whoops, wrong hand.
Dream build.
Write it.
Dream build.
Write it.
I help you understand how yourstory matters, who it's for, for,
and how to tell it in acompelling and powerful way so that
you can have the differenceand get paid and feel good about
making an impact in the world.
(14:50):
Here's a myth that I want tobust, okay?
People think that celebrity is everything.
People think that the, youknow, the crap we see on social media
and on TV and everything else, that's all there is.
Ooh, that's the pinnacle.
That's Jack people buy from, they follow and are transformed by
(15:14):
those they relate to.
Not those who are bragging, not those who are perfect.
Think about who you look upto, who you draw inspiration from.
Real inspiration, not envy, not, you know, negative emotion.
People that inspire you tomove and act.
(15:36):
It's people you trust, peopleyou see it and you relate to them.
You relate to their storiesand situation.
So here is a.
Here is a truth.
I have a client who wasopening a podcast, starting a podcast,
and I accidentally was theirfirst podcast guest.
Didn't know it till later, butbecause of how we spoke, that client
(15:57):
has gone on to make worldchanging impacts and receive great
global awards.
Why?
Because they related to mystory and I was able to love and
encourage them.
And they were starting from nowhere.
They owned and stepped intothe truth of their story and are
now in the process of changingthe world.
(16:19):
That could be you.
Now, here's an inflectionpoint, a turning point for you.
Once you understand deeplythat your story is the most valuable
thing, most valuable asset youhave, then you will understand why
(16:40):
it matters so much.
You are holding a gold mine.
Now, if it's gold, if it wasbars of gold that got delivered by
Amazon or special courier, ifyou buy gold from whoever's Advertising
on tv.
It comes insured in a special box.
And that gold enriches you.
And you put it in the safedeposit box or in a safe or wherever.
(17:01):
The gold you're holding withyour story not only enriches you,
but it enriches others.
It enriches you because youknow then your own value and worth.
You love yourself more.
You are more confident inserving and blessing others no matter
what your business is.
Go back to that lady I talkedto this morning.
She isn't a, quote, life coachor any of that stuff.
(17:24):
She has worked with businesses.
But you know what she findsover and over again?
It's the stories in the headof the business owner that are keeping
them stuck.
Not a marketing hack.
Not any of the stuff that youthink about 100% of the time.
It's in your head.
Once you understand that thatstory, that life transition, the
story of your becoming is themost powerful gift you have, then
(17:47):
you realize it will enrich youand it will enrich others.
And when I say rich, I'mtalking money as well as joy.
It will make you money.
When you offer those services,it will change the lives of people
who read your stuff, and theywill be more prosperous both in life
and in business.
Life isn't separate from business.
(18:09):
Anybody that's tried to keepthose separate burns down all the
time.
All right?
The next thing, that's why it matters.
So here's how come it matters.
Here's how it actually changes.
When somebody looks at you andsees your successful, whatever degree
of success you have, if you'remaking millions or if you're making
(18:29):
tens of thousands, who cares?
They.
And they're somewhere else.
They look at you and say, wow, they're successful.
I wish I could have that.
The prominence, the money, theposition, the confidence, whatever
it is.
They look at you and they saythat, don't they?
They look at you and theylike, ah, I wish I could have be
so and so.
(18:50):
Well, immediately after that, the next thing that comes out of
their mouth or out of theirhead, conversation is, yeah, but.
Yeah, but.
Yeah, but.
Yeah, but I can't because, yeah, but I have no support.
Yeah, but I don't have the opportunity.
Yeah, but I don't know how.
Yeah, but it's good for them, but not for me.
And what that always remindsme of is old Elmer Fudd on Bugs Bunny.
(19:13):
Wabbit, wabbit, wabbit.
Everything that you say thatcomes after comes after.
Yebit is garbage.
Ooh, yebit, yebit.
Yeah, but anything that comesafter that is garbage.
So drop Yebit and say, how can I?
(19:34):
What would it take for this?
How can I make this happen?
Okay.
All right.
Here's the emotional currencyof your story.
It shows what's possible.
Because when people aresaying, yeah, but they can't have
the success or the prominenceor the influence of the money that
you do, what they're doing isthey're making an assumption.
(19:57):
They're assuming you had abunch of breaks or help that they
can't have access to, or thatyou're somehow special and they can't
cut it.
That's what they're assuming.
When you tell the story ofyour becoming, the setbacks, the
difficulties, thevulnerability, the failures, the
doubts, the dark nights of thesoul, when you share that, you make
it available.
(20:17):
You show, I went through thesedifferent things and here's what
I did.
I got this kind of help.
I did this kind of meditationwork, or this kind of mindset work,
or when did this kind ofbusiness work to create clients and
cash or whatever it is you'reshowing the steps, you're giving
the keys, you make it available.
That's emotional currency.
(20:38):
Because when they connect withthat, then they think automatically,
well, maybe I can.
It also helps people connectwith the path that you're on.
You show you have walked thepath, you have crawled over the broken
glass, you have done the work, and you're showing exactly how that's
(20:59):
powerful, that's valuable, because it makes something available
they didn't have before.
What they had before was abunch of people saying, you can have
anything you want.
It's possible.
Well, that's garbage.
Without the how and withoutthe how of the how, the direct and
specific next steps.
There is the currency, thereis the cash value.
(21:24):
And when you share the truthof your own story, it builds credibility,
connection, trust, you know,know, like.
And trust, it builds thatfaster than anything in the world
because people can connectwith that.
Here's what I know.
A lot of people that I talk toare people who are coaching in one
way or another.
Even this lady I talked tothis morning who helps businesses
(21:48):
with operation systems and,you know, nuts and bolts.
She finds, as I said, that thebiggest barriers are the head barriers.
And so she coaches people pasttheir stories, past their barriers,
you know.
And I talked to another guythis morning was recording a different
episode of this.
It was in London, a coach in London.
(22:08):
And he said, you know, heworks with business owners and some
high profile sports peoplebecause he came out of a sports background.
He said that 80%, 90% ismindset, belief that you can.
And when you share the storyof your own choice and your own growth,
you make that accessible and available.
Available.
The other thing that's sopowerful about sharing the story,
(22:30):
about how this taps so deeply,is we love stories throughout the
history of the human race, ourculture, our religion, our beliefs,
you know, our loyalties, ourpatriotism, our connection to family,
and everything is sharedthrough story.
Think about the movies yousee, the books you read, even the
(22:54):
songs you listen to.
There's a story arc.
We are drawn in by story.
We remember stories more thananything in the world.
And so why wouldn't you usestory, your story to make your impact
in the world?
Now, one of the things thatpeople talk about is they don't think
(23:14):
their story is interesting or compelling.
So they either want to make upcrap or they dismiss it entirely.
Your story is interesting,it's powerful.
Maybe you don't know how touse it that way yet.
Good.
Dream build.
Write it dot com, Go there.
I'll help you.
I'll help you learn your storyand learn how to make it matter.
(23:37):
Okay, here's the deal.
If you are in the helpingbusiness of any kind, coach, consultant,
Advisor, you have 16 months.
By Christmas of 2026, 95% ofthose people will be out of business.
You will not be able to make a living.
(23:58):
If that scares the crap out ofyou, good.
It's not hard to understandwhy we have been inundated.
Now we're being introduced andoverwhelmed almost with the introduction
of a sea change technology, AI.
Okay, ChatGPT, Gemini, all theother stuff, it is overwhelming us
with expertise and skill.
(24:21):
So all the coaches that relyon frameworks, methodologies, good
questions, holding space, empathetic listening, all that stuff,
you're done.
AI writes better, faster, cheaper, more powerfully than you
do ever will.
It's already lapping you.
You can argue with that.
(24:41):
I don't care.
I'm an author.
I've written 20 something books.
I've helped other, many otherswrite books.
Here's what I know.
There's going to be one thingleft for us who want to stay in that
5% and be those kind of coaches.
Your story, that's the thing.
AI can't bleed.
It can't walk the emotionalroad you have.
(25:02):
It can say beautiful words, itcan say empowering things, a beautiful
turn of phrase, all that stuff.
It cannot create emotional safety.
It cannot be the encouragingsource and candle, even if it says
all the right words.
So you either get your butt upin that 5% of your toast okay, here's
(25:23):
the next thing I want to talk about.
Here's how to use this.
Okay.
Here's how to share withoutoverdoing it.
And oversharing.
Don't make it all about you.
You're sharing your story.
Yes, but we draw it in thecommon expression.
(25:44):
So when I talk about mytransition from drug addict and making
too much money and all thethings that were before to a person
today where I make good money, but I'm happy, joyful, and I'm in
a prosperous place emotionallyand financially, the key is the extension
of possibility.
Here's what happened to me.
(26:04):
Here's what I did, here's whatyou can do.
Here's how this could work for you.
We have to make those connections.
Because if it's all about me,that won't create rapport.
So we have to create a method,a process to open the bridge constantly
so that others who hear youcan see themselves in your story.
(26:29):
Okay?
And there is a way to do thatwhen you discover things, what changed
for you and how to thengeneralize it or make it specific
for the people that you'retalking to.
And that's just learning howto tell a story.
That's not changing the story.
It is developing a skill youdon't have right now.
(26:50):
You want that skill?
Dream buildwrite it.com.
the skill of telling yourstory so that it creates rapport
and connection and trust isthe key to creating both the income
and the impact you want.
If I or you, if we tell astory and it doesn't connect with
people, it's not going to haveany impact.
(27:12):
People certainly aren't goingto pay for products or services that
come from that.
On the other hand, if youlearn to tell your story in a way
that creates connection, impact, and makes people lean in
and look at you and say, canyou help me do that?
There is your impact.
There is your income.
(27:33):
Because since you've walkedthat road, the answer is always yes.
Now, what I know about my ownjourney is that it's not a one and
done.
It's an ongoing bunch of workthat continues through today.
So that means today I amregularly seeking coaching, growth,
learning opportunities, and Ienroll in all kinds of stuff.
(27:58):
Why?
Because my commitment is toreach 300 million this year.
My commitment is to change the world.
My commitment is to love you.
My commitment is to encourageyou to own the truth of your divinity,
capability, possibility.
I don't care if you work atMcDonald's right now or you work
on an assembly line or you'rean Attorney or an accountant.
(28:18):
If you're not living in joyevery day, if every day isn't the
most exciting thing that youhave, what are you doing?
You're wasting your time inyour life.
So let's change that.
Because purpose, prosperityand joy is your birthright unless
you reject it.
Your ability to make an impactand serve and bless others is your
(28:40):
birthright unless you reject it.
Your ability to be wellsupplied and prosperous is your birthright
unless you reject it.
You say, I would never reject that.
Yes, you do.
Yes, you are.
If you're not using thegreatest gift you have, which is
the story of your owndevelopment and becoming.
(29:02):
Here are some ways that peoplethat I work with create big income
and impact.
These are all ways that Iteach and help and that I use in
my own life.
Speaking.
I appear on hundreds andhundreds of shows, podcast stages
and so forth.
I didn't get that magically.
I didn't somehow get a magicsecret that got me invited.
(29:24):
I'll show you how if you want to.
Maybe you don't want to speak.
Here's another one.
Podcast guest appearances.
I'm on those all the time.
People regularly tell meyou're the best guest I've ever had.
I can't believe this happened.
I'm not magic.
I have learned to use thestory that I have in a way to empower
(29:45):
the guest or empower the hostand empower the audience.
I can teach you that.
Here's another thing.
Social media content.
Tons of people say to me, oh,I'd love to coach with you, but I
how much does it cost?
What are the arrangements?
And oh, I can't afford thatright now.
You know what I do, I love them.
I say, well, here's a book.
Read that.
(30:05):
Or here's a bunch of videosthat I've got.
Go there and mine it for allthat it's worth.
And that's one of the reasonsI do this podcast.
One of the reasons I do somuch social content is I'm trying
to help everybody that wants it.
So being good.
And again, it's goodstorytelling is what is engaging.
You have books you havewritten, especially if you go to
(30:26):
Dream Build write it.
You have programs you'vecreated, you have stuff you already
offer business services, butit's driven by passion and purpose.
So there's all kinds of waysthat right now you can create income
and impact.
Cash for your story was thename of this.
And so the version you havethe ability to create impact and
(30:49):
income.
Another skill that wedeveloped for you is the Ability
to alter or adjust your storybased on the context.
You've heard people that getup, at least I have.
You probably have.
And tell the same story, exactly the same, over and over again.
Well, sometimes that works, but often it doesn't.
(31:09):
What's more important is toknow the room, know the podcast audience,
and find out ahead of time soyou can tailor the details of the
story to their interests andtheir needs.
That maximizes the likelihoodthey'll connect with you.
It maximizes the likelihoodthere'll be a cue, a line after the
(31:30):
talk.
The people that want to comeand talk to you and want to talk
to you more.
Later in dream it, Build it,Write it, you'll discover all that.
So your story works onmultiple platforms, social sales,
in person conferences, thatkind of thing.
Even casual acquaintances.
They'll leave you enthralledwith your brilliance.
(31:52):
They'll love you because youlisten to them.
And they'll see an affinityand connection.
That all drives cash for your story.
So here's.
Here's the truth.
I'm going to slow down becauseI want you to hear this.
Your story, properly organizedand told, can make more income and
impact and more joy thananything else you can do.
(32:18):
That's a fact.
You will argue.
It's still true.
All right, here's how to makemoney and serve with your story.
First of all, you have to geta mindset.
A big mindset shift.
Because at least many do.
Maybe not you.
Many people say to me two things.
One, well, all this stuffshould be free.
(32:42):
All spiritual development andhelping and all that should be free.
Nobody should charge for that.
Business is business.
That's the stupidest thing Iever heard.
You're free to volunteer andgive away as much help as you want
to, but I'll tell you what I know.
When I don't charge money,nobody takes action.
When people get free stuff, they don't do jack.
(33:04):
Now that's not universallytrue, but it's 99% true.
We have statistics on that.
The rate of unfinishedcourses, like how many millions and
millions of online courseshave been sold.
From everything to babysittingto gardening to life, you know, life
coaching to mindset shifts tolearning the piano.
(33:25):
90 something percent, 85 to90% have a non completion rate.
Does that mean the materialwas garbage?
No, that means people don'torganize their lives to act on what
they hear.
Goes in one ear and out the other.
Useless.
You want to maximize thechances that people are changed forever
(33:49):
by your story.
Cash.
Cash is the biggest symbol of commitment.
Now, some A lot of people buystuff and they don't finish.
But the way you structure yourstory, your products and your services
can maximize the likelihoodthat people get the benefit.
Cash.
Guess what happens when theyget the benefit?
(34:10):
They buy another one andanother one and your impact and ripple
goes through the world.
You can say, I don't care,then you're not here.
You're in the wrong place.
If you want to make money andmake an impact, then you're in the
right place.
Dream build, write.
It is the place to go.
Here's what happens.
A service loop, okay?
(34:32):
And you can have, like I said, speaking engagements, coaching and
consulting packages, onlinecourses, books and audio programs,
partnerships, sponsorships.
All that stuff's available.
All it's, all of it'savailable if you want it.
So here's the loop.
You use, you mine, your story, learn, come and learn how and dream
build, write it.
You turn it into some kind ofan offering.
(34:54):
Talk, product, service,coaching, something.
And then people get some kindof a change or result.
The way to maximize thatpossibility is create the great connection,
charge money so they'reinvested and have a follow up so
that they can talk about whatit meant, what mattered and what
(35:14):
changed for them.
When they get some kind ofresult, where do they go?
They come back to you.
You were the catalyst, youwere the facilitator.
Two people benefit, they grewyou, your impact, credibility and
opportunity grows all over the place.
So please don't let this goone ear and out the other.
(35:36):
Okay?
I have people right now who turned.
I helped a fellow build aplatform who and a product and service
that he has now been runningfor 10 years.
He's made millions and it isbased on his own passion, his own
story, his own journey.
(35:56):
And it has had that loop.
People buy stuff from him, they get results, they come back
and buy more.
They give testimonials.
Because why?
Because it works.
Most people get scared that ifthey sell something, it won't work.
Well, you and I can't makepeople do stuff.
We can't make people finishthe program.
What we can do is maximize thelikelihood by how we talk, how we
(36:20):
sell the story, how we packageand how we follow up.
And the way to maximize thatis well known.
It's not a mystery.
It's well known and a welltraveled path.
You may not know it and youmay not know how to use it.
And if you're not, again, Iinvite you to come and be part of
your own growth, your ownchanging of the world.
(36:40):
Wow.
You don't know what you can dountil you get busy and try.
So here's the thing.
If you've been waiting forpermission, this is it.
If you've been waiting forencouragement, this is it.
If you've been waiting forsomebody to acknowledge you, love
you and tell you you'revaluable, this is it.
(37:01):
I know how to do this.
I'm doing it.
I'm helping many, many othersdo it.
Mine your story.
Maximize your value, createimpact and live in purpose, prosperity
and joy.
So here's the thing.
Your story is your greatest gift.
It matters because it's thebridge between where you where someone
(37:23):
is now.

Your story creates trust andcan create a difference.
You know the buzzword istransformation, but it just means
changing something about howpeople live their lives and enjoy
it.
You can share it in ways thatinspire, connect and lead to action
