در این قسمت می بینیم چگونه فردی که قاطعانه، به حق و با احترام نظرات خود را بیان می کند، به صحبت های دیگران گوش داده و توانایی مذاکره کردن دارد، رفتار قاطعانه داشته و به تدریج با نتایج مثبت این مهارت ارتباطی مواجه می شود. صحبت کردن با فردی قاطع به معنای پذیرش بی چون و چرای نظرات او نیست، بلکه می توانید با چنین افرادی مذاکره کرده و به نتیجه ای مطلوب دست پیدا کنید
