در این تمرین میخوایم سفر کردن رو در همین لحظه و در کنار هم تجربه کنیم. این تمرین موسیقی نداره و دلیلش اینه که میخوایم خوب فضای ذهنمون رو مشاهده کنیم. ولی ممکنه تو در اون فضای ذهن برای خودت موسیقی پیدا کنی. اینجا هیچ چیز محدود نیست.

در ادامه هفته سعی کن هر روز با موضوع سفر برا خودت ژورنال نویسی کنی. چه مواقعی در طول روز بود که سفر کردن رو حس کردی؟ این سفر چه تاثیری در حالت گذاشت؟ کجا بود که دوست داشتی این سفر ادامه پیدا کنه ولی فکر ها نذاشتن؟ از این تجربه ها چه چیزهایی رو یاد گرفتی؟
