مدتیه که تمرین جدیدی نداشتیم. ولی قراره که برگردیم و جدی هم برگردیم. برای شروع میخوایم ابتدا فصل سوم رو جمعبندی کنیم. در این فصل هم در مورد طبیعت تمرین داشتیم و هم در مورد زمینی شدن و ارتباط با آدم ها و دنیای اطرافمون. توی این تمرین که کاملا بدون برنامه قبلی ضبظ شده با عده ای از دوستان عزیزتر از جان در طبیعت بودیم و اونجا تصمیم گرفتیم دور هم تمرین مدیتیشنی داشته باشیم. بنیامین غلامی هم اونجا بود و با کالیمبای خودش به صورت زنده برامون یه موسیقی خیلی عالی نواخت. اگر دوست داشتین شما هم با دوستانتون دفعه بعد که دور هم جمع شدین یا در طبیعت بودین یه چند دقیقه مکث بکنین و ببینین چه حالی میده! این تمرین و تجربه با اختلاف یکی از بهترین تجربیاتی بود که در طبیعت داشتم.
راستی از اونجایی که این تمرین خودمونی و دورهمی بود من کمی از کلمات انگلیسی و خودمونی استفاده میکنم که امیدوارم از لذت این تمرین برای شما کم نکنه و من رو به بزرگی خودتون ببخشین.
