در این تمرین میخوایم اولین سوغاتی که من از سفرم آوردم رو با هم باز کنیم. ما در طول روز کلی درگیر فکرها و کارهای مختلف هستیم. این رو باید بدونیم که به همون اندازه که رسیدگی به این فکر ها و کارها مهمه به همون اندازه هم لازمه که فکرها و کارها رو بذاریم زمین و مکث کنیم.

در ادامه هفته سعی کنین هر روز با موضوع مکث برا خودتون ژورنال نویسی کنین. چه مواقعی در طول روز بود که تونستین بیشتر مکث کنین؟ این مکث ها چه تاثیری در حالتون گذاشتن؟ کجا بود که دوست داشتین مکث کنین ولی فکر ها نذاشتن؟ از این تجربه ها چه چیزهایی رو یاد گرفتین؟
