Та сьогодні кримінальна юстиція в Україні переходить до іншої логіки — від тиску до діалогу, від контролю до довіри.
Саме цю зміну мислення формує процесуальне інтерв’ю — підхід, який повертає людський вимір у серце розслідування. Він спрямований не на пошук зізнання, а на створення умов для отримання надійної, перевіреної інформації без тиску. Коли інтерв’ю проводиться етично та структуровано, довіра зростає — у практиці це означає більше деталей, менше конфліктів і вищу якість доказів.
