تا حالا شده که حس کنی توی یک درد عمیق پایان ناپذیر گیر افتادی؟ خیلی از ماها درگیر این حس میشیم. ولی اون چیزی که درگیرش شدیم درد نیست بلکه رنجیه که از اون درد داریم میکشیم. رنج از فکرها و نگرانی هایی که در مورد اون درد در ذهن ما ایجاد شده. رنجی که یک جای زیادی از ذهن مارو برای خودش میگیره و هیچ فایده ای برای حال ما نداره.
توی تمرین مهم امروزمون میخوایم تفات درد با رنج رو بفهمیم و تکنیکی رو یاد بگیریم که بتونیم در طول زندگی فضای اختصاص داده شده برای رنج رو به چیزهای دیگه هدیه بدیم.
جلوی درد رو نمیشه گرفت ولی منو تو مسول رنج هامون هستیم...

در ادامه هفته سعی کن هر روز با موضوع رنج برای خودت ژورنال نویسی کنی. چه مواقعی در طول روز بود که تونستی دردها و رنج ها رو مشاهده کنی؟ آیا تاثیری در حالت داشت؟ کجا بود که تغییری حس کردی؟ کجا بود که چیز جدیدی رو در مورد خودت کشف کردی؟ از این تجربه ها چه چیزهایی رو یاد گرفتی؟ آیا این درک تاثیری در نگاهت به دردهای زندگیت گذاشت؟
