在《大麻煩不煩》特別系列〈藥物音樂史〉裡，Zoe 與音樂製作人 DJ QuestionMark 一起介紹藥物、音樂、派對與文化之間糾葛的愛恨情仇。這集是系列的最終章，兩位來討論一個大哉問：聽「流行音樂」和「用藥」之間到底有沒有正相關？
現在所有列得出類型的樂風，比如古典、爵士、民謠、搖滾、雷鬼、電子、饒舌——都曾是歷史上某個時刻的「流行音樂」。而流行音樂與各個時期的派對場域，都是建構出「文化」中的重要元素。確實有部分樂種在歌曲中提及藥物、菸酒的比例比其他樂種來得高，那聽眾真的會因為愛聽這些樂種，所以比較有可能產生相關行為嗎？
DJ QuestionMark 認為，各種派對音樂本就緣起於派對場所，而在派對場所中飲酒的機率，本就比其他場所高，因此直接認定飲酒與聽派對音樂的行為之間有正相關與必然性，似乎是太結果論了。
話雖如此，基於保護兒童與青少年的考量，各國政府與平台發展出規範機制，創作者養成自我審查的習慣，當歌曲需露出在例如無法限制受眾的廣播頻道、接近兒童的公開活動上，創作者會選擇播放不提及性、暴力與藥物的歌曲，或者使用移除了此類內容的 Radio 版本。透過這些方式，創作者與社會一起試圖找出「創作自由」與「公共利益」之間的平衡。
Zoe 也再次強調，藥物、音樂、文化的誕生與交互作用密不可分，所以彼此之間確實有相近性，但沒有必然性。欣賞樂風這件事本身應該回歸到個人喜好，Zoe 嚴正呼籲大家應誠實面對自己的新，別以是否有在藥物的「狀態內」來解釋自己「聽不聽得懂」某些音樂。
DJ QuestionMark 也分享了「音樂記憶」這個概念：人在尤其13至15歲時透別容易發生，在做某件事情的當下，聽著某首歌曲，此刻的記憶在往後的人生中，會特別容易被相同的韻律與節奏喚起。例如曾在派對上，與好朋友一起聽著一首歌跳著舞、喝著酒，留下快樂的回憶，當未來再次聽到這首歌時，可能會特別想喝酒、想跳舞、想起當時在身邊的朋友。這也可能是有些人聽到特定歌曲時，會特別想做某些事的原因。
