Si actualmente tienes negocios y has sido empresario por los pasados 20 años y no has mejorado tus practicas, hay una alta probabilidad de que estes cometiendo un error, y ese es: no cuidar a tu personal.
Bonos, una fiesta anual o buenos sueldos no significa que estés cuidando a tu personal. Así como muchos de ustedes piden el famoso extra, también deben darlo y aún que este relacionado con lo económico no todo es dinero.
Las grandes corporaciones y organizaciones comprenden lo valioso que es esto, y trabajan inteligente conociendo la demográfica de sus clientes internos. Por ejemplo si la mayoría del personal que contratan tiene entre 28 y 35 años les proporcionan una guardería, les brindan capacitaciones para mejorar las practicas como padres, alimentos, transporte, son muchas cosas y tal vez solo has escuchado esto de google, pero hay cientos de empresas que hacen esto y eso las ha ayudado a crecer. Si aún no entiendes porque, es simple. Si cuidas a tus personas y los ayudas en su vida, se enfocaran con más intensidad e incrementarán la productividad. Y puedes mejorar la cultura de trabajo, pero al final del día son simplemente negocios, y si haces esto bien, ganarás más.
Solo te digo que yo lo he hecho y no es tan fácil como suena, porque debes de asegurarte que cada acción te acerque a tu meta. Y la pregunta es: ¿Conoces claramente que quieres lograr para elevar tu nivel?

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three).
