He conocido varios vendedores que me presumen sus años de experiencia, pero son pésimos vendedores, entonces hoy te daré recomendaciones para incrementar tus ingresos y ser un mejor profesional.
Mis capacitaciones de ventas duran 12 horas, pero solo tengo 45 segundos aquí entonces atenderé los cuatro errores comunes de los vendedores.
La primera recomendación es que ni a mi ni a tu cliente nos importa tu experiencia, lo único que importa es como te comportas antes, durante y después de la reunión. Se cordial y profesional.
La segunda es que si tu cliente o prospecto no sabe que quieres venderle algo porque mentiste o fuiste ambiguo para conseguir la cita, lo más probable es que no te compren, y no vuelvan a recibir tu llamada. A nadie le gusta ser engañado. Sé claro con tus intenciones y crea procesos para tus ventas.
La tercera, no insultes la inteligencia de quien pondrá comida en tu mesa y billetes en tu cartera, no mientas sobre el tráfico, el estacionamiento o cualquiera de las típicas mentiras. Prográmate y llega 15 minutos antes, avisa a que horas llegarás o pide cambiar la cita con tiempo.
La cuarta es que por ninguna razón utilices groserías.
Si no puedes hacer lo sencillo, no pierdas tiempo haciendo lo complicado.
