در ادامه هفته سعی کن هر روز با موضوع قطعیت برای خودت ژورنال نویسی کنی. چه مواقعی در طول روز بود که تونستی از باید هایی که در ذهنت میاد آگاه بشی؟ این درک چه تاثیری در حالت گذاشت؟ کجا بود که تغییری حس کردی؟ کجا بود که چیز جدیدی رو در مورد خودت کشف کردی؟ از این تجربه ها چه چیزهایی رو یاد گرفتی؟ آیا این درک تاثیری در روابطت با بقه گذاشت؟
