سپیده قلیان فعال مدنی و سیاسی اهل ایران است. او در جریان اعتراضات کارگری سال ۱۳۹۷ خوزستان به همراه اسماعیل بخشی فعال کارگری و شماری از کارگران شرکت کشت و صنعت نیشکر هفت تپه بازداشت شد.
سپیده قلیان تاکنون بارها بازداشت و به اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، عضویت در گروه گام، فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام، نشر اکاذیب و اخلال در نظم به سال‌ها زندان محکوم شده است.
