Уперше після Нюрнберга міжнародна спільнота створює трибунал, який зосередиться виключно на злочині агресії. Цей крок має заповнити критичну прогалину в міжнародному правосудді, але водночас породжує низку складних питань.
Хто саме може постати перед Спецтрибуналом? Чи вдасться подолати імунітети високопосадовців? Наскільки реальними є арешти, чи доведеться вдаватися до проваджень in absentia? І яке значення створення Трибуналу має для України вже сьогодні?
