אחד הקרבות המשמעותיים ביותר בתקציב המדינה הוא הקרב בין משרד הביטחון למשרד האוצר. מצד אחד טובי הטנקים, המטוסים והספינות שהאנושות יכולה להציע ומהצד השני טובי המוחות הכלכליים שהאוניברסיטאות בישראל יכולות להציע. הפרק הנוכחי הוא הפרומו לקרבות התקציב בין שני הצדדים שילוו אותנו בתקופה הקרובה. אנחנו מקווים שברור בצד של מי אנחנו.
